지금 애기가 23일차 인데
가족들이 너무 보고싶어해요
다른분들은 보통 가족들 방문시기가 언제인지 알 수 있나요? 백일해를 맞은 사람도 있고 아닌사람도 있어서요.. 30일 지나고 오라해야할지 아님 더 있어야 할지 고민이에요ㅠㅠ

신생아 있는집 외부인 방문시기

저희는 남편이 백일해 맞은 분 어머님은 조리원 퇴소날 와서 봐주시고 백일해 안맞은 분들은 100일때 오라하고 있어요ㅠㅠ

저는 조리원퇴소하고 가족들은 시댁식구들 친가식구들 다 한번씩 보러오고 어머니가 가끔 오셔용! 
양육자만 맞고 다른가족은 백일해주사 안맞았어욤 

17일차 인데 시엄니 오셨어요 (첫외부인) 백일해 미접종 맘마주려고 보니 이미 본인이 먹이신다고 안고계시고 마스크 안하시고 손 안씻고여 미침여.. 

요새 백일해 유행한다는 뉴스보고 백일해주사 접종안한 사람은 100일 이전까진 방문 금하기로 했어요. 주사맞은 양가부모님들만 방문하기로 했고 오시더라도 손소독 및 개인위생에 철저하기로 했구요.

백일해안맞은 양가아빠들은 마스크쓰고 계시도록해서 30일 전에 다 오셨어요 ㅎㅎ 

그러니까요...저 토요일 남편 출근할때 엄마 부르려고 했능데 백일해 아직 안맞았다고 했더니 ..남편이 요즘 백일해가 유행이라 걱정된다고 해서 다음에 오기로 했어요ㅠㅠ

가족들 조리원 퇴소하고 일주일안에 다 보러왔어요~ 그대신 아기 만지시지는 않고 얼굴만 보고 가셨어요

저는 애기 20일조금 넘었을때 출혈로 급하게 입원하는바람에 시부모님 오셔서 일주일동안 애기 봐주셨어요^^,,ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ일주일새 어찌나 포동포동 해졌는지🥹

저는 잠깐와서 보시는 경우엔 백일해 안 맞으셨어도 오시라했어요 경남지방만 백일해 유행중이고.. 마스크 끼시거나 손 깨끗히 씻으라고 한 다음 아가 만지거나 안게 했어요! 

저는 백일해 접종 다 하셔서 한달만에 가서 보여드리고 가까워서 매일 가서 자고왔어요! 근데 가서 지내보니 시어머니 외출하고 손도 안씻으시고(주방일하면서 물대는게 다인듯)운동복 실내복 구분 없이 계속 입고계시면서 아기 안고 트림시키고 얼굴가까이대고 말하고 하셔서 이제 안가려고요.

가족들은 그냥 다 오긴하는데 시부모님은 병원에서 일하시는지라 아이 만지거나 안지는 않으시고 보고만 가셔요 ㅎㅎ

저희는 양가부모님 다 백일해 맞아서 시댁도 친정도 다녀왔구..친정 엄마가 와서 도와주셔요. 이외는 안오시네용

전 그런거 아에 상관없이..봤어요 ㅋㅋ
근데 30일지나고부터 오라해도될거같아요!

임신을 하고 나니 지하철 임산부석때문에 화딱지가 나더라구요 
출퇴근 지옥철 탈때면 임산부 뱃지는 무용지물..
어떻게 어떻게 해서 임산부석 앞으로 가면 
100이면 90정도는 아줌마, 할머니 앉아계세요
할머니는 아예 일어날 생각도 안하시고
중년의 아줌마는 케바케인데
어느날은 절대 안일어나는거에요
같은 역에서 내렸는데 내리면서 저 뱃지보더니 화들짝 놀라더라구요
그래서 제가 “피곤해서 앉아계셨어도 임산부석에 앉아계시는거면 누가타면 주위를 좀 살펴보셔야해요~~” 라고했어요 

본인들도 애기낳아봤다 이 심리인건지…

자리비켜주눈 사람만나면 감사합니다 하는 현실도 웃퍼요 ㅎㅎ

허리가 너무 아픈날은 (초기인데 벌써 아파요ㅠㅠ)
서럽기까지 하더라구여ㅜㅜ

지하철 임산부석

저는 직장인 워킹맘이고, 출산 예정일은 내년 4.1일 이에요!
내년이 승진 대상자인 해라, 출산휴가만 90일 사용하고 회사로 복귀하고 아이는 전적으로 남편이 케어하는 방향으로 계획 중이에요.

그래서 출산휴가를 최대한 출산 직전에 사용하고 싶은데, 아무래도 인수인계 등이 걸리다 보니 언제 들어갈지 예상이 안되어 계획이 어려운 것 같아요..🥲
아직은 아기가 아무 이슈 없이 뱃속에서 건강하게 잘 자라주고 있는데, 자연분만일 경우 몇주 차에 출산하셨는지 주변 선배맘들의 경험 공유해주실 수 있을까요?

