육아하면서 왜 이렇게 궁금한 것 투성이일까요?

1. 모유 수유 중이고, 이유식은 150ml씩 하루에 2번 먹어요
07:00 모유
11:00 이유식
13:00 모유
17:00 이유식
19:00 모유
이정도 시간표로 분리수유 하고 있어요
이유식을 잘 먹고(150먹고 더 달라고 울어요), 그럼에도 불구하고 체중이 늘지 않아서(ㅠㅠ) 이유식을 하루 3번으로 늘려보고 싶은데요.
그러면 첫수 혹은 막수의 모유를 이유식으로 바꾸는 셈이 되는건가요? 아님 '분이이이분' 이라는 말을 어디선가 봤는데.. 첫수와 막수는 모유수유를 하고, 중간에 이유식을 한번더 끼워넣는건가요? 
하루 3번 이유식 하는 아기들의 일과가 궁금해요!

2. 큐브를 만들어 두었다가 한데 섞어서 죽으로 먹이고 있어요(그때그때 재료를 달리 주고싶어서요). 식재료를 삶은 뒤 곱게 갈아서 주고 있는데, 입자를 키워서 주려면 어떻게 하면 좋을까요?
(너무나 기초적인 질문같아 부끄럽지만 정말 궁금해요ㅠㅠ) 
통으로 삶아서 갈지 않고 칼로 다져서 주나요?..
그러면 가령 애호박같은 경우엔 삶으면 이미 흐물흐물해지는데 칼로 다질 경우 완전 으깨지지 않나요?...

이유식 질문 (입자, 시간)

저도 요즘 점심분유량이 너무 줄어서 하루 두번주고 이유식 세끼로 늘려야하나 고민중인데,, 찾아보니까 분이이이분 이렇게도 주고 이분이이분 이렇게도 많이주더라구요 전 아점저 밥먹는 시간으로 인식시켜주고 싶어서 이분이이분 이렇게 줄 생각이에요 하루총수유량 너무 적으면 간식으로 분유 줘도 된다하네요 
입자감 올리는거는 초퍼로 살짝만 간다음에 안갈린건 칼로 조금 더 다져주고 있어요 

체중이 안 늘면 이유식이 아니라 수유량과 횟수를 늘려야 해요 ㅠㅠ 저도 모유수유 중인데 주변 완모 엄마들 보면 이유식 2끼일 때도 많으면 4~5번까지 수유하더라고요.

어제 남편에게 힘들다고 했더니 갑자기 퇴근 후 집에 오는길에 어디서 꽃을 하나 사왔더라구요 ㅎㅎ 감동 받았어요~

11개월 저희아가도 그래요.. 스냅사진 돌촬영 웃는사진이 하나도없어요 ㅠㅠ

애마다 다르더라구요... 첫째 11개월부터 얼집 다녔는데 그 전까지는 낯선 사람 빤히 보다가 모르는 사람이다 판단 들면 울었구요 😅 (얌전하고 느린 애예요) 둘째 8개월 반부터 얼집 다니는데 아는 사람 앞에서는 잘 웃는데 모르는 사람 보면 정색해요... 울지도 않고 그냥 빤히 쳐다보기만 해요 ㅎㅎ

เคยรู้มาว่า คนที่เป็นซิฟิลิสนั้น ถ้าตรวจเจอถึงเเม้รักษาแล้ว ยังไงก็ตรวจเจอ เพียงเเค่ร่างกายสามารถควบคุมเชื้อได้เองเเค่นั้นครับ ,เคยมีคนมาตรวจเลือด ทั้งๆที่ไม่เคยมีความเสี่ยงเลย แล้วพบซิฟิลิส ในค่าที่ต่ำ 1:4 1:2 นั้นเป็นค่าที่เสมือนกับเป็นค่าที่ร่างกายควบคุมเชื้อได้ ซึ่งหมายความว่า คนคนนี้ถ้าไม่เคยเสี่ยงมาจริงๆ อาจจะได้รับจากแม่ ถ่ายทอดมาสู่ลูก เป็นเหมือนซากเชื้อที่ติดมา แต่ไม่เป็นอันตรายต่อร่างกาย

전 장거리도 싫고, 여행 자체를 싫어하는 사람인데 그냥 신행+태교로 제주도 다녀왔었어요

저희부부는 3월에 나트랑 갈예정입니당!! 발리는 신행으로 다녀왔는데 좋았어용! 근데
거리가있어서,,비행이 좀 힘드실수도있을것 같네용 ㅠㅠ 비즈니스면 상관없구용 ㅎㅎ

컨디션만 좋으면 하와이나 유럽도 가시던데 보통 해외가려면 4-5시간 거리 내에서 무리하지 않고 베트남이나 괌을 많이 가는 거 같아요 ㅎㅎ 

저는 발리 vs 하와이 생각하다가 남편 분이 이야기하신 점 + 혹시 문제 생겼을 때 의료 환경이 걱정돼서 하와이로 다녀왔어요.

