          yeah you can try anything that doesn’t make you feel like vomiting first. Our appetite can change during pregnancy

            Hi Sara, my doctor said eat little by little like what Jennie mentioned, and also in between your small amount of meals, grab a bite some crackers or few loafs of bread to store some carbs. It’s better to have plain flavors like no additional salty or sweets. I personally recommend Cham-cracker(참 크래커) than Ivy(아이비). if you are suffering from nausea, have some lemon or ginger candies.

              She also recommended to have health suppliments for pregnant women made with not only folic acid but also with other nutrients like Vit D that can support your baby’s health while you can’t eat much.

            Hi Sara, I had terrible morning sickness too and eventually got better at 14 weeks. For me, acidic fruits (mostly watermelon, pineapple and grapes) and fizzy drinks (sparkling water or zero coke) helped a lot. If it gets too bad, you can ask your obgyn to prescribe you some Doxylamine pills which is what I took. It’s completely safe and does help a lot!

              Yep I’m going for a prenatal checkup soon this week I’ll ask my doctor in details! Frizzy drinks like zero coke are safe for babies?

            Orange juice or warm ginger + pandan drink helps me combat nausea! Hehe hang in there ♡