물론 개인별로 케이스가 다 다르겠지만, 제가 초산이기도 하고 주변에 임산부가 별로 없어 여쭤보아요! 혹시 이런 정보 나눌 수 있는 맘카페나 좋은 유튜브 채널이 있다면 알려주셔도 정말 감사하겠습니다🥰


자연분만하신 주변 선배맘들 몇주차에 출산하셨나요?

아기 깨시가 길어도 너무 길어서 기본적인 생활이 안돼요ㅠㅠ

수유텀이 4시간 정도인데 낮잠을 정확히 30분 자면 깨버려요...ㅋㅋ다시 재우려고 해도 울면서 깨버리구요

매 수유텀마다 3시간 30분을 깨어있어서 분유먹이는 시간 제외해도 거의 3시간을 놀아줘야해요..

근데 또 심지어 누워서 노는걸 안좋아해서 거의 품에 있 있는데 허리랑 손목이 너무 아프고 멘탈까지 탈탈 털리네요 ㅠㅠ

전 초기만 냄비 중기부턴 밥솥으로 할거에요 ㅋㅋㅋ180일에 딱 소고기 먹고싶어서 174일인가부터 하려구요!

저도 막 고민하다가 그냥 별이유없이 베이비무브 없이 냄비!로 정했어요ㅎㅎ정하고나니 맘이 조금 편해지네용!
초기는 미음, 오트밀, 소고기 요정도라 제가  해보고 중기, 후기때 시판할지 결정하려구요!

무브보단 냄비샀어여 ㅋㅋ 근데 둘찌 있는 친구가 “야,, 사서먹여”하더라고요..^^ 그리편할수가없다며 애기도잘먹는다곸ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 

저는 냄비로해요ㅋㅋ 첫째도 직접 만들어먹이다가 후기쯤 가서 안먹어서 시판했는데 튼튼이도 그렇게 하려구용 지금은 너무 잘먹어줘서 만들어놓음 나름 뿌듯하고 기대돼요ㅋㅋㅋ

저는 일다니기 시작해서 시간적 여유가 없어 시판으로 할려고요!
전업분들도 중기까지는 직접하시다가 후기부터는 너무 힘들어하셔서 시판으로 많이들 바꾸시더라구요!

너무 잘먹고 잘자고 순한 아기 육아중이에요
지금 61일차인데 산후도우미 서비스 기간에는 말동무가 있어서 좋았는데 지금은 평일 낮시간 혼자 육아하는시간이 너무 심심해요

아기가 너무 순해서 별로 울지도않고 수유하고 한시간 놀아주면 졸려하고 졸릴땐 제 품에 안겨자는거보다 누워서 혼자 자는걸 더 잘해서 눕혀두면 혼자 꾸엥 끄엥 하다가 자요

낮잠 한번 자면 길게는 3시간까지 자서 그때 집안일하기도하고 같이 잠도자고 하는데
밤 11시 30분 꿈수하고나면 7시까지 잘 자서 새벽수유 안하고 저도 푹자니까 별로 잠도안오고..
집안일 할거없고 잠도 안오면 심심해죽겠어요
오죽 심심하면 온 집안을 다 들쑤시고 청소하고 다녀요
시끄럽게 왔다갔다거려도 잘 깨지도않고 깨도 뭐 멀뚱멀뚱히 있다가 다시 자요

언니가 2달차 애기 키우면서 심심하다는 말 하는게 너무 신기하다는데 저는 너무너무너무 심심해요

저희 아가랑 똑같네요,, 저는 혼합수유 중인데 유축 설거지 집안일 하면 아가 밥 먹을 시간이네용,, 아가는 분명 길게 자주는데 왜이리 할 일은 많은지,,집안일 뒤로 재쳐두면 저도 그냥 같이 자요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 아마 이유식 시작하면 그리울 시간이겠쬬..ㅜㅜ

저는 완분이라서 ㅠㅠ 
너무잘자서 밥먹구 설거지하고 빨래하고 널고 하는게 한번에 가능하더라구요 ㅋㅋ
그러고나면 나머지 타임은 할게없어요...일을 만들어하지않는이상 ..또르르 ㅋㅋ
심심해도 지금을 즐겨야하나요 ㅋㅋㅋ

드라마를 몇개나 보는지 .. 배우들이 겹치면 헷갈릴정도에요
시간을 헛되게 보내나.. 싶어서 공부할꺼라도 꺼내놓고 보진 않습니다...^^...!

조리원 퇴소하고 일주일정도 되었는데, 며칠째 잠을 못자니 너무 힘들어요. 도우미님 계실때 3시간정도 자는 것 외에 밤에는 거의 못잡니다.. 

