요새 육아가 너무 힘들다😥는 생각이 들지 않나요? 엄빠의 엄빠세대는 이렇게 수많은 정보 속에서 세세하게 챙기진 않았잖아요. 물론 그렇게 하여 아이들이 더 잘 성장할 수 있을지도 모르겠지만, 이게 너무 과도하면 육아가 힘든 원인이 되는 것 같아요. 그중에 하나가 두상🗣️에 관한 것인데요. 오늘 빌리는 이런 걱정들을 약간이라도 덜어드리기 위해 사두증, 단두증이 무엇인지, 어떻게 치료, 예방해야 되는지에 대해서 알려드릴게요😊!<hr>사두증, 단두증이란?<img src="https://cdn.billyapi.com/posts/3793/a3fa7077-1a9f-4e62-8626-786329454b4b.png" class="fr-fic fr-dib">그런 것도 있었군요!사두증은 쉽게 말하면 한쪽🗣️이 틀어지는 거예요. 뒤쪽이 눌리는 경우가 있고, 앞에 이마 한쪽이 튀어나오거나 들어간 경우도 있어요. 단두증은 뒤통수가 납작한 거예요. 어디 틀어지거나 찌그러지는 않았지만 뒤통수만 납작한 거죠. 아이가 얌전히 계속 누워🛌 있거나, 엄빠의 유전 때문에 생기기도 해요.<hr>우리 아이도 치료가 필요한 사두증, 단두증?<img src="https://cdn.billyapi.com/posts/3793/d64a8794-bcb8-4fef-a3c6-1bd8493f146b.png" class="fr-fic fr-dib">이런 일은 아주 드물어요!아이들 머리가 다 동글🏀하진 않아요. 동글동글하지 않으면 다 단두증, 사두증인 게 아니라 그 적정 비율이 있답니다. 얼마나 납작한지, 얼마나 틀어져 있는지 그 비율이 정상 범위보다 벗어났을 때 우리가 사두증, 단두증이라고 진단🩺을 하는 거예요. 또한 사두증, 단두증이라고 해도 모두가 치료를 받는 건 아니에요. 사두증에서 치료를 받아야 되는 경우는 극히 일부라고 해요. 단두증은 치료를 받아야 하는 경우가 거의 없어요. 여기서 말하는 건 미용적인 치료가 아니에요. 예를 들어서 코👃가 낮아서 호흡이 힘들 정도면 수술을 받아야 되지만, 코가 낮아서 성형수술을 받는 거는 미용적인 거니까 다른 영역이에요. 의학적인 이유로 치료를 받아야 되는 사두증, 단두증은 매우 드물답니다.<hr>사두증의 원인! <img src="https://cdn.billyapi.com/posts/3793/f45f17ad-f570-4443-8caf-93ab071bb164.png" class="fr-fic fr-dib">자세성 사두란?아이를 너무 눕혀놨다든지 너무 한쪽으로 재워놔서 생길 수 있어요. 그런 경우는 사실 생활 패턴만 잘 바꿔주면 된답니다😊.의학적인 원인&nbsp;신생아 접종, 소아과 진료 때 대천문이 많이 작다는 얘기를 들었거나, 머리둘레🫥가 몸에 비해서 너무 작은 소두증일 경우라면 사두증이 생길 확률이 높아요. 목 근육 한쪽이 짧거나 혹은 뭉쳐있어서 아이가 고개를 계속 기울일 수밖에 없는 사경일 경우에도 사두증이 잘 생기기 때문에 사경 치료를 해야 한답니다. 또한 두개골조기유합증🧠이 있는 친구들도 사두증이 생길 확률이 높아요.<hr>치료가 필요한 경우<img src="https://cdn.billyapi.com/posts/3793/7d3decd6-3f9e-46c7-922c-7bad4f5e0e1d.png" class="fr-fic fr-dib">너무 불편하고 힘들어요!치료를 해야하는 경우에 헬멧⛑️치료를 가장 많이 하는 편이에요. 단순 미용적인 목적으로도 요새 많이 하시는데, 그냥 한번 해볼까 하기에는 부담이 될 수 있어요. 헬멧을 착용하여 효과가 있으려면 하루에 20시간 이상씩, 6개월 이상 착용을 해야 되는데요. 매달 가서 점검을 받아야 되고, 비용도 200~300만원 사이라서 만만치 않은 편이에요. 그리고 아이 또한 힘들어😫 한답니다.&nbsp;<hr>약간의 문제가 있는 경우에는?<img src="https://cdn.billyapi.com/posts/3793/98ca5905-edfd-4326-b75e-ee2060b1052f.png" class="fr-fic fr-dib">엄빠! 저 열심히 해볼게요!의학적인 치료를 받아야 될 정도는 아니지만 약간의 사두증이 있을 경우에는 어떤 걸 하는 게 좋을까요? 터미타임이 가장 효과적이에요. 터미타임은 1개월부터 가능해요. 너무 많이 시키면 토할 수 있기 때문에 매일 30초⏱️만 해주어도 효과가 있답니다. 생후 1개월 된 아이는 목을 못 가누니까 고개가 자꾸 바닥으로 쏠릴 수 있어요. 그 점을 예방하기 위해 어깨를 세우고 손을 포개어🙇 얼굴을 받치게 만드는 방법이 있어요. 이게 힘들면 수유쿠션이나 무릎에 비스듬히 엎어놓거나, 엎드린 비행기🛬 자세로 엄빠가 안고 다니는 것도 도움이 된답니다.<hr>두상 베개의 효과는?<img src="https://cdn.billyapi.com/posts/3793/fad1019c-f7fa-49ba-99c1-173d1553b9c7.png" class="fr-fic fr-dib">따로 구매할 필요 없이 저렴하게!두상 베개는 별다른 효과가 없어요. 아기 머리가 비대칭이에요!

