    Reducing sugar intake would probably be a good option.. also eat frequently in s smaller portion.. i gained 6kg and i'm on my 20 weeks.. make sure to talk to ur obgyn about ur weight and ask if it's in a good line 😊

      This month i gained 5kg, im so concerned about it by the end of the month i tried to cut my sugar intake, and in just a day i lose 2kg. And as long as mommy okay and healthy, dont be so stress about it, more fruit and protein would make it even better😊

        Mostly better took vegetables, protein ( meat, white egg or low fat milk) and fruit.. reduce sugar intake.. But each woman is different in pregnancy, it's better to consul the doctor and not be too stressful 😊

          You should make it a priority to eat from the main food groups: vegetables, fruits, whole grains, protein foods and dairy. It's better for both you and your baby to avoid eating too much sugar and carbs & fat when you're pregnant. If you gain too much weight may put you at higher risk of having diabetes after you have your baby, try to gain from 10-15kg during pregnancy only. Healthy mom healthy baby ♥️