저녁되면 아기가 악쓰면서 몸 뻣뻣하게 펴고 다리 뻥뻥차면서 우는데 왜 그런지 모르겠어요..
모유 먹은지 얼마안되었고
기저귀도 아니고
안을때는 좀 나은데 침대에 눕히기만 하면 다시 울고
겨우 잠들었나 싶을때는 모로반사때문에 놀라서 다시 울고, 모로반사는 한 번 시작되면 기본 네번 연속은 놀라요.
이게 계속 반복되니 저도 아기도 너무 힘들어요

어떻게 해야하나요? 왜 그런걸까요? 시간이 지날때까지 계속 이래야하나요? 너무 힘들어요 정말..ㅠㅠ



왜 우는지 모르겠어요 ㅠㅠ 도와주세요 

제 아기도 밥 잘 먹고 항상 배 위에 안겨서 잠들었는데 속싸개(스와들업) 하는 순간 꼭 깨더라구요 눕혀도 불편한지 자주 깼는디 이번에 양막주머니 사서 입혔더니 정말 너무 편햐하고 잘 자요! 한번 시도해버세요 여기에 백색소음까자 틀어주몀 정말 잘 자더라구요 구원자입니다

엄마 뱃속에 있다 나와서 아기는 모든게 다 어색할거에요. 저는 첨에 아기를 제 가슴위에 엎어서 재웠어요. 엄마 냄새도 맡고 아기들이 제일 편해하는 자세라고 하더라구요. 이땐 진짜 밤에 3시간은 자더라구요. 저는 아기가 태어나고 5일째인가 엄청 자지러지게 한시간 반을 우는데.... 문제가 있는게 아니고 그냥 아기는 그렇게 울때도 있다고 딱히 제가 할수 있는건 없고 최선을 다해(?) 달래줄수 밖에 없대요.. 

발 하나를 계속 뻥뻥 차면 속이 불편해서 그럴 수 있어요. 트림 했어도 수시로 불편해 하기 때문에 그때마다 트림 할 수 있도록 등 토닥토닥 해줘야 해요 .

저랑 같아요... 조리원에서 나온 날부터 계속 찡찡대고 안아줘서 잘 자고 눕히면 5-10분 뒤에 깨고... 저도 거의 밤 새네요... 또 낮엔 너무 잘 자고.. ㅠㅠ 너무 힘드네요...

저도 오늘 새벽에 달래다가 수유의자 앉아서 배 위에 엎어서 올렸더니 잘진정되서 그 상태로 쭉 재웠어요 눕히면 또 깰까봐요 그랬더니 아가가 수유시간도 지난채로 꽤 오래 잤어요 저는 푹은 못잤지만 그래도 눈 붙힌게 어디야 싶어요..

저도 애기가 한번씩 그럴 때 있는데 성장통 배앓이때문에 그럴 수 있어요ㅠ

아직 모로반사 있는시기니깐 혹시나 속싸개 풀지말고 해주시고 스와들업같은거했는데도 놀라는거면 스와들업은 효과없는거니까 속싸개로 해주세요 그리고  발을 가슴쪽으로 당겼다가 차는거면 배앓이일 확률이 높아요ㅠ 트름 잘 시켜주시고 모유먹고 매번 그러는지 아니면 특정 음식먹고 모유줄때 그러는지 확인해보셔야될 거같아요 저는 아기가 잘자긴하는데 저녁에 잘 안자서 꼭 시간정해두고 목욕시킬때 후다닥 씻기는게 아니라 5-10분으로 제한주고 몸 얼른 씻기고 아기욕조에 갈비뼈정도까지는 물에잠기게해서 좀 몸풀어줘요 그럼 잘자더라고요 저녁에도 애기들도 울고 젖먹고하면서 에너지를 쓰는거기때문에 피로를 풀어줘야하더라고요 그리고 팔베개해주고 재우거나  쪽쪽이 물려서 재우는것도 방법인 것 같아요 힘내세요!

안녕하세요. 7개월 여 9.5kg 아가인데 이유식 한 끼에 170g 을 먹어야 겨우 만족해요. 보통 중기 이유식 한 끼에 많이 먹으면 150g 먹는다고 들어서 아주아주 살짝 걱정되어 혹시 저희 아기처럼 많이 먹는 아기가 있나 궁금해서 글 남겨봅니다 ㅎㅎ 이유식은 하루 두 번먹고 분유는 240cc 총 3-4번정도 먹어요. 주변에 돌 아기 엄마 셋이 있는데 분유량에도 놀라더라고요..ㅎㅎㅎ

소화력 좋은 아가면 빨리 입자감 올려주면 돼요

입자배죽진도 빨리나가면되고 그래도 분유량 안줄어들고 소화잘시키면 좀더늘려도되용. 저희아가 7갤에 진밥으로 230씩두끼먹고 분유는 240씩세번먹었오용. 8갤에 후기시작해서 230-250씩 세끼로 바로 업해구욥. 근데 이렇게먹어도 걸음마시작하면 체중정체기오더라구요ㅎㅎ

24주 5일차입니닷!

