    Start with something light? I’m thrilled when I see my favorite food on the table. Then I just eat small bites at a time

      Same situation here. Eating smaller bites actually does help! Some people here also commented frizzy drinks like zero coke may help too. Maybe you want to try? Or you should ask your doctor for more info! I’m going to ask my obgyn this week!

        I drink orange juice because the sour taste helps with nausea :) On other days, try boiling pandan leaves & ginger in hot water & drink it when warm.

          Try to grab some food n drink a lot of water ( try to drink cold water or orange juice is good for your body n baby) . Dont until you got dehidration or emesis because you never eat or not enough water .