저희는 오키나와 예정중입니다 ㅎㅎ

저도 발리였는데ㅠㅠ!!!!발리밸리가 흔하게 걸리는거같아서 포기했어요ㅠㅠ 그래서 괌이나 다른여행지로 알아보고있어요

저는 비행도 귀찮고 편한게 최고라 국내로 여러군데 다녔어요! 위생보다 문제생겼을때 병원가는게 해외에선 좀 어려울것 같더라구요ㅠ

저희는 29주차에 코타키나발루 갔어요ㅎㅎ!
여행은 괜찮았지만 비행기 타고나서 압박스타킹 때문에 오히려 다리가 고통스러울 정도로 부어서 힘들었습니다.
나중에 안 사실이지만 압박스타킹이 안맞는 체질이더라구요..!

괌 다녀왔는데 괌은 증말루 애 데꾸 한번 더 가야지 싶었어요 ㅎㅎㅎ 애들 천국이에요! 

태교여행으로 발리랑 오키나와 다녀왔는데 발리는 1박당 60이상하는 좋은 숙소에서 거기서 제공하는 정갈한 자연과 음식만 먹으시면 추천드려요. 대신 양치물은 숙소에서도 생수 사서 하세요. 거길 벗어나서는 호주 사람들이 많이 가는 곳 가시면 돼요. 그래도 발리 밸리 걸릴 확률 굉장히 높습니다. 위생이 최악이고 발리 현지인 물가와 여행지 물가는 굉장히 갭이 큽니다.
발리 갔다가 오키나와 가니까 진짜 쾌적하고 친절하고 깨끗하고 운전 편하고 맛있고~ 오키나와 강추입니다😍

저는 16주차부터 자궁수축이 잦아서 ㅠㅠ 의사샘이 비행기는 웬만하면 타지말라고 하셔서 강릉으로 가서 바람쐬고 오려구요 ㅎㅎ

저도 발리 생각햇다가 발리밸리때문에 괌으로가요 ㅎㅎ비즈니스가 1장밖에 없어서 저만 타고갑니당 

전 태교여행 발리다녀왔는데 너무 좋았어요~

저도 발리가고싶었지만 물갈이때문에  안가고 나트랑 갔어요. 근데 나트랑 정도도 비행시간 곤욕이더라구요 ㅜㅡㅜ 10~3월 사이면 가까운 오키나와 갔을것같아요

저는 저번 주에 세부로 태교여행 다녀왔는데 너무 좋았어요:)

다들 너무 부럽네용.. ㅠㅠ 저는 아는 지인이 여행가서 애기 잘못되는 바람에 남편이 극구반대해서 국내 펜션잡아 틈틈히 몇일씩 다녔어요. 그것도 괜찮더라구요~

저도 발리 가고 싶었는데 뭔가 비행시간 길면 힘들려나 싶어서 나트랑, 푸꾸옥, 오키나와, 괌 중에 엄청엄청 고민하다가 크리스마스시즌에 괌갔다왔는데 왜 괌괌 하는지 알겠더라고욬ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 진짜 최고였어요 다 가깝고, 투몬비치도 파도 하나 없어서 물놀이 하기 너무 좋고, 투어도 힘든거 하나 없구, 경관도 너무너무 아름답고요. 아기 옷도 폴로에서 저렴하게 살수 있고 괌 완전 추천합니다!!! 걍 미국같아서 저는 좋았어여ㅋㅋㅋ

저는 26주에 오사카 갔다왔었어요~ 휴양지는 아이 태어나고 같이가도 좋지만, 관광지는 아이 없이 가는게 좋은거 같아서 한참 못갈거 같은 오사카로 갔다왔네요~~