오늘 임당검사하고왔는데
정상수치가 130이라는데 전 141이 떠서
다음주 토요일에 재검하러 오라고하네요ㅠㅠ

식단이나 관리 일주일 한다고 도움이 될까 싶은데
그래도 노력해보는게 좋겠죠...?

오늘 재검받고와서 결과기다리고있어요! 
어차피 공복에 혈당재는거라 짧은기간 식단이 의미있을까 싶지만 그래도 아이와 엄마본인을 위해 건강한것 위주로 챙겨먹는 게 좋을거같구요! 
생각보다 재검 안힘들고 할만하니까 너무 걱정 안하셧으면 좋겟어요! 
시약도 힘들지않아요 ㅎ 

저는 140까지 괜찮다며 138나와서 통과햇눈데요????.?????

첫째때 임당이엿는데 둘째때는 임당통과햇어용 무조건 야채먼저 드시고 단백질 탄수화물 순서로 꼭드세요 스트레스안받으셔두 되유 

전148이라 재검 예정인데 음식 조절 힘들어서 그냥 먹어요ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 방금도 족발 치킨 젤리 먹었네요..

전 190까지 나와서 재검하기전까지 일주일 채식위주로 했더니 정상 나왔어요~
입덧때문에 사탕 달고 살고 수박을 너무 많이 먹었었는데 탄수화물 줄이고(밥은 현미귀리곤약밥 섭취) 샐러드 위주로 먹었더니 정상 나왔답니다.

애기가 똥울 자주 지리고 이런 증상 없으신가요?? 새벽에 일어나서 응가를 하고 .. 이번 리뉴얼된 분유로 시작하고 이렇게 된건지혹시 비슷한 증상 있으신분 계신지 궁금합니다

토요일에 검진받고 질염때문에 세척도 했어요 근데 그날 저녁에 분홍색 냉? 이 왈칵 쏟아져서 놀랬는데 검진 받고 온 당일이라 그냥 초기 증상 중에 하나일거라 생각하고 다음날부터 증상도 없길래 그냥 있었는데 오늘 갑자기 또 붉은 피가 냉에 섞여서 나왔어요ㅠㅠ이런 증상이 흔한 건가요? ㅠㅠ 차를 좀 오래 탄 활동말고는 별다른 활동을 안했는데 너무 걱정이 되네요…ㅠㅠ

임신 7주차 피비침 현상 다들 겪으셨나요?

저는 왕복 5시간 차 타고 하루종일 돌아다녔는데도 그런건 없었어요... 갑자기 활동을 해서 그런걸 수도 있으니깐, 무조건 피비침있음 병원 가보시고 처방받은 약 드시면 괜찮을 거예요~

전 아직까지 피비침본적없는데ㅠㅠ
흔한증상은 아닌거같아요!! 종종 그런분들있긴한데 병원한번 가보세여 ㅠㅠ

저 5주때비비칠때는 착상되서피보일수있다고하시더라구요 그래서 안심하고있었는데 7주째배가 알싸하게아프면서 금토일 피가안멈춰서 월요일병원가보니 쑥쑥자라고있다고 안심하라고 하시더라구요 7주차에는 엄마 몸의 영양분은 아기에게 전달하기 위한 태반이 만들어지는 시기로, 태반과 자궁벽이 연결이 이루어지는데이 떄 출혈이 생길수있데요~~ 갈색혈루요~~~ 

전 5주때 갈색혈보이다 6주때 경부암검사받고 나서 분홍색혈 계속 보여요~ 특히 큰일볼때 힘주면 분홍색혈이 나와여 ㅠㅠ 근데 병원에서는 문제가없다고 애기는 잘크고있다 산모가 불안하면 매번와서 확인하는 방법뿐이라고 그러시더라구요 그래서 전 자주 병원가서 확인했어요~~

저도 5주차부터 혈이 보이는데, 처음 분홍혈이 보일째 갔더니 폴립이 생겻더라구요! ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 그리고 괜찮앗다가 이번주 월요일 검진때 경부 소독? 같은거 하고나서 화요일에 또 피가 비춰서 다녀왓는데, 의사쌤 말씀으론 아기집쪽에 피고임이 없어서 크게 문제 될거같진 않다고 하셨어요! 그래도 피비치는건 좋은건 아니니까 유산방지 주사 놔주셨어요! 금요일에도 또 맞으러 가요! 

저도 6주6일 낮에 화장실갔을때 한번닦을땐 갈색냉 두번째닦을땐 선홍빛냉 봤는데 그날 저녁에 병원가니까 애기한테 문제없다고 피고임도 없다구 하더라구요! 배에 통증없고 많은양이 아니면 괜찮다고 하셨어요!
참고로 저는 다음날 10시쯤 멈췄습니닷!

눈가에 빨간 자국은 아기 꺼낼때 쓸려서 그런거고 이마에 하얀 줄?은 생긴 원인 말씀 안해주시고 좀 지켜봐야 한다구만 하셨는데 없어질까요????