출산하신 분 이슬 뒤 진통 경험 좀 부탁드려요.
평소 분비물이 없다가 이틀전에 덩어리 투명 젤리가 팬티에 묻어 분비물인가? 양이 많네하고 넘겼는데 

어제 아침과 점심쯤 2번 갈색 젤리 덩어리가 나와 유투브와 맘스홀릭 이것저것 찾아보니 이슬이 투명-갈색-피빛 이렇게 변해가기도 한대서 39주다 보니 이슬인가 보다 마음에 준비를 하고있는데, 살짝 배아린것 말고는 가진통도 없어요.

오늘 아침에는 노란 젤리 덩어리가 몇번 나오고
점점 컨디션 안좋아지고 배가 살짝 아프고 방광 아래쪽이 날카로이 찌르는듯한 강렬한 느낌만 몇번 들고 수축느낌은 없네요.

분비물인가? 생각을 다시 했는데 하루종일 속옷은 깨끗하고  두어번 덩어리만 몇 번 나오니 그럼 이슬이 맞는건가? 싶기도하고…

출산인가해서 마음의 준비를 했는데 몸에 통증은 없어 이틀째 일 하려 컴퓨터에 앉았다가 다시 싱숭생숭해져서 손에 아무것도 잡히지 않아 글 올려요 ㅎㅎ

저도 38주 6일인데 3일전에 이슬비침(새끼손톱보다 조금큰 핏덩이)후 좀더 세진 가진통 골반통 다리피안통함외에 별다른게 없어요 ㅠㅜ일반적으론 1-4일내에 출산이라고는 하는데 찾아보니 이슬비친후에도 별진통없이 일주일 보내는 분도 계시더라구요

저는 갈색 이슬비침 나오고 다음날 핏빛 이슬비침이 나왔어요. 진통은 아예 없었고, 배가 살짝 불편한 정도? 있었어요. 근데 핏빛 이슬 비친 새벽에 양수새기 시작하고 9시간 후에 자연분만 했습니다!! 핏빛 이슬비침 나오면 금방인것 같아요ㅎ