원래 태국을 너무 좋아해서 푸켓다녀왔어용 좋았어요ㅋㅋㅋ

저번주에 21주로 하와이 다녀왔어요 
컨디션 좋아서 걱정없이 다녀왔는데 장거리비행 힘들긴하더라구요 ㅠ 발이 퉁퉁붓고 현지에서도 차 오래타거나 많이걸으면 몸이 천근만근...동남아는 좀 걱정스럽고 오키나와정도가 적당한거같아요 😂

태교여행으로 나트랑,제주도,보홀 세군데다녀왔는데 다괜찮았어요ㅎㅎ
발리는 임신전에갔었는데 가성비숙소만다녔는데도 별탈없이 잘놀다왔구, 인생최고여행지였어요! 애기낳고나서 또 기회가생긴다면 발리는 한번더가고싶네요ㅎㅎ

저는 임신전에는 태교여행 당연히 외국으로 가야지!했은데 임신하고나니 모든게 조심스러워서 외국으로 갈 생각 전혀 안들더라구요 ㅠㅠ 제주도로 다녀왔습니당!!

입덧+경부길이 때문에 아무데도못갔어요 

저 21주에 9시간 비행해서 이태리 다녀왔어요. 고민많이했는데 안갔으면 후회할뻔했네요. 장거리라면 비지니스 필수요! 30주 전에 한번 더 못간게 아쉽네요 ㅋㅋ 

전 7주에 나트랑 8910주에 이탈리아 32주에 대만 가오슝+컨딩 다녀왔어요. 임신 초기와 후기에 다녀와서 걱정 많았지만 엄마가 건강하니 아기도 잘 따라와준 것 같아요!!ㅎㅎ

제 글은 굉장히 주관적 입니다! 실제로 이유식 하면 아기마다 입맛이 다르기 때문에 묽은것이 꾸덕한것이 입자가 큰것이 장점이 될 수도 단점이 될 수도 있습니다.

중기쯤 되면 실온이유식 되는 브랜드도 있었습니다. 저는 유통기한이 짧은 브랜드를 사서 집에서 먹이고 실온 이유식은 여행다닐때 비상용으로 가지고 다니면 좋겠다 생각이 들었습니다.

시판이유식 대부분 맘님들께서 소고기나 생선큐브등을 추가 하시는 경우도 있었습니다. 그래서 시판을 해도 큐브는 필요하다고 해서 핫딜 뜨면 곧 장만 해야 할 것 같습니다.

정말 쉽지 않네요. 너무 힘들어요. 
낳기 전에는 "내 애 내가 키워야지" 호기로웠는데... 
인생에서 제일 힘든 순간을 지나고 있어요. 

계획대로 예상대로 되는건 하나도 없고ㅡ 
계획이 아무짝에도 쓸모없어지는.. 

잘하고 있는건가ㅡ  나만 이렇게 힘든가. 
남들도 다 이런가? 싶고. 


아기는 정말 너무 예쁜데 내 몸 회복이 너무 더디고
지치는 날은 정말 발목이 잘리는듯한 고통에..

마음도 너무 힘들고.
진통제 먹고 잠들어요. 신랑도 정말 잘하고 
육아참여도 엄청 놓은데 둘 다 힘들어서 어느날은 짜증을 내게 되더라구요.

아직도 기저귀 가는데 발을 쾅쾅 내려찍고 잠시도 가만히 안있어요. 
이유식은 하아.. 먹이고 나면 초토화.

첫 휴가 다녀왔는데ㅡ 너무 힘들어서 가을에 제주 계획은 아예 접어야겠어요. 

신랑도 저도 허리 발목 고관절 다 아파서
삐걱대고 있어요.

하루종일 입맛이 너무 없어서 신랑 오면 
겨우 뭐 하나 시켜먹고..

요샌 뭐 먹는것도 귀찮고 메뉴도 고민하기 싫어서 하루 영양소 충족되는 영양제 한 알만 먹으면 되는거ㅡ 세 번도 말고 딱 한 알만 먹으면 되는거ㅡ
나오면 좋겠다 싶어요ㅠ

개발됐으면 좋겠어요. 임신 전엔 맛집 핫플 다 찾아다니고 먹는거에 진심이었는데 이렇게 되네요.