임신초기에 아이에게 안 좋대서 안 썼는데 이제 다 컸으니 온수매트 써도 되겠죠 ….? ㅎ

54일차 아기인데 유튜브, 카페, 블로그같은데 보면 대부분 조리원퇴소하고 집에와서부터 수면교육을 일찍들 시작하던데 전 아직 시작은 커녕 낮잠은 품에서만 자는 아가라서 낮에는 계속 안아주고있고 밤에는 3시간반에서 4시간간격으로 수유하며 침대에서 재우고 있거든요
밤에 침대에서 자는것도 트름시킬때 애가 잠들어버려서 곯아떨어지면 그때 눕히고있구요ㅜㅜ
낮잠 잠투정이 심해져서 스트레스 받고있는 와중에 친언니가 오늘 전화와서는 애가 아무리 울어도 눕혀야한다고 나중에 어린이집가서 낮잠 못잔다고 무조건 눕혀라고 하더라구요
한번 울면 엄청난 강성울음이라 눕혀 재워야하는건 알지만 그게 힘들더라구요
비슷한 시기에 아기들은 수면교육 시작들 했는지, 시작했다면 어떤 방법으로 하시는지 궁금해요ㅜㅜ

오늘로 저희 아기는 70일 됐는데 저는 따로 수면교육은 안했어요 귀찮기도 하고 애들마다 다 다르다고 생각해서 안했구요 그쯤부터 밤에 6-7시간 통잠은 자는거 같아요! 다만 낮에는 안아서 재워달라고 할때도 많아요 ^^.... 낮에 최대한 깨워서 놀아주려고 하구요 에너지 소모를 위해.. 밤에 일정한 시간에 목욕 시키고 불 다 끄고 최대한 소음없는 환경을 만들어주는게 중요한거 같아요!

저희 아기도 54일차인데 별도로 수면교육은 안하고 있어요~ 애기가 많이 보채는 편도 아니라 밤에는 웬만하면 수유하고 안아서 토닥해주다가 잘랑말랑 할때 눕히면 잘 잠드는 편이고 낮에는 요즘 잠투정같이 좀 찡찡거리기 시작했는데 심하지않으면 쪽쪽이 물리고 눕혀놓고 울거나 많이 낑낑대면 그냥 안아줘요 ㅎㅎ 재우는게 많이 힘들지 않아 그럴 수도 있겠지만 안아줄 수 있을 때 많이 안아주자 하는 마음이에요~

지금 수면교육 해봤자 의미가...😅 첫째때 따로 안했고 둘째도 할생각 없습니다 맘님 상황이 저희 첫째가 그랬거든요 더 심하면 더 심했지 덜하진 않았어요
어린이집은 수면교육이아니라 엄빠랑 애착형성이 잘되어야 아이가 어린이집 적응을 잘해요 애착형성에 집중해주세용

저는 58일여아키우고 있는데 50일부터 하루에 한번이라도 등대고 잘수있게끔 서서히 늘려나가면서 수면교육/수면의식을 했어요.
아닥법쉬닥법퍼버법등등 많은 시행착오가 있었지만 저희아이는 짬뽕으로 잘 섞어서 쓰는데 지금은 초반에 칭얼거리지만 등대고 40~3시간 낮잠 잡니다! 매번 안아서 재우고 내려놓으면 20분만에 깨고.. 저는 수면교육하고 삶의질이 달라졌어요..^^ 체력적으로 덜 부담되니 좋은컨디션으로 아이를 볼수있더라구요! 깨어있을때는 많이 사랑해주고 몸으로 놀아줍니다!

제가 쓴 글인줄 알았네요
 저도 요새 같은 고민하고있었는데 다들 수면교육 한다고 하는데 안하니깐 저만 너무 육아에 관심없는 엄마처럼 보이고ㅠㅠ 
저희애도 저녁이나 새벽은 트림시키다 잠들어서 수면교육이 따로없어요 낮에 칭얼거리면 안아서 재우다가 라라스에 눕혀재우고요
몇일전 강성울음상태에서 남편이 그냥 내버려두자해서 20분정도 그냥 둿더니 아기목소리만 걸걸해지고 얼마나 속상하던지 그날 남편이랑 다퉜어요 
아직 100일도 안되었는데 더 안아주고 재워도 될거같은데ㅠㅠ 시어머니나 남편은 매일 안아주면 안된다 울게 두면 알아서 잘꺼다 하는데 그건 지쳐서 잠드는거라 좋다고 생각안했거든요

안그래도 초보엄마라 모든게 다 제 잘못같은데 주위에서 한마디씩 하니깐 육아에 더 자신이 없어지더라구요


수면교육했고 하는중입니다. 
스스로 진정하는법, 스스로 자는법을 알려줄 기회를 주는거라고 생각하고 필요하다고 생각해요!