출산 이틀전에 이슬 덩어리 나오더니 출산날에 양수가 물풍선처럼 터지면서 새더라구요..(진통은 양수가 조금씩나올때 진통있었엉요) 병원가니깐 양수 터진거라고 바로 응급 제왕했어요

어제 핑크이슬 비치고 오늘 계속 피비침,갈색이슬 있고 지금까지 진통이 아예 없어요ㅜㅜ 검색해보니 이슬비치고 일주일뒤 출산하신분도 있더라구쇼

저는 이슬은 아직 없엇는데 아랫배가 날카롭게 쑤시는느낌이 있어서요. 이게 진통은 아니겠죠? 진통은 사르르 아픈거라고 알고있는데 저는 배가 쑤셔요ㅠ 혹시 맘님은 쑤시는아픔이 얼마나 오래 또는 자주 잇는지 여쭤봐도될까요?

M mang thai 5 tháng. Dạo này m hay suy nghĩ nhiều. K đc vui vẻ mặc dù k cãi nhau với ck. Tâm trạng lúc nào cũng trong tình trạng buồn tủi. K muốn mở miệng nói chuyện ck hỏi thì m lại cáu gắt đâm ra ông cũng chẳng thèm qt m nữa luôn. Thế là m lại càng buồn. Lắm lúc nghĩ đẻ con xong là m chắc bỏ đi ở một mình luôn. Chẳng biết phải làm sao cả có ai có tâm trạng giống mình k nhỉ 😥

Tâm trạng thất thường

Mình cũng vậy nè mom. Mà đỡ hơn xíu. Cảm giác tủi thân lâu lâu mới chợt đến chợt đi. Nhưng đủ làm mình sợ hãi. Những lúc đó thấy bản thân vô dụng. Kiếm ko được nhiều tiền.  Ko được dễ dàng có con như ngta. Để có con phải đánh đổi quá nhiều thứ từ thời gian tiền bạc rồi đền công việc. Buồn tủi ghê lắm! May là chồng hiểu ko trách gì nhiều. Nhưng mà chồng cũng ko kiếm được nhiều tiền. Đẻ xong ko biết hai vc xoay xở sao với đồg lương ít ỏi luôn ý mom à

Cố gắng lên mom ơi, mình cũng con khó phải nghỉ ở nhà để dưỡng từ đầu nek, không đi làm, mất giao tiếp xã hội nên nhiều lúc cũng tủi thân lắm. Ck thì đi làm nhiều ngày cv khó stress về cũng hông hỏi han hay nc gì nhiều đau lưng nhờ bóp giùm cũng làm cho có, mình cũng hông trách được. Gánh nặng kinh tế thì có mình ck ak do mình nghỉ việc rồi nên cũng chi tiêu dè sẻn hơn. Cố gắng. Cứ suy nghĩ tích cực mình còn có em bé tự nhiên đc đỡ tốn kém nhiều rồi, ngta làm IVF cả mấy trăm, tỉ mới có mụn con. Cố lên nha. Mình buồn hay lên đây huyên thuyên lắm. Hihi.

Mom đang bị streess đấy. Tìm thú vui nào cho khuây khỏa đi, đừng để bị stress thai kỳ, rồi sau sinh lại bị nặng hơn là nguy hiểm lắm. Tâm trạng ko tốt sẽ ảnh hưởng ko tốt tới em bé!

Mom cứ cố gắng để bản thân thoải mái lên mom để thoải mái suy nghĩ tươi tắn lên thì mom mới thoải mái tâm trạng khá lên đc 
Còn mom để nó tiêu cực suy nghĩ trầm trọng hơn thì tâm trạng nó đi xuống
Nếu được mom thử ôm ck cái tối rủ ck đi dạo nè mua nước uống r nc rồi tối về ngủ sẽ đỡ hơn nhìu á mom 

Tớ nè, cv ko ổn định, cty tạm dừng giờ còn có 1m đi làm, ngồi ko cả ngày ko có ai nói chuyện, con cái thì ko dc như ý bị nói này kia. Đôi khi cả ngày mình chẳng mở miệng nói câu gì.