양가 도움없이 타지에서 아기 키우기

전 넘 힘들면 친정으로 피신 가는데도 힘든데 양가도움없이 너무 힘드시겟어요.  저도 제주도 가고싶어서 알아보다가 그냥 포기했어요 ㅜㅜ 노키즈존도 많고 짐도 많고 ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ 힘내세요

저도  마찬가지로  양가  부모님 댁이  차로 5시간 이상인데  그냥 스트레스   받을  때 신랑한테도 풀고요~~~  혼자 보니 살은  저절로 빠져요ㅜ  힘내요~~~  전 그냥 아기 울음소리도 그냥 울던지 말던지 하고  그런 생각하고  살아요

저는 가까이 있어도 양가 부모님들이 다 일하시고 상황이 안되서 독박인데요 ...😭

저는 아이가 이제 11개월 접어드는데
아이가 태어나고 50일정도부터 갑자기 독보적으로 커지고 힘도 쎄져서 사실 지금도 혼자 아이를 안아주는 것도 버겁고 기저귀는 아예 샤워핸들에서 갈아줘야하고 1초도 가만히 있지 않아서 계속 쫓아다니면서 입에 넣는거 빼줘야하고 낮잠도 옆에 없으면 잠을 안자서 낮잠 내내 화장실도 못가고 옆에 있어줘야하고 밥 먹을 틈을 안줘서 서서 먹어야 하고 허리디스크가 쎄게 와서 병원가서 주사도 맞고 도수치료도 겨우겨우 틈내서 하지만요 
아기보면 또 그냥 말도 못하는게 얼마나 힘들까.. 하면서 넘겨요 그리고 아이가 하루하루 지날수록 인간이 되가는 모습보면 뿌듯하기도하구 밥은 아예 하루 3끼 식단으로 보내주는 샐러드 먹어요 메뉴고민 안하고 거기서 보내주는 대로만 먹으면 되니까 그런 스트레스도 덜게 되더라고요!!!
정말 힘들어요 독박육아 ㅠㅠ 진짜 죽고 싶죠 ㅠㅠ 저도 애기랑 같이 많이 울기도 울고 그랬는데
그래도 저 5월에 애기랑 제주도 다녀왔는데 정말 좋았어요! 막상 가면 좀 힘들 수 있지만 그래도 아기랑 첫 여행을 다녀오니까 기억엔 더 많이 남고 남편이랑 웃으면서 얘기할 수 있는 추억이 또 있더라구요! 둘만 갔을 때 보다 정말 몇배는 더 힘들어도 나름 행복해요!

마음을 좀 더 여유롭게 가지고 잘하고 있어요! 아이가 아프지 않고 잘 먹고 잘크고 있는 것만으로도 엄마는 잘하고 있는거에요!! 내가 잘하고 있나 고민도 하지마세요! 이미 잘 하고 있어요 🥰🥰

혼자서 힘들죠ㅜ주말에 신랑 쉴때 단 한시간이라도 나만의 힐링이 필요해요!집앞 카페를 가거나 수유하고 영화보러 다녀오는 분들도 계시더라구요

제 글인 줄요ㅜㅜ코로나만 아니어도 동네맘들이랑 적극적으로 교류하면 좀 나을 텐데요ㅠ아기는 넘 예쁘지만 미치게 힘들어요ㅜㅜㅜ친정 가까운 사람이 제일 부러워요 진짜...

남편이 일욜만 쉬는데 그마저도 일할때가 많아서 첫째 6개월까진 2주마다 친정갔어요. 면허도 없고 지인1도  없이 힘들었는데 둘째 낳고는 친정도 한달에 한번 가기 힘드네요. 우울증 엄청 심한데 완전 독박육아라 산후검진도 아직 못갔어요;; 애들 감기로 병원다니기 바쁘지 저 아픈건 나몰라라. 더더 힘드네요. 남편이랑 사이도 안좋고 죽고싶단 생각 엄청합니다. 결국 혼자라는 생각뿐이고  제일 힘든시기네요...

완전공감이에요ㅜ넘힘들어서 상담받아요 ㅠ

저는 친정이 근처인데 엄마가 조카봐주시다가 허리가 나가셔서 도움 못받고 독박육아중이에요ㅠ 심지어 신랑은 11시쯤 일이끝나고 주말에도 출근해서 매일매일 독박중입니다ㅠㅠ 주변에서 대단하다고 해주시는데 사실 위로가 전혀 안돼요… 애기가 너무너무 예쁜데, 둘이서만 집에 종일 있으면 너무 우울해서 문센도 일주일에 두개씩 다니고, 이제 11월에 복직예정이라 이번달부터 어린이집도 한두시간씩 보내면서 숨통 좀 트고 있어요! 휴 정말 백퍼 공감입니다ㅠ 집 근처시면 만나서 수다수다라도 하고 싶네요!! 힘내셔요!!