아기 77일됐는데 수면교육 안했고 갑자기 8시부터 6시까지 통잠자요!! 대신 낮잠을 잘 안자요그냥 아기들마다 시기가 있는 것 같아요!
저희아기도 잠투정 진짜 심하고 품에서만 자려고했었는데 아가한테 맡기니까 됐어요ㅎㅎ

몇주도 안됐어요
안아재워라 등 대고 눕지 않는다!! 씨름하고 주변에는 수면교육하던데 ... 하면서 스스로에게 스트레스를 너무 줬나봐요

옆잠베개를 50일중후반쯤 구매해서 처음으로 바닥에 누워잤어요

그 전까지는 내내 역방쿠에서 그 마저도 재우기까지 다섯여섯번은 시도해서 ㅠㅠ재우고 했었어요ㅜ

옆잠베개하면서 옆으로 자고 등대고 자고 지금은 이틀뿐이지만 ! 
7시간 자고있어요! (아침새벽쯤 쪽쪽이 물리기는 해요 울진 않고 젖을 엄청 찾는 듯한 움직임)

낮에 등대고 노는 타임 한두번 갖고 틈만나면 자꾸 내려놨어요

안아줄 수 있을 때 많이 안아주라는 말도 공감해서 안아주려하지만 산모도 쉬는 시간, 정리할 시간이 필요하다고 생각해요

저희는 분리수면 할 여건이 안돼서 안방에서 같이 자는데(이동침대 사용)
처음엔 품에서 푹 잠들 때 내려놨는데 요즘은 잠들것 같은 눈하면 얘기해주면서 내려놔요
처음엔 많이 칭얼거리지만 얘기 계속해주면서 누워서 자는거다 엄마가 옆에 있으면 편히 자라 등
아닥 쉬닥 다 하면서 자는데
종종 깰때도 조금 칭얼하고는 스스로 잠들 때도 생겼어요! 

시간도 해결해주는 것이 있지만 산모도 노력이 필요한거 같아요

애기 울음 칭얼거림을 무시할 수 있는, 저는 가끔 설거지를 합니다 
물론 캠은 쳐다보면서요 🤣🤣

수유텀 늘리는것도 도움이 되는거 같아요 
저희는 쪽쪽이 하거든요
쪽쪽이로 20분 30분 점차 늘려서 지금은 4시간 정도 간격으로 먹어요(어쩔땐 애기는 안고파하는데 제가 먹이는거 같은 기분;ㅎㅎ)

수유중에 먹다 잠드는 것도 
저 그것땜에 엄청 울고 스트레스 받아했거든여? 자느라 안먹어서..
지금은 다 먹고나면 눈 알아서 떠요
트림해야하는걸 아는듯이
(이건 습관도 그렇고 시간이 해결해주는 거 같아요)

낮에 많이 놀리세요
괜히 얼굴에 로션 한번 더 발라주고 말 많이 걸고 발 붙잡고 자전거 그것도 해주고(장 운동!)
가슴에 올려두고 터미하는거 !! 이거하면 완전 피곤해 하더라구요!

귓바퀴에 귀지도 닦아주고 코도 한번 봤다가 여러모로 낮에 많이 사랑하면서 괴롭혀주세요

저는 돈까지 주고 수면교육받고있는데, 받기전에 너무 내 욕심인가 내가 유별난가 자괴감 들고 괴로웠어요. 

아기 울리는게 싫긴하지만 제가 마음먹은건 일주일정도 고생해서 그 뒤에 아기가 울지 않고 자는거였어요. 울음의 총량으로 치면 수면교육을 하고 나서가 덜울거라고 생각하고요.

아직 완벽하진 않지만 아기 낮잠 밤잠 등대고 잡니다.

낮잠은 아직 실패할때도 가끔있지만 대부분 5-15분 이내로 칭얼거리기만 하다 스스로 잠들어요.

밤잠은 아직 힘들어하는데 이것저것 바꿔보며 아기에게 맞는 스케줄과 방법 찾고있어요.

낮잠 재울때 자기 전에 울고 자다가 내려놓을때 깨서 울고, 나는 팔아파서 울고 아무것도 못하고... 그때는 노는 것도지옥이었는데 아기거 등대고 40-1시간 20분정도씩 하루 5번정도 자니까 혼자 있어도 밥도 차려 먹고, 간단한 청소랑 세수양치도 하고 쪽잠도 잡니다.

당연히 아기 깼을때 안아주고 말걸고 쉴새없이 놀아주고요.


위에 뾰롱님처럼 저 지금 젖물잠과 사투라 저도 울고 아기도 울면서 젖빼고있는데, 이것도 습관이 잡히면 먹을때잘먹고, 잘때푹자는 건강한 아기가 될것같아요.

그거 생각하며 고생스럽지만 하고있어요.

