Sama2 bagus bunda folamil genio atau promavit. Saya kemarin 1minggu minum folamil genio, cuma krn mulut pahit trs seperti asam lambung, saya ganti minum promavit. Krn saya masih hamil trimester 1, kandungan asam folat folamil genio lebih tinggi dari promavit. 

Aku TM 1 folamil Genio bund karna tinggi asam folat, TM 2 ganti promavit ditambah calsium bio cal 95

클레랑 로하스밀 빼고 체험 다 돌았는데 얌이밀이 뻑뻑해서 잘 안 먹었고 나머지는 다 잘 먹었어요~ 아이마다 잘 먹는게 다르니 한 번 돌려보세요~~ 저는 실온이유식있고 다둥이할인도 해주는 루솔로 먹여용👍

아기변비 ㅜㅜ 

저도 크게 바뀐게 없었는데 아기가 변비가 생겨서 울면서 볼일 봤어요 토끼똥처럼 몇 알씩 싸면서 넘 힘들어해서 저도 맘 아팠네요ㅠㅠ예방접종때 병원가서 물어보니 4개월전 아기들은 그렇게 변비 생길 수도 있다고 하시고 분유는 바꾸지 말라고 하셨는데 저는 유산균 먹여도 나아지지 않아서 결국 분유 1번 임페리얼골드에서 위드맘으로 바꿨네요 위드맘으로 바꾸고는 조금 묽은 변이긴 하지만 변비 없이 응아하고 있어요!

저희 아가 112일 됐는데 요즘 그래서 병원가서 유산균 받아서 일단 급한 불 끄고 원래 브레짜 썼는데 정량 안맞는거 같대서 손으로 타주고 있어요..그거 밖에는 제가 더 해줄 수 있는게 없어서ㅠㅠ

16주쯤 거의 마지막 분수토하고 입덧이 끝나나 싶었는데 21주가 되니까 아랫배가 점점 위로 올라오는 느낌이 들면서 계속 체한 느낌이 들고 울렁거리고 하네요… 떠나갔던 입덧이 다시 돌아온걸까여 ㅠ.ㅠ 내 평온했던 일상… 이게 자궁이 점점 위로 올라오면서 위를 눌러서 그런걸까요? 저처럼 다시 입덧이 생기는 분도 계신가요? 흙흙

21주 다시 체덧 느낌이 나요 

저도 그래요 ㅠㅠ 17주에 입덧 사라졌었는데 20주 되니 저녁만 되면 다시 소화가 안되네요 ㅠㅠ

64일차 아기랑 고군분투하며 하루하루 보내는 초보 엄마에요~ 낮에는 엄마침대라고도 불리쥬 😅
방금 정말 오랜만에 찡얼대는거 기다려서 아기침대에서 낮잠을 재웠는데 기분이 째지네요 ㅋㅋㅋ
근데 아기침대나 트립트랩(에서도 가끔 짦은 낮잠 자요)에서는 애가 오래 못자고 20분도 안돼서 깨곤 하는데 그러면 다들 다시 재우나요 아니면 깬대로 데리고 또 노나요? 이거 쓰는데 애가 또 움찔거리는데 쭉좀 잤으면 좋겠네요 😂

낮잠

저는 아기가 울면서 깨면 잠연장 도와줘서 다음 사이클로 이어서 잘 수 있게 해줬어요! 몇 번 하다보니 혼자 이어서 쭉 자는 때도 있고 또 아닌 때도 있고 하더라고요. 처음엔 최대한 도와주고 점점 혼자 연장할 수 있게 조금 지켜보다가 개입하고 있어요. 울다가도 금방 진정하고 잠드는 때도 많아요 :)  

최대한 연장시키려고해요ㅜ 살 토닥이며 옆으로 재운다던지, 쪽쪽이를 물려준다던지 해봐요! 그래도 안되면 데리고 놀아야져..😖

이맘때 아기들은 1시간~1시간 반 깨어있다가 다시 자는데 보통 2시간은 자야 맞아요. 근데 잠 싸이클이 40분 전후라 얕은잠에서 깨버리지요 ㅎㅎ 깨는 경우 먼저 잠연장할 수 있게 다시 안아주거나 토닥여주거나 해주시고 15분 정도 해도 안되면 신나게 놀아주세요. 

