I get mad so easily.

If someone gives an advice, my mood just gets switched. 🙃 I know this is wrong but it's really hard to control. I can't really go out and hang out with people or else I might ruin the relationship. It feels like a lot of people are trying to teach me with small things. I can't keep myself smiling.

its week 17 and I cant move

I have a huge pain on the hips and pelvic bones also sciatic nerve during few days I couldn't even walk...especially at the morning after wake up I need a time to start moving my legs😨😨😨😨