신랑은 잘 도와주지도 않아서 신생아때 형님이 좀 도와주셔서 버텼어요 저도 우울증와서 안좋은 생각도 하고 그랬는데 지금은 아기가 이쁜 행동도 하고 안아 달라고 하고 그거 보고 버티나봐요 ㅠ 지금은 거의 독박육아예요 ㅠㅠ

저요.. 9개월남아 키우고 있는데.. 출산전엔 솔직히 이렇게 힘들줄 예상도 못했었네요ㅜㅠ 게다가 남편이 이직하면서 거의 주말만 볼 수 있어요.. 완전한 독박이죠... 지방으로 이사와서 아는사람 하나 없어요.. 애기는 잘못이 없고.. 너무 이쁜데.. 이 몸뚱아리 정말.. 날이갈수록 심각해지네요. 이젠 피부도 뒤집어지는거 같은데 병원은 꿈도 못꾸네요... 언젠가 나아지겠죠...?

저는 12개월되자마자 어린이집보냈어요
애낳고 몸망가진것도 너무싫고 늙은거같은얼굴도싫고 하루종일 우는애도싫고 산후우울증이와서 신랑은 10시되야오고..
형편이어쩌다보니 친정엄마랑 같이살게됐네요
그마저도 엄마가 일하셔서 누군가 오기전까진 혼자였는데
돌때쯤에 뱃속에 4개월짜리 둘째가생겨서 지옥입니다요 ...
혼자는 너무힘들어요 힘내세요

진짜..  순하다고 하는 아기를 키우지만서도 힘듭니다. 왜 남들 앞에서만 순한 모습을 보여주고.. 혼자있을땐 매운맛..ㅋㅋ
저도 내년 봄에는 어린이집 보내려고 합니다.
제가 스트레스를 덜 받아야 가정이 화목하더라고요...;;;;;;

저는 제주도에서 신랑과 둘이 아기 키우며 살아요 친정 시댁 모두 육지라 한번도 도움받지 못했네요 ㅠㅠ 장염으로 크게 탈난날도 하루종일 아기보다 신랑 퇴근하면 그때야 늦게하는 병원가서 진료보고... 정말 지금껏 어떻게 살았는지 모르겠습니다 전 사실 6개월부터 어린이집에 보내기 시작했어요 매정해보일수있으나 한 두시간이라도 아기가 없는 시간에 먼가 할 수 있다는게 너무 컷어요 그러면서 자연스레 아기와 있는 시간도 좋아진것 같아요 내가 살아야 아기도 사는것 같아요 ㅋ 엄마 마음 몸 건강이 먼저이니 잘살피세요 힘냅시다 우리모두!!!

저는 둥이맘인데 너무 공감돼요.
계획대로 되는게 없어요.
다들보면 시간대 먹는양도 비슷하던데 저희는 먹는양도 매번 뒤죽박죽에 이렇게 먹어서 크기는 할런지 또래에 비해 많이 적게 나가는데 살도 안찌고 이앓이인지 원더윅스인지 졸린데 안아줘도 울고 지쳐서 잠들어 내려놓으니 깨고ㅠㅠ둥이 밤잠은 남편이 잘재워줘서 그나마 고맙고 저는 그사이에 집안일하고 이유식재료 준비하고 하루종일 먹이고 닦이고 치우고 빨래 등등 체력도 원래 안좋은데 너무 지치네요ㅠㅠㅠ
웃는모습 많이 보여주고 놀아줘야하는데 집안일하느라 바쁘고 칭얼돼서 놀아주면 너무 지쳐서 멍때리고 무표정이네요ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
저도 휴가 생각했다가 나갈돈도 많고 휴가가 아니라 훈련될거 같아서 접었어요

저는 양가가 차든 지하철이든 1시간거리인데 얼마전까지만해도 글케 자주오시진 않앗어요ㅠㅠ 시댁은 지금도 안오시구요 ㅋㅋ 제가 넘 우울하고 힘들어보엿는지, 얼마전에 친정에 2주잇다가 요며칠은 친정에서 매일 왓다갓다 해주셨어요 그러니 조금은 살것같은...ㅎㅎ 전 아기가 12월생인데 8월생이면 저보다 더 지치셨겠어여ㅠㅠ 화이팅해요우리ㅠㅠ

