40일아기입니다
젖꼭지가 짧아서 직수는 못했고
유두보호기도 사이즈가 큰지 잘 못빨았고
조리원에서 지금까지 유축 수유만 했어요
근데 유축하는게 너무너무 힘들어요
260미리까지 나오다가 밤에 안짜고 
냅뒀더니 160~200미리 나옵니다
내일 단유마사지 받으러가는데
갑자기 죄짓는 마음이 들고 심란하네요ㅠ
좀더 먹일까 싶다가도 젖짜는게 힘들고
마음에 결정도 안서는데
다른 애기엄마들은 보통 어떻게 먹이시나요?

모유수유 다들 언제까지 하시나요?

에고 고생하셨어요ㅠㅠ 저도 함몰유두라 지금 분유랑 유축도 하고 유두보호기 써서 직수하고 있는데 아무래도 양이 적어서 그런지 점점 더 분유를 선호하고 유축한 것도 거부가 심해지네요ㅠㅠ 40일까지 유축해서 먹이신 것도 대단하신 것 같아요! 요즘에는 초유만 먹이는 경우도 많다니 너무 죄책감 갖지 않으셔도 될 것 같아요! 기왕 단유 마음 먹은 것 엄마가 더 행복하게 육아한다는 마음으로 아이 돌보시면 아가도 행복할 거에요~! 힘내세요!

저는 조리원 나오고 끊었어요~ 40일도 대단하셔요!

오 단유마사지받으러가시나요?! 저도 고민중인데.. 50일까지 할지 백일까지할지 아님 그냥 이번주까지만 할지... 고민의끝이없네요ㅠ

저는 42일 아기인데 편평유두라 직수는 거의 못 하고 유축만 계속하고 있어요
제 경우는 유축 자체는 할만한데 모유량이 적어서 하루 한번 먹일 양이 겨우 나오니 단유가 고민이에요
지금은 하루 한번 특식이다 생각하고 주는데 양이 늘면서 하루 한번도 어려워질 것 같구요..
근데 단유를 하자니 아예 못 먹일만큼 안 나오는 것도 아니고 초유도 양이 적어 제대로 못 준 것 같은 미안함에 놓을 수가 없어요ㅠㅠ
매일매일 단유할까말까 마음이 왔다갔다하네요ㅠㅠ

저도 조리원나와서 바로 직수로 먹였는데 다음날 관리사님이 쪽쪽이 물리면서 찿ㄷㅁ 직수를거부하더라구요.. 유축해서 주는데 양은 점점 적어지고... 결국 조리원나온지 일주일만에 자연단유될때까지 기다리는중이에요!

저와 비슷한 고민하는 분들 많으시네요 출산15일차고 조리원은 열흘만에 나와서 집에서 직수+분유 중이예요 (유축기보건소에서 빌리고 깔대기도 사긴했는데 조리원에서 나가는날까지 코딱지만큼 나와서 화딱지나서 손이 안가네요) 
저는 양이 많이 적은 것 같습니다. 한쪽이 모양이이상하지만 한전 물면 쭉쭉 오랫동안 아가가 잘물어요
무엇보다 손목이 너무 아파서 아가를 안아줄수도 없는 상황이라 3주나 4주까지만 최대한 물려보고 단유하고 손목치료(주사&약) 받으려고 해요
제가 아프니까 너무 육아 질이 안좋아지는것 같아요 ㅠㅠ

저도 30일차 ㅠㅠㅠ 유두보호기 끼거 직수하는데 너무 서로가 힘들어서 
결국 단유마사지 받았읍니다..
고민 하면서 직수 하루이틀 줄였더니 유선염오고 난리내여 ㅠㅠㅠ
엄마가 행복해야 아가도 행복하데여...!!!

저도 함몰이라서 보호기 끼고 주다가 계속 빠지고 애도 힘들어해서 보호기 빼고 며칠 연습하니 본능적으로 물더라고요! 직수는 정말 엄마의 멘탈싸움이 젤 큰거같아요 ㅠㅠ 너무 자책하지마세요 이미 건강하게 낳은것만으로도 최고의 엄마니까요! 요즘 분유도 넘 잘 나오니까 스트레스 노노~~

맞아요 제가 딱 그랬어요! 그래서 먹이기 전에 좀 만져서 튀어나오게하고 목 딱 잡고 물리는 연습하니까 보호기 꼈을때보다 더 잘 빨더라고요. 저도 첫째때는 5분하고 포기하다 자연단유했는데 둘째는 작게 태어나서 더 집착해서 해본거 같아요 ㅠ 

저도 3주 겨우겨우 모유수유하다가 혼합수유 하면서 자연단유할생각이였는데 분유의 편안함과 유선염의 고통으로 바로 단유약 먹었어요! 단유도 쉽지않아요 😭 

저 .. 17일만에 포기했어요 진짜 너무 힘들었어요 젖몸살이 3번이나 와가지고 열도 엄청나고 산후풍도 같이와서 더 죽을맛이였어요 진짜 대단하신거예요!