Mình đang ở riêng nhưng nhiều khi mình kỹ lưỡng như 3 tháng đầu mình không đi đâu, rồi 3 tháng đầu nghén ít ăn mình cũng bị nói nhiều lắm. Mà cứ nghĩ thôi ở riêng nên cũng chỉ nghe tai này lọt tai kia thôi nhưng vẫn buồn nha. Giờ sang tháng thứ 6 mình ăn được hơn 1 tuần tăng cả kg mà mình thấy sợ luôn ý. Thai kỳ tăng cân ntn còn tuỳ vào em bé lớn cần nhiều năng lượng nên mom cũng đừng kiêng khem quá nếu đã qua 3 tháng. Còn lại tâm trạng thì đúng kiểu bầu nên nhạy cảm lắm, hay buồn vu vơ thiệt.

전 주로 저녁에 자기전이 속이 안좋아요 낮엔 별로 불편하지 않아요

저도 집에있을때 유독 심해져요. 재택근무 할때도 그렇고 ㅋㅋㅋ 회사를 나가야 하는건지 ㅋㅋ 병원에서도 다른곳에 집중하고 있으면 덜한다고 하더라구요..ㅎㅎ 전 그래도 입덧약 어제 받았어요

저도 집에서만 음식냄새가 역해서 ㅠㅠ 낮엔 회사가서 점심먹고 별 문제없는데 집가서 저녁먹을생각하면 ㅠㅠㅠ 한동안 집에서 밥도 안해먹고 아직까지도 사먹고있어요… 친정가서 엄마밥먹거나ㅠㅠ 매일 사먹으니 식비도 장난아니네유😂

이제 막 8개월진입한 여자아기 입니다
가끔 이악물듯이 얼굴에 힘을주는데 혹시 왜그러는지 아시는분 있을까요ㅜㅜ
그리고 머리도 좌우로 흔드는데
이거 다 정상적인 과정인가요ㅜ

저희 아기도 졸릴때나 잠들기 전 침대 위에서 걱정스러울 정도로 매우 격하게 도리도리를 했는데 졸리면 그렇다고들 해서 그런가보다 하고 있어요🤔

아기도 졸릴때위주로 도리도리 하는데 영검 갓을때 물으니 6개월이되면 아기들이 희안하게 변한다면서 머리를 흔들거나 박거나 머리카락을 뜯거나 등등등 신기하죠? 하시는데 다 정상발달이구나 싶었어요 ㅎ 

저희 애기도 최근에 도리도리해서 너무 놀랐는데 찾아보니 이맘때쯤 다들 도리도리 하나봐요 ㅎㅎ 너무 걱정 안하셔도 될 것 같아요☺️

저희아가도 저번달엔 도리도리 엄청 했었어요.ㅋ요즘엔 좀 줄었네요..이젠 곤지곤지도 비슷하게 하고..이게 다 때되면 하는 발달과정같아요~

프러포즈도 못받았구 애기를 간절히 원하기만 하고 임산부들이 몇주차 몇주차때 몸이 어디가 불편한지 뭐가 필요한지 물어보는것도 없고 일 끝나면 육아에 대해서 알아봐줬으면 좋겠는데, 매일 폰게임에 대화도 잘안해주고 
좀 서운해요 호르몬 변화때문인지
요즘 잘 울컥하기도 하고 우울한데 신혼여행도 일때매 미뤄졌거든요 얼마전에 서러워서 대성통곡하구 7월 초에 신혼여행 가기로 약속했는데 .. 여행 계획도 같이 알아봐줬으면 좋겠는데 저보고 다 알아보라네여  인스타에도 먹고싶은 젤리나 초콜릿 태그하면 먹지말라고 하고 임신하고도 초반에 무조건 자연분만 하라고 강조 하길래 주변에서 그건 산모 상태에따라 컨디션에 따라 정하는거지 왜 그걸 니가 정하냐고 뭐라햇더니 그거는 이제 제 선택에 알아서 하라고 하고 제가 건강이 회복이 안된 상태에서 임신이 되는바람에 엄청 무기력하고 피곤함을 좀 느끼면 빨리 붓고 코피도 하루에 3번 4번나고 입술도 찢어지는데 제 건강에 좀 관심이라도 가져줫으면 좋겠는데 매일 누워서 폰게임하고 자는 남편이 미워요 
그리고 남편이 임신에 대해 임산부들이 얼마나 힘든지 공감을 못하는거 같아서 출산체험 하자고 하니까 못하겟다구 하고 얼마뒤에
정기검사하고나서 배주사 맞잖아요 
그거 맞는다고 얘기하니 애기를 위해서 
맞아야지 당연히 ? 이러는게 왜케 약오를까요
제가 이런 마음을 가지는게 이상한건가여 ?