저 9개월에 아기 얼집 보냇어요 산후우울증 정말 심햇고 맨날 죽을 생각만 하고 살다가 보낸후 천국이에요… 나부터 살고 봐야겟더라구요 그래야 아기도 행복해질수 잇을거 같앗어요ㅠ 어린이집 알아보셔요ㅠ 알약 하나로 하루 버틸수 잇는 약이 나오길 바라는건 저뿐만이 아니엇네요 아기 낳고 그생각 많이 햇어요ㅠ 밥을 챙겨 먹는건 ㄱ사치더라고요…

왘ㅋㅋㅋ완전 제 이야기인줄알았어요ㅋㅋ양가도움없이 둥이키우는중인데 힘들긴하네요..남편 잘해주고있지만 자꾸 짜증내게되고,, 온몸 안아픈곳이없어 자기전에 소주한병씩 먹고자요ㅋㅋ
좋은날오겠지하고 그냥 버티는 중ㅜㅋㅋ

저도 아기 10개월쯤부터 넘 우울하고 자꾸 애기한테 소리지르게되고 결국 어린이집 보냈는데 애기도 잘놀고 저도 저만의시간이 생기니까 좀 살거같더라구요. 주변에서 일나가는것도 아닌데 왜케 일찍보내냐고 하는데 엄마가 행복해야 아이도 행복한거라 생각해요.

저는 쌍둥이 남매. . 임신햇을땐 친정엄마 시엄마가 서로 낳기도전에 와잏겟다 낳기만해라 다키워주겟다 설레발다쳐놓고. . 낳고나니 다들.슬슬 발빼더라고요 솔직히 전 그럴맘도없었지만 장사하던몸이라 적응기라도 도움받을수잇을까햇는데 . .뭐 ㅋ ㅋ 저만의 생가이엇고요
애들 성향 기질마다 다르고 키우기나름이라 전혼자가 편해서 내작식일에 사공이많으면 화가나더라고요
. . 자꾸 말로만 옛날엔 너때는. . 하. . .저도애낳고 할말다하는 아줌마가되버렸어요. 근데 솔직히 혼자키웟지만 너무잘것어요 수면교육잘되있어 너무좋아요 물론 어른들 첨에 다 저 나쁜엄마라 탓해어요 아기혼자재운다고. . 근데 어느순간 다른집들과비교되니애기들 신통방통하다 넌 참쉽게키운다. . 제가 한소리하고 어른들테 직접봐보셔라하니 ㅋ ㅋ ㅋ 어른들말은잘아듣던던지 절 인정하더라고요.
전 혼낼땐내고 이뻐할땐 무자게 이뻐해줘요 ㅎ

저두 양가도움 받기 어렵고 더군다나 남편이 많이 바쁜 직업이라 거의 독박이라 맘이 이해가 되네요 같은 11월 생이구 저희 뚠뚠이 공주두 10킬로가 넘어서 손목,어깻죽지 다 너덜너덜 하네요 시종일관 가만있지 않으니 잘놀다 안으라고 팔뻗으면 머리도 하애지구요 ㅋㅋ 이쁜데도 아기한테 메어서 암것도 못하는 저를 보면 슬픈단 생각두 들구여 근데 지금은 잠깐이구 지나가고 나면 좋은 꼬꼬마 친구 생기겠구나 위안 삼으며 간신히 버텨나가고 있어요 요기서 같은 베동들 보면서도 버티구요 힘내자구요

정말 너무 예쁘지만 육아만 하다보니 우울감이 최고치를 찍어서…
닌텐도 스위치로 애기 자면 옆에서 이어폰 한쪽만 켜고 동물의 숲 조금 하고, 미드도 봐요.
스픽 결제해서 애기 놀아주면서 조금 하고..
뭐라도 해야 정신적으로 버텨져요..
몸은 뭐.. 만신창이지만 애기는 볼 수 있는거 보면 엄마이긴 한가봐요😭 같이 힘내요오!

