Stress and mood swing

I wonder why some women are so ready to be a mother, wonder why some of them fight so much to have a kid. I was like them too, i did an ivf, one shot and it worked. But after positive, so much pain on first trimester. And then on second trimester im having mood swing. Like i didnt know why i agreed to do ivf, to try having kids. Im not sure im ready for this. I feel like im losing myself. I know it sounds selfish. Im confused with myself. Sometimes im happy with this pregnancy, sometimes i dont. Is this normal?

I gained too much after giving birth. (About 66 lb) I want to lose weight again but it's not easy at all :( my ankle hurts when I try to run so I gave up jogging. Is there any suggestions for another exercise?