저희남편은 지금 집안일 싹다 하고 있고 태교여행 가는 것도 남편이 다 준비하고 진행했어요. 먹는것도 먹고싶은거 다 사다주고 운동도 같이해주고.. 요즘 환도통증 때문에 많이 아픈데 마사지도 해주고.. 정말 많이 신경 써줘요

공감능력의 부족이란 건 핑계에요. 본인이 관심이 없는 거죠. 본인 일이 아니라고 생각하니 관심이 없는 거고요. 남편분도 어리신 건지 모르겠지만 당연히 임신 출산은 부부가 함께 감당하는 일인데 그걸 전혀 인지 못한 것 같아요. 남편이 직접 아이를 품어 낳을 순 없지만 그렇기에 자신을 더 돌보지 못하는 아내를 더 챙겨주는 게 기본 역할이고 함께 새로운 가족을 맞이할 준비를 해야 하는데 말이죠. 진짜 속상하시겠어요... ㅠㅠ 토닥토닥...

8월 출산예정일인데 다들 겉싸개 여름용으로 사셧나요? 사계절용말고 여름용 겉싸개가 나오더라고....

여름 겉싸개

그냥 겉싸개는 조리원서 나오면 그걸로 하나만 가지고있음 되요// 어차피 여름이라 겉싸개이용 거의안하니까요;; 저도 조리원꺼로만 쓰려고 안샀어요

굳이 살필요가 잇나 하고 있어요..속싸개만으로 충분하지 않나..

속싸개로도 충분해요< 여름 애기는 ~ 겉싸개 너무 두꺼워서 어차피 사용 안해요< 

분만 병원에서 주기도 하니까 한번 물어보셔요~

저도 겉싸개 들고 오라고 해서 여름용으로 샀어요~

병원에서 분만전 검사하면 겉싸개 하나 준다더라고요 ㅋㅋ 그래서 안살라구용 ㅋㅋㅋ

속싸개만 3개 정도 사놓으려고했어요! 속싸개가 이불, 베개, 수건, 싸개 등 활용이 높다고 해서요 8월30일 출산예정입니다ㅎㅎ 

저두 여름용으로 하나샀어요 사계절용이라해도 ㅠㅠ 여름에 쓰기엔 넘 두꺼워용

작은딸은 15살   다키웠놨는데

Dokter aku yg sebelumnya resepin folamil Genio, nah kebetulan pas kontrol 2 minggu lalu dokter yg biasa ga masuk jd ganti dokter nya bun. 
Dokter yg skrg resepin Promavit utk asam folatnya. 
Aku bingung kira2 bagus yg mana ya bun?

Tapi beberapa temen kuu minum nya folamil.. 
di pastiin aja kalau gaada alergi pas minum obatnya coba aja… 

Sama2 bagus bunda folamil genio atau promavit. Saya kemarin 1minggu minum folamil genio, cuma krn mulut pahit trs seperti asam lambung, saya ganti minum promavit. Krn saya masih hamil trimester 1, kandungan asam folat folamil genio lebih tinggi dari promavit. 