전 산후 보약 먹으니 삐걱대는게 많이 좋아지더라구요 먹고 나서 또 아기 보니까 힘들긴 했지만요 잘 짓는 한의원 찾으셔서 보약 먹는거 추천해요

저도 그 시기 넘기니까 어린이집 보내고 나니까 낫더라고요~ 
저도 21.8.16일 생 인데 낳아서 현재까지 도움 하나도 옶이 제가 오롯이 육아했어요 신랑과함께
물질적으로 도움만 받고
지금 순간이 힘들때 지만 지나고 나면 수월해요

저도 한끼 먹을까 말까 그렇게 아가 봐요 지금도

저는 10개월 저 복귀 전에 보내서 적응시켜서 지금 너무 잘 다녀요
집에서 하는 어린이집 말고 건물에 있는 어린이집 보내세요~ 
저희 아이같은 반 친구는 오개월부터 다녀서 지금도 잘 다녀요 
힘들면 어린이집 보내요! 진짜 좋아요

어린이집 보내세요!!!!!!!!!! -7월부터 얼집 보내고 광명찾은 10갤 맘

어린이집 대기가 많거나 당장 풀타임 보내는게 마음쓰이면 시간제보육이라는 게 있어요 동네에 가까운 얼집에서 하루 1시간도 맡아줍니다. 엄마 숨쉴구멍있어야죠. 그거라도 맡겨서 숨쉬고 사세요!!!!!

근데 저도 8~9갤이 더 힘들었던 거 같아요... 그때 갑자기 확 자기주장 생기고 그래서 ㅠ 
한 일주일 넘 힘들게 해서 급히 얼집 알아봐서 중간입소 시켰는데, 얼집 덕에 편해진 부분도 있지만 ㅎㅎ 또 좀 돌보기 쉬운 시기가 오긴 오더라구요. 
저는 개인적으로 아기보는게 의외로(?) 성취감이 있더라고요. 아기가 이앓이를 하면 적절한 솔루션을 제공(아이스 치발기, 오사닛, 카밀리아...)하고 이유식 거부하면 또 거기에 맞는 솔루션(자기주도이유식으로 극복했어요) 제공하고, 새로운 육아템 이것저것 써보고요. 주변에서 다 놀라고 저도 놀라는데 암튼 그렇더라고요 ;; 신기

저는 얼집보냈어요!!ㅠㅠ 그러고 집에있는게 무료해서 복직을 서둘렀어요
그러다보니깐 아기한테 집중도 잘되고 더 애틋하다고해야하나요??..
저도 일하니깐 활력을 더 찾는거같아요
가끔은 집에 아기랑있던 그때도 그리운데 지금도 나쁘진않아요

11일차 신생아인데요 
처음엔 한 6일차? 쯤에 눈뜨고 놀다가 한번 부르르 떠는게보여서 쉬하는건가~ 하고넘겼는데
엊그제부터 하루에 모자동실 한두시간씩 3-4번 하다보면 자면서도 부르르 하는게 기저귀도 안젖을때가있구 점점 횟수가 많아지는거같은데 다른 아가들도 부르르 하나요?
임신막달에도 하루에 한번정도? 부르르하는 느낌이있었는데 애기가 쉬야하나부다~ 하고말앗는데요..
이거말고도 아가가 자다말고 계속 실눈을뜨는데 옆으로째려본다거나 어른들도 잠들기 직전에 말걸면 눈뜨면서도 잠드는? 눈이 풀린다는느낌? 잇잖아요
그게 너무자주보이는데 다른아가들은 어떤가요?

신생아 부르르 떠는 행동

저희 아가 10일차인데 저도 오늘 신생아실 선생님한테 우리아가가 눈을 막 굴린다거나, 눈 뒤집기를 한다거나 계속 그러는데 다른아가들도 그러냐고 어쭤봤었네요 ㅎㅎ 지금 초점이 없는 시기라 다 그렇다더라구요~

저희 아가도 목을 앞으로 뺏다 넣으면서 부르르 하더라구요 아직 신경이 발달안되서 그렇다고 하는거같아요

저희 아가도 똑같아요!! 눈 뒤집어까고 ㅠㅠ 부르르 떨고 그래서 저도 걱정 했었는데 다른 아기들도 그렇다니 다행이네요!

와..  제 아들도 13일차인데 뱃속에서도 강아지가 목뒷덜미 긁듯이 부르르 떨어서 걱정했는데..
요즘엔 젖병빨때나 직수할때도 부르르 떨어서 ㅜㅜ 쌤들한테 여쭤보니까 괜찮다고하더라구요.. 신생아들많이들 그런다구ㅋㅋ신기하네용

전 배 안에서도 부르르 떠는게 느껴지네요

애기 귓구멍만한 귀지가 나왔어요!!
저렇게 큰데 어떻게 나왔을까요??
저게 나와도 되는거겠죠..? 병원 가야 하는걸까요??
모유수유하다가 반대쪽 물리려고 하던중에 귓볼에 저게 딱 있더라고요ㅋㅋㅋ 첨에 벌레인줄 알고 놀랬어요..ㅋㅋㅋ
안그래도 귀에서 꾸리꾸리한 냄새가 나서 몇닐전 접종 할 때 여쭤봤더니 귀 안에 보시고는 괜찮다고 하셨거든요! 
다시 병원을 가야하는건 아니겠지요..ㅜㅜ