71일차입니다.
저는 그냥 안아서 재워요~
아기가 잘 자고 일어나면 울지 않는데, 더 자야하는데 깬 거면 엄청 칭얼거리더라고요.
그래서 눈을 비비거나 하품을 하거나 깬 이후에도 졸린 신호가 있으면 그냥 안아서 재워줍니다~(보통 낮엔 2시간씩 재우려고 해요)
잠 연장해보려고 노력했는데 잘 물던 쪽쪽이도 요즘 잘 안 물고, 그 전부터 토닥토닥은 안 먹혔어서 낮잠은 거의 엄마침대로 살고 있어요ㅎㅎ
그래도 낮에 잘 자는 덕에 밤잠은 보통 7-9시간 혼자 잘 잡니다!!
언젠간 혼자 자는 날이 오겠지~ 하면서 낮에 많이 안아주고 있어요😊

어제 분유량 늘리는 법 텀 늘리는 법 문의글 쓴 엄마예요. 90씩 먹구 2.5-3시간마다 깨서 수유텀 좀 늘리고 싶다고 글을 남겼는데… 어제랑은 또 다른 우리 아가…

4.8kg여서 하루 총량 4.8X150=최소720ml 먹어야하는 아가이고요. 오늘 오전 7시에 수유 시작해서 지금까지 460ml 먹었어요 남아있는 새벽수유 두 번을 100 채운다고 해도 하루 총량 660ml가 될 예정이에요. 720ml보단 모자란 상황이죠.

원래 2시간 반만에 깨서 울 아가인데 지금 4시간 넘겼는데 안 깨네요… 저걸 깨워서 먹여야하나 탈수 오지 않을까 걱정되는데…

오늘 소아과가서 분유량 때문에 상담하니, 체중 적은 아기나 체중 느는 속도가 느린 아가는 깨워서라도 먹어야하지만… 우리 아기는 태어났을 때 3.8kg 큰 아기였고 지금 40일차에 4.8kg면 큰 아기이니 배고프면 알아서 일어날거다. 깨어서 먹일 필요 없다하셔서 안 깨우고 있어요… 

의사쌤 말이 틀린건 아니겠지만… 어제까지 두시간만 지나고 울던 아긴데 지금(밤) 네시간 넘게 자고 있으니 이게 맞나… 싶네요… 더욱이 하루 총량을 다 채우지 못한 상황이어서요. 어찌할까요.

통계적인 총량은 정말 그냥 통계일뿐이에요~~ㅎㅎ 아기가 스스로 양 조절 한데요~~!!!!! 선생님 말대로 몸무게 늘고있음 된거고 배고프면 깨요 !!!!! 
아니면 꿈수라도...! 해보세영ㅎㅎ 저희아가 138일인데도 6.9kg이고 750 정도 먹어요 ^^ 한번도 아픈적 없구 아주 튼튼한 아가야입니덩 ♥️ 몸무게 늘고 있다면 맘을 조금 내려놓아보세여 😊 그게 참 스트레스 받아용 ! ㅠㅠㅎㅎ  저희 집 행복한 똥땡이 공쥬임댜 ,, ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ똥땡이!!!

총량 연연하지 마세요! 계산법에 맞춰 딱딱 먹여야 한다고 생각하면 육아가 너무 힘들어져요 ㅠ 심지어 모유는 양조차 모르고 먹이는 걸요. 오늘은 조금 먹고 내일은 많이 먹고 육아는 매일매일 달라요. 아이가 알아서 양 조절할테니 따라가세요. 삐뽀 관련된 편 있으니 한 번 보셔요

그때그때 애기가 먹는만큼 주면 알아서 잘 조절해요! 애기들마다 맞는 양이 달라요~ 어떤날은 쉬나 응아를 많이해서 더 먹을때도, 어떤날은 너무 졸립거나 속이 불편해서 덜 먹을때도 있어요~ 전 밤수는 깨워서 먹인적 없고, 깨서 울면 먹였더니 55일차에 통잠자기 시작했어요! 애기가 스스로 길게 자도록 기다려주세요~