Aku TM 1 folamil Genio bund karna tinggi asam folat, TM 2 ganti promavit ditambah calsium bio cal 95

dua"nya bagus mom tapi kalo folamil genio umumnya lebi tidak membuat mual ktika dikonsumsi

Sama sama bagus kok Bun antara folamin Genio dan promavit, kalau air seni seperti itu pengaruhnya banyaknya air minum aja Bun. Semangat ya Bun

24일차 여아 모유수유만 하고 유축없이 직수후
트름을 할때도 있고 안할때도 있습니다 
응아 아주잘싸고 배변문제는 전혀 없는데 
그저께부터 먹다가 좀씩 게어냇는데 혼자 눕혀놓고 자리비우면 바로 게어내더라구요ㅜ
지금 새벽에 새벽수유하고 같이 놀아부고 있는데ㅠ 갑자기 분수토를 엄청 다 토해내는데 
무엇이 문제일까요??
모유수유하는 분들중 이런 경험 있으실까요??

직수하는 아기 분수토

저도 직수로 완모하고 있고 새벽에만 1번씩 유축해서 주고 있는데 아기가 잘 게우는편이에요..ㅠ 원인을 몰라서 계속 걱정하고 병원도 다녀왔는데 몸무게 잘 늘고 있어서 문제는 없다고 하셨지만 여러가지를 해본 결과 결론은 모유양이 너무 많아서 과식한거였어요! 요새 시간조절해서 먹이고 있는데 덜 게우네요!

공기도 같이 먹나봐요 아가 직수때 잘 무는지 확인해보시고 꼭 트름시켜주세요. 아가가 양보다 더 먹는것일수도 있구요 과식!!!

저 첫째 1년 완모했어요! 혹시 맘님 젖 양이 많으시거나 사출이 심하시나요? 저는 젖 양이 많고 사출이 심해서ㅠ 신생아 시기에 아기가 켁켁 거리면서 먹고 분수토도 자주했어요ㅠ 병원에 갈 일 있어서 여쭤보니 아기가 먹는 속도에 비해 젖 나오는 속도가 빠르고 양이 많아 공기도 많이 먹게 되고 먹어야하는 양보다 많이 먹게 되어 그런 거라고 하더라구요ㅠㅠ
그래서 저는 사출이 심할 땐 손수건에 흘려보내고(?) 짜내고(?) 먹였어요! 그리고 수유 후에 세워서 오래 안고 있어주구요ㅠㅠ

지금 둘째 24일차인데 여전히 양도 많고 사출도 심하지만 1년 완모 다시 도전 중입니다ㅜ

안아서 트림 안하면 허벅지에 앉혀서 한손으로 턱 받치고 등두드려 주시면 효과 직빵이더라구요!

얼리로는 서서히 진해지는데
원포는 큰 차이가 없는거같아요ㅠㅠ

참고로 시험관 5일배양 이식했어요

잘진해지고 있어요 저도 5일배양 이식했어요 피검도 잘 통과 하실거에요!

저 임테기했을때 생각나네요ㅎㅎ🥹 2-3일정도 진하기가 비슷하기도하고 하루는 조금 더 연하기도하고 그러더라구요! 너무 자주하지 마시고 하루에 한번만 딱 같은조건에서 하시구 넘 걱정마세요~!! 전 배란+9일에 얼리만 선 나오고 원포는 반응 없었는데 10일차부터 흐리게 보이더라구요 얼리 3번만하고 그후로는 원포만 했어요 피검 하고 나시면 임테기도 흐려질수있으니 넘 오래하지마세요ㅜㅜ 정신건강에 해로워요!! 

안녕하세요 지금 9개월 막 진입했어요 3끼를 미루고 미루다 이제는 진짜 해야할거같아서 시작하려고하는데 스케쥴을 못 잡겠어요,,
현재 오전 6:30~7:30 이유식 1(180-200g)

1시간 40분정도 뒤에 9:30분정도 
분유 1(210ml)

4시간 뒤 1:30분정도 분유2 (240ml)

또 4시간 뒤 5:20분정도 이유식1 (180-200g)

또 4시간 뒤 7:15분정도 목욕 후막수 (240ml)
이렇게예요

분유2 시간에 이유식을 넣으면 될까요?