물만안들어가게 씻기래욤ㅎㅎ

저 어릴때 어렴풋이 기억나는데 5~6살까지 저런 까만 귀지가 계속 나오기도 하는거 같아요..!ㅋㅋ

외이도염 때문에 귀지 왜이렇게 많은지 의사쌤한테 물어봤었는데 양수에 있었어서 그렇다고 하시더라구요! 귀 안은 절대 건드리지 말라고 하셨어요ㅎㅎ밖으로 나올때만 치워주시면 될듯합니다!

저도 한번씩 유물 발견합니다~ㅋㅋㅋ귀바퀴에도 장난아니드라구요~~어디있다가 나오는건지..예방접종갔더니 귀보고 귀지 양쪽다 빼주셨어요~ㅎ

우리 애기도 간지러워해서 어머님이 보시곤 귀지때문일수있다셔서 얼마전 이비인후과 데리고 갔는데 저런게 세개정도 나왔어요@,@ 
의사쌤 이야기가 태지같은것이라 보면되고 나오는게 자연스러운것이라 하시더라구요~
혹시 아이가 귀를 많이 긁거나 가려워하면 이비인후과 한번 가보셔요~


임신 초기때 갑상선수치가 4점대로 내과에서 씬지로이드 처방받아서 16주인 현재까지 복용중이에요

약 복용하면서 현재까지 1점대 유지중이구요

종합병원으로 전원하려고 내분비내과 진료 받았는데 기존 약만 먹고 앞으로 내분비내과 진료 안봐도 된다시네요

피검도 안하고, 이전 병원 기록지만 보시고는 중단해도 된다시는데..

중단해도 되는건지 걱정이 되서요😭
대부분 출산 전까지 복용하시는것 같은데..
중간에 약 복용을 안하기도 하나요?

임신 중 갑상선약 씬지로이드 중단하시나요?

저는 계속 먹고 있고 수치가 왔다갔다 해서 한달에 한번 피검하고 있어요. 불안하시면 주기적으로 피검 받아보시는것도 괜찮을것 같아요

음 저는 산전검사에서 3점대 나와서 그후로 주기적으로 피검으로 체크중인데.. 다행히 임신중에는 수치가 괜찮아서 약은 안먹고 추적검사만 하고 있구요! 내분비내과 담당쌤 말론 임신 20주쯤 원래 수치가 좀 오르는 시기라고 해서 그때 다시 피검 보자고 하셨는데...🤔 추적검사는 하시는게 좋지 않을까요?!

저는 첫애 낳고 부터 갑상선 약을 먹기 시작했어요 지금은 대학병원 가서 한달에 한번씩 피검하고 약 새로 처방 받아서 먹으며 관리 중이에요 교수님이 갑상선은 아기 발달에 아주 중요하니까 약 조절 잘 해야 한다 더라구요 지금은 아주 정상 수치로 유지 중이에요~

전 오히려 기능저하증보다 많은게 좋다고 하셔서 약 미리 더 추가로 처방받아서 먹고있어요🤣 주기적으로 혈액 검사중이구요~ 

저도 초기검사에서 3.4로 약 먹으면서 한달에 한번씩 피검사하고 1점대 유지중인데 출산할 때까지 먹어야된다고 하더라구요 ㅠ

저는 임신하면서부터 호르몬수치가 이상이 생겨서 신지로이드 복용시작했어요. 한달에 한번씩 수치재검하고 있고 16주 정도 되니까 ‘이제부터는 아기가 갑상선 호르몬을 자체적으로 만들 수 있으니 약을 중단할 수도 있다‘고 들었어요. 
한달후에 다시 피검사하고 중단할지 계속 먹을지 정한다고 했던 것 같아요! 

저도 임신하고 씬지로이드 쭉 복용하다가 수치가 잘 유지되서 지난달에 한달정도 약 끊어보거 수치 안정적이면 이제 안먹어도 된다고 하셨어요. 다음주에 수치 확인하러 갑니다!
임신초기부터 입덧이 있을때 갑상선 수치가 뛰는거라 중기부터 약을 끊는 경우도 많은거 같았어요.