오.. 저희 애는 70일까지도 총 수유량 500을 못 넘겼습니다.. 저희 애는 체중도 심히 안 늘었어요(평균보다 1키로~1.5키로는 늘 덜 나갔어요ㅠ) 미숙아로 태어난 것도 아니라 환장하겠더라구요. 소아과 가면 못 먹어서 그런다고 다들 새벽수유 해서라도 어떻게든 총량 늘려라 했고요. 그래서 새벽수유도 70일쯤까지 한 거 같아요. 그나마 맘님 아가는 체중이 잘 느니 먹는 양이 적은 것뿐인 듯해요. 윗분들 말씀처럼 신생아 시기 지나면 새벽수유 안 해도 되고 자는 대로 두는 게 맞아요. 잘자야 잘 먹기도 해서.. 먹는 양에 비해 체중 잘 느니까 양은 신경 쓰지 마시고 애기가 스스로 조절한다 생각하시면 될 거 같아요

산후조리원에서 근무중인데 평균값어치에 딱 맞춰야한다는 생각 자체를 버리세요~
간혹 정말 어떤 산모님들은 우리아기는 하루에 000ml만 주세요하는분들 있는데 정말 안타까워요,, 심지어 육아공부했다는 아빠들도,,
아기마다 다 다르기때문에 그게 다 똑같지않아요!!ㅠㅠ 절대!!
몸무게가 빠지면 문제지만, 그렇치 않는다면 아이가 배고프면 깨서 먹을꺼에요~

전 애둘맘이예요 첫째가 작년에 둘째가 54일차로 연년생이거든요 
총량이나 인터넷내용은 말그대로 참고용이예요 
가장 중요한건 내 아기를 알고 읽는거예요 
내 아기가 얼마나 먹고 
먹고싶을때 어떻게 울고 기분 좋울때 어떤 표정을하는지 아는게 중요해요 
배고프면 아가들은 못 자요 
체중 잘 늘고있으면 걱정안하셔도 괜찮아요

그렇게 자기 시작할때 안깨워야 통잠 가능해요!!

저희 애기 82일차인데 50일 즈음부터 4시간 자더니 한시간씩 늘어서 이제 8,9시간 자요

배고프면 깨서 레레-하고 울고 그때 먹입니다 ㅎㅎ

4시간이면 40일아가도 통잠을자는거같은데 조금컷다고생각하심될거같아용 ㅋㅋ 분유는 저도 그때는 아무것도모르기도하고 아기가토쟁이라 스트레스엄청받앗엇고 800채워야하는데790채워도 스트레스받앗엇어요..ㅋㅋ
너무스트레스받으니까 이건아닌거같아서 100일뒤로 총수유량체크는 너무안먹엇나? 싶을때만 세어봤어요 그러니까 오히려아기가 양이늘더라구요! 저희아기도 몸무게비슷햇어요! 

아가는 매일매일 기분이랑 몸상태가 달라지더라구요
어떨 땐 더 먹고 어떨 땐 덜 먹고해요 아가 맘이예요 ㅠ
체하거나 탈 나지 않으면 괜찮아요~

그건 참고치이지 너무 수치에 연연하지 마세요ㅠㅠ 그냥 아기가 먹고 싶음 더 먹고 안 먹고 싶음 안 먹고 그래요 ㅎㅎ 저희도 밥 먹는 시간이나 먹는 양이 매번 다른 것 처럼요..먹다 남기는 애들도 많고, 먹고도 더 배고파서 달라는 애들도 많고..애들 마다 성향도 기질도 다르기 때문에 무조건적으로 그런거 믿지마시고 그냥 시간 돼서 아기 울면 주고, 안 울면 좀 늦게 줘도 괜찮고,, 하루 총량은 새벽수유나 텀에 따라 하루하루 달라져요 ㅎ 

첫째 키울땐 수유텀이랑 총량에 집착정도로 지키려고 그랬었는데 첫째 좀 키워놓고보니 그런거 다 크게 연연하지 않아도 되더라구요
그래서 둘째는 지금 35일 됐는데 그냥 배고파하면 주고 있어요ㅎㅎ
그래도 어떤 마음인지 이해는 가는지라 하루하루에 연연하기보단 일주일 단위로 생각해보시면 마음이 조금 나아지지 않을까 싶네요
아기들은 배고프면 배고프다 졸리면 졸리다 신호보내주잖아요 그냥 그 신호들만 잘 보시면 될듯해요!
이래도 저래도 아가들은 잘 자라주네요^^