그리고 3끼로 늘리면 분유를 2번으로 줄여야하나요..? 분유도 이유식도 적게먹는편은 아닌거같은데 더달라고 우는데 이유식3끼로 하면 애기가 좀 든든해하겠죠..?ㅠㅠ

이시기 분유는 500~600 정도 권장한다고 하구 세끼로 늘려도 배고파한다면 이유식 먹고 과일 간식 조금 추천드려용:)

저두 온맘마님과 스케쥴은 같아요! 3월부터 얼집을 가는아기라 얼집 접심시간 맞춰서 앞뒤 일정 맞췄어요 ㅎㅎ 
이유식은 180으로 먹이되 입자를 높이고 배죽을 줄이는 중이고 분유는 첫수막수 240 중간수유는 160주고있어요. 중간수유는 점점 줄이고 간식으로 대체할예정이에요
분유는 바로 2번으로 줄이면 총량이 급 줄어서 천천히 두번으로 줄이는 방법이 좋지않을까요? 
제가다니는 병원은 이유식 잘먹으면 분유 500전후로만 먹어도 충분하다고 하셨고 좀 덜먹어도 문제는 없다고했어요. ㅎㅎ 

저는 분유1시간에 이유식스케쥴이에여 아침이유식은 양이적어서 오트밀로 주고있어여 🤗

13시 30분 이유식2 140에서 150

이러하게 하려고 해요 세끼하면 이유식양이 줄어든다고 하더라구요 중간중간 간식 주고용 아직 시작 전이라 이러하게 할까 하고 있어요

둘째임신인데 임신중에 첫째보며 육아하랴 살림하랴 몸은 첫째때 보다 더 힘든데

아무리 그래도 이정도가 맞나 싶은 요즘이에요🫠
어제는 새벽 한시에 깨더니 강성울음으로 울다가 새벽 4시에 잠들었어요.. 하
모유수유중인데 너무 울어서 한번 먹였는데도 계속 젖 물겠다고 미친듯이 울고.. 
물이라도 먹이려는데 물병 입에 닿기도 전에 자지러지게 울고 쪽쪽이도 집어던지고ㅠ
아빠 말고 무조건 엄마한테 안으라고 하면서 안으면 내리라고 울고, 내려놓으면 안으라고 울고,
눕히면 벌떡 일어나 앉아서 울고🤯🤯
이번주 내내 새벽마다 이래서 저도 완전 폭발하고 계속 한숨쉬면서 왜이러냐고 소리도 질렀다가 눈물도 나다가 둘 다 미친거같았어요ㅎ..
낮에도 하루종일 징징이가 따로 없어요. 
아무것도 모르는애한테 성질낸게 미안하다가 마음고쳐먹은지 30초도 안되서 다시 성질내고ㅜ
밤낮으로 애기 짜증 받아내다보니 남편한테도 사소한게 다 화나고 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ악!!!!
17-18개월이 찐이라고 하던데 8개월에 벌써 이래도 되는건가요.. 진짜 너무 힘들어서 어린이집 생각이 절로나네요.
아침에 웃으면서 잘 지내보자! 하고 분노로 마무리하는 중인데 다른 아가들은 괜찮은가요..

저도 얼마전에 죽을것 같다고 올렸었어요 ㅠㅠ 너무 지치니까 부부싸움도 많이하고 너무 괴로운 한달이 지나고 5주차 접어드니까 거의 원래대로 좋아졌어요. 별걸 다 해봐도 안됐고 그냥 시간이 답이었어요
이번 원윅이 쎄다는건 들었어도 이렇다 내가 죽겠다 싶어서 이번주까지 안되면 수면 컨설팅 받으려고 했을 정도 였어요

끝은 와요 ㅠㅠ 힘내셔요

저희 애기도 그래요..새벽에 깨면 2ㅡ3시간 안자고 안으라고 자꾸와서 앵기고..안아줘도 자지는 않고..요즘 진짜 새벽에 깰때마다 너무 스트레스 오전엔 애기도 저도 좀비모드네요ㅜ