어쩌면 아기 안고 재우는거, 젖물리는거  당장 아기 울리지 않으니 위한다고 엄마 정신적으로 승리하고있는 걸지도 모릅니다. 

안고 자면 아기 자꾸 움직이다 깨고 둘다 덥고요...

뭐 저도 어쩌면? 정신승리중일지도 모르지만...  수면교육 하고있는 당사자로서의 의견이에요~!

앞으로도 아기 습관 잡는 일은 뭐든 이렇게힘들겠구나 생각합니다ㅎㅎㅎㅜㅜ 모두 육아 힘냅시다!

수면교육은 양육자가 원하는 생활방식에 따라 선택할뿐, 정답은 없는것같아요~ 우리집 아기는 잠투정이 심해서 제가 살아남기 위해 일주일전에 시작했는데😇 밤잠부터 적극 시도했고, 낮잠은 좀 더 어렵다고 해서 아기 컨디션이나 시간 봐가면서 조금씩만 시도해보고 있어요. 밤잠은 안눕 1~3번 정도면 잘 자는데, 낮잠은 아직 거의 안아서 기절시키고 눕히고 있네요. 이렇게 시도하다보면 언젠간 자겠지.. 하고 오늘도 내일도 존버합니다🥲

53일차 아기 수면교육은 따로 하지 않으나 
낮과 밤은 구분할 수 있게 해주고
자기전에 공간을 분리해주며 (낮에 거실생활/ 밤에 방 침대에서 잠들기) 루틴을 만들어 주고 있어요.
울면 바로 가서 안아주지는 않고 다가가면서 목소리 들려주고 조금 기다릴 수 있게 지켜보고 안아주고 있답니다. 아기의  컨디션이 매일 다를 수 있기 때문에 아기의 기분도 살피고 있어요.
저도 자주 안아주는 편이라 남편하고 친정 시댁 부모님께서 손탄다고 이야기 하나 애착 형성이 더 중요한 시기라고 생각하기 때문에 민감하게 반응해주고 있답니다.
 제 생각에는 안정적인 애착형성 이후에 분리수면도 이루어진다고 생각해서요.. 분리수면은 부모님의 상황이나 가치관에 따라 바뀐다고 생각합니다! 본인이 아이와 함께 지낼 때 편한 방법으로 선택하시는게 가장 좋다고 생각해요! 저는 이런 식으로 하니 낮에 안아주지 않고도 놀다가 잠드는 패턴이 만들어졌어요 낮에 놀이시간도 가지다가 자연스럽게 잠들더라구요!
아기가 아직 순한 것도 있지만 태어난지 50일인데 나보다 더 힘들겠구나 하는 마음으로 많이 안아주고 이야기 해주고 있어요! 스트레스 받지 말고 아기와 행복한 하루 보내시길 바랄게요! 힘내세요!

알아서 누워잤었구요
셋째 60일됐는데 수면교육할생각은 
없어요  많이 안아주고싶어서요ㅋㅋ
셋째안고 첫째둘째케어해야해서 
대환장파티일때 있긴하지만 이때아님 
언제 안아주나싶어서
 그냥 ㅎㅎ안고있어요
현재는 낮에먹놀하고 졸려죽을때까지 뒀다가 쪽쪽이물려서  안아서 궁둥이두들기면 오분안에 잠들구요! 낮잠길게안자는애라 잠연장때메 고민중인데 쪽쪽이물려서 궁둥이두들겨보구 그게안통하면 안아서 다시재워주고 눕혀요
진짜 정답은 없어요ㅎㅎ

저희애들은 3,4살때부터 한살더먹고 형님되면 니네끼리 누워자는거다 엄마는 밖에서 할일을 해야 너희와 더많은시간을 보낼수있다  일년동안 세뇌시켜서 밤잠 둘이 누워있다자게 성공했네요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
지금은 제가 분리불안이와서 종종ㅋㅋㅋ
애들 그렇게잠들고나면 몰래 옆에가서 누워있다오고 자고오고그래요

저희 어릴땐 수면교육 없이 자랐어도 다 잘컸잖아요.!? 처음엔  먹놀잠 패턴도 신경쓰였는데 너무 그거에 얽매이다보니 제가 스트레스 받고 있더라구요. 63일차 아직도 대부분의 낮시간에는 안겨서 자지만 밤에는 5시간정도 자고 새벽에 딱 한번수유해요. 자연스레 밤 잠 시간이 좀더 늘어날거라생각하며 지내는 요즘입니다. 화이팅해요 우리

