What kind of drinks do you enjoy while preparing for pregnancy? If you have a tea that is good for relieving morning sickness and has a refreshing feeling, please recommend it.

Should I go to a 3 night 4 days trip or not

I’m 5 weeks pregnant now, and there’s a trip at the end of May that I’m supposed to go with 10 girls. By that time I’ll be 9/10 weeks pregnant. I’ll be flying 5 hours to spend some time with them for a weekend. I bet we’ll be so busy doing activities, eating lots of food, and them enjoying drinks, but I’m not sure if it’s the best time to go or not. Usually I love making new friends, so I didn’t mind going to this trip when I know only a few of them. I don’t think any of them are mothers or pregnant like me. Now that I found out I’m pregnant, I’m not sure if it’s better to just stay at home. Maybe the morning sickness is pretty bad that I wouldn’t be able to enjoy the time? Maybe I would still appreciate going because I won’t have much opportunity like this after giving birth. What do you all think?