전 올해 1월에 임신하구 7주차때 계류유산이 되서 4,5주 0.5센치정도 아기집에서 멈춰서 그 이상 성장 안하구 자연배출도 되고 소파술을 했어요 🥲
재임신 시도하고 감사하게도 바로 되었는데 유산을 해본 경험때문인지 작은거에도 더 예민해지구 불안해서 잠도 못자고 너무 힘들었어요...
저번 임신때는 어차피 비정상임신이였지만 테스트기 보고 바로 병원가서 피검사만 많이하구 더블링도 실패해서 너무 힘들었던 기억이라 이번에는 병원가고싶어도 참고 버텼는데 피가 종종 비춰가지구... 자연배출할때 붉은피가 조금씩 나다가 갑자기 토할정도로 어지럽다가 덩어리가 나와서 트라우마처럼 마음에 남았어요 ㅠㅠ 
피가 나다보니 병원갔다가 피고임만 보이구 담주에 오래서 오늘 가보니 1.5센치로 아기집이 잘 보이네요🥹💗너무 좋아요
저는 막생이 3/23이고 생리주기가 33-34일이라 배란예정일은 4/12정도!
 난황도 보여야하고 심장소리도 들려야겠지만 생리예정일 14일 지나고 가는게 제일 좋은거같아요 
자연임신은 착상이 늦어질수도 있어서 저처럼 막생기준으로는 6주0일정도여도 아기집보고나선 4주6일에서 5주 0일이라하니 
임신하신분들 모두 아무일없이 무사히 출산까지 가시길!!!!!!!!!같이 화이팅해요!

드디어 아기집을 보았어요

저 막생 28일인데 오늘 못보고와서 속상햇는데ㅠㅠ글보고 위안얻구갑니당ㅎㅎㅎ화이팅하세여❣️

저랑 거의 비슷해요! 막생 3/22 배란 4/15 오늘 난황까진 봤는데 아직 아기는 못 봤어요ㅠㅠ 조금 느리지만 우리 아가들 잘 있을거에여!

신생아 있는집 외부인 방문시기

저희는 남편이 백일해 맞은 분 어머님은 조리원 퇴소날 와서 봐주시고 백일해 안맞은 분들은 100일때 오라하고 있어요ㅠㅠ

저는 조리원퇴소하고 가족들은 시댁식구들 친가식구들 다 한번씩 보러오고 어머니가 가끔 오셔용! 
양육자만 맞고 다른가족은 백일해주사 안맞았어욤 

17일차 인데 시엄니 오셨어요 (첫외부인) 백일해 미접종 맘마주려고 보니 이미 본인이 먹이신다고 안고계시고 마스크 안하시고 손 안씻고여 미침여.. 

요새 백일해 유행한다는 뉴스보고 백일해주사 접종안한 사람은 100일 이전까진 방문 금하기로 했어요. 주사맞은 양가부모님들만 방문하기로 했고 오시더라도 손소독 및 개인위생에 철저하기로 했구요.

백일해안맞은 양가아빠들은 마스크쓰고 계시도록해서 30일 전에 다 오셨어요 ㅎㅎ 

그러니까요...저 토요일 남편 출근할때 엄마 부르려고 했능데 백일해 아직 안맞았다고 했더니 ..남편이 요즘 백일해가 유행이라 걱정된다고 해서 다음에 오기로 했어요ㅠㅠ

가족들 조리원 퇴소하고 일주일안에 다 보러왔어요~ 그대신 아기 만지시지는 않고 얼굴만 보고 가셨어요

저는 애기 20일조금 넘었을때 출혈로 급하게 입원하는바람에 시부모님 오셔서 일주일동안 애기 봐주셨어요^^,,ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ일주일새 어찌나 포동포동 해졌는지🥹

저는 잠깐와서 보시는 경우엔 백일해 안 맞으셨어도 오시라했어요 경남지방만 백일해 유행중이고.. 마스크 끼시거나 손 깨끗히 씻으라고 한 다음 아가 만지거나 안게 했어요! 

저는 백일해 접종 다 하셔서 한달만에 가서 보여드리고 가까워서 매일 가서 자고왔어요! 근데 가서 지내보니 시어머니 외출하고 손도 안씻으시고(주방일하면서 물대는게 다인듯)운동복 실내복 구분 없이 계속 입고계시면서 아기 안고 트림시키고 얼굴가까이대고 말하고 하셔서 이제 안가려고요.

가족들은 그냥 다 오긴하는데 시부모님은 병원에서 일하시는지라 아이 만지거나 안지는 않으시고 보고만 가셔요 ㅎㅎ

저희는 양가부모님 다 백일해 맞아서 시댁도 친정도 다녀왔구..친정 엄마가 와서 도와주셔요. 이외는 안오시네용

전 그런거 아에 상관없이..봤어요 ㅋㅋ
근데 30일지나고부터 오라해도될거같아요!

첫째는 아들이라 둘째는 내심 딸이었음 했거든요ㅎㅎ
의사선생님께서 딸인거같다고 하셨는데 성별반전 없겠죠...?🥹