73일차 아기 키우고 있어요! 저는 조리원에서 집 오자마자 애기는 애기방에서 따로재웠고 집에 온날이 26일차 였는데 26일부터 30일 까지만 새벽에 4시간 간격으로 수유했고 신생아 딱지 떼고부터는 울면 수유했어요 그러다가 45일차 되는날부터 9시간 10시간씩 통잠자다가 지금은 12시간 13시간 자요 1-2분 안아주고 눕히고 잘자라고 인사하고 문 닫고 나오면 길어도 5분안에는 혼자 잠들어요! 낮잠은 거실에서 재워도 잘 자긴하는데 애기방 애기 침대에서 자면 더 잘자요 애기마다 다 다르잖아용 ㅠㅠ 울땐 최대한 따뜻하게 안아주시고 천천히 하시다보면 텀이 점점 늘어날거에요 !!! 엄마가 수면교육은 마음 단단히 먹고 시작해야 성공하더라고요.. 조금 울고 칭얼거린다고 맘아파서 안아주고 그럼 안되고 처음엔 5분 울고 그 후엔 10분 15분 울고 달래주고 점점 일관성있게 하시다보면 성공할거에용! 수면교육 안해도 저희 다 잘 컸잖아요~ 엄마마다 애기마다 다 다르니 방법 찾으셔서 잘 키우시길 바라요!!!٩(ᐛ)و 

자는거 시작은 안아서 재우고 속싸개로 싸서 눕히면 낮잠 1시간정도씩 자고 
옆잠베개쓰니깐 갑자기 막 낮잠을 2~3시간을 자더라고요 신세계를 발견한 기분이었어욬ㅋㅋ
밤잠은 그냥 5~6시간 쭉~~자더라고요 따로 뭐 하진 않았어요 새벽에 밥한번 먹고 또 아침까지 쭉~자고
그냥 그러려니~하고 잠오면 재우고 배고프면 먹이고 그래요

저희54일인데요ㅠㅠ저는24시안고있어요ㅠㅠ낮에는그래도눕어서자는데ㅠ
밤에는등대고안자서안고쇼파서기대고날새요ㅠㅠ

음..! 저도 애착형성vs수면교육, 정보의 홍수 속에서 엄청 고민하고 결국 완벽한 수면교육까진 아니지만 어느정도는 하자로 결정해서 시도하고 있구요-

19일차~신생아 딱지 떼기 전까지 침대, 역방쿠, 안방.. 다 거부하던 아기라 원형러그에서만 잤는데 이때는 낮/밤 구분만 시켜줬고, 낮잠 거의 못자다 시피 할 정도로 자고.. 밤에는 기절해서 눕히면 자더라고요?

이모님 계실때 거실에 아기침대 빼놓고 거기서 계속 잘 수 있게 적응시켜달라 했고 32일차부터는 라라스도입, 40일차부터는 거실생활 청산하고 안방들어갔고 42일차부터 낮에는 먹고 놀고 자고, 밤에는 먹고 자는거 인식시켜주는 정도.. 47일차부터는 목욕시간은 정해놓고 수유량, 텀 조절해서 씻기고 먹이고 하고있고

56일차인데 아직 미숙하지만,
7시~7시반 목욕 8시 맘마 9시안에는 밤잠 들어가요.. 자는 시간은 4~5시간 반정도.. 낮잠은 3~4회 2~3시간 잡니다. 이것도 완벽하진 않지만 어느 타이밍에 자겠다. 졸리다. 일어나겠다 파악이 되니까 일단 제가 편하고ㅠㅠ

제가 겪어본 바.. 아기도 숙면이 되야 먹놀잠도 되고, 먹을때 안졸고.. 덜보채는거 같아요- 숙면 못한날은 악순환이더라구요ㅠㅠ 배고픈거 절대 못참는 아기인데 이제는 수면욕이 더 올라와서.. 배고픔을 이기네요, 실제로 이때부턴 잘 자는게 크는데 더 도움이 된데요!!

14갤이랑 이제50일아기.
저도 진짜 새벽에 세시간마다 수유하고 안아달라고 막우는데
무시했어요...솔직히
너무힘들어서....쪽쪽이로 입틀막하고ㅠㅠ 새벽에 잠이라도자고싶어서 저녁6시에 씻기고 막수하고 부터 무시했어요 울던지말던지 그리고 저잘때는 귀마개하고 자고... 그랫드니 12시간통잠자드라구여? 울어도 지쳐서 다시 잠들고... 그러더니 지금은 12시간 그냥 쭉자요....

막 인스타 같은데보면 통잠잔다 라라스베개에서 잔다..등등 엄청 부러운데 다 포기했어여..
우리아가는 라라스 베개 조차 거부하고 베개도 싫어하구요... 어제는 밤에 재우는데 4시간 넘게 걸리는데 정말 울고싶고..밤낮이 바뀔까바 걱정되었어요 ㅠㅠ

다들 비슷한 고민들 하고계셔서 한편으로는 안심이 되네요 ㅠㅠ

육아의 정답은 없다고 생각해요, 성인들도 각자 다른 성향과 패턴으로 삶을 살아가고 있으니
아기들도 고유의 성향이 있다고 생각이 들더라구요!
엄마랑 아기가 맞춰나가면서 조금더 행복하고 건강한 육아를 할수있도록 하는게 젤 중요한거 같아용^^