하ㅜㅠ저도 똑같아요 지금 5일짼데 울면서 때굴때굴 굴르면서 안으랫다가 안으면 발로 뻥뻥차면서 내려놓으라고 하고 내려놓으면 세상떠나가라 빽빽 소리지르면서 더 울고 ..밖에라도 나가면 좀 진정되서 하루에 다섯 여섯번씩 나가는데 이제 나가도 울어요… 어디가 아픈건데 제가 캐치를 못하는건지 보면 다른 증상은 없는거같은데… 땀 뻘뻘흘리면서 울다가 드디어 잠들었는데 미안함과 무능력한 기분에 뉸물이 주룩주룩나네요……이또한 지나가겠죠…?ㅠㅠ

전 이 시기에 그냥 배 위에 안고자거나 같이 팔베개하고 잤어요ㅠㅠ 자장가도 불러주고...지금은 다시 혼자 잘잡니다...근데 결국 슬리핑백이 문제였더라구요;; 그거 벗겨주고 발 내놓으니까 완전 꿀잠자요. 날이 더워져서 답답했나봐요. 혹시 다른게 문제가 아닌지 다방면으로 확인해보세요~ㅠㅠ

어느새 71일차가 되었네요💛
저희집은 남편이 거실에서 자고 애기와 제가 안방에서 자는데요
무슨일인지 남편이 새벽 두시에 애기가 울고있으니 와서 수유를 해주냐고 물어보더라구용
ㅋㅋㅋ 완전 초반에 빼곤 새벽수유는 한적 없었는데
(출근하니까 제가 그냥 담당하려 했어요ㅎㅎㅎㅎ)
오랜만에 좋다고 외치고 남편이 거실에서 수유하고 저는 방에서 눈을 감고있었는데
수유는 끝난거같은데 아기가 계속 우네요..? 
ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 나가보니 아니 이 새벽에 왜 애를 역방쿠에 올려놓고 소파에 누워 본인 잘준비를 마치시고 애를 토닥토닥해주고 있더라고요ㅋㅋㅋ
이 새벽에 왜 역방쿠에 재우려는지 의문인뎈ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 또 곰돌이쿠션을 좋아한다며 옆에 놔줬더라도요ㅋㅋㅋ
그래도 노력이 예뻐서 고맙다고 해주고 데리고 들어왔습니다ㅋㅋ 아가침대에서 모로반사때문에 뒤척뒤척하더니 토닥토닥 해주니 자네요

아직 새벽수유가 있는 아가지만 기쁜마음으로 해주려고요..!
제 아가도 나름의 속도로 자라나고 있겠죠
ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 화났을수도 있을텐데 오늘은 그냥 귀여운 에피소드로 웃고갑니다
저는 새벽엔 말도걸지않고 유령처럼 수유하지만 힘껏 말걸어주고 밤엔 자는거라고 주문처럼 수유하며 계속 얘기하던 수면교육따위는 없는 내 남편,, 귀여운 울아기,, 모두 사랑이죠❤️
오늘의 이 긍정적인 마음 잃지않기위해 몇자 적어봐요ㅋㅋ

저도 69일차에 신랑이 거실, 안방은 저랑 아기인데ㅋㅋ 초반빼고 출근하니까 새벽수유는 제가 다 하기로 맘 먹은 것 까지 비슷해서ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 😆😆 남편 분 스윗하시네요 말 걸어주고 계신다 생각하니 그 모습이 너무 예쁠 것 같아요 ㅎㅎ ~~~.ᐟ  저도 해삐맘님 긍정 얻어가겠습니당 100일이 얼마 남지 않았어요, 100일의 기적을 기다리며 오늘 하루도 또 육아팅해요 🙌🏻♥ 

억 저도 저희방에 아가랑 둘이 자고 남편은 거실에서 자요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 남편들은 육아를 잘 몰라서 하나하나 말해줘야지 알더라고요 그것마저도 돌아서면 까먹어서 다시 묻지만 그럴수있지 하면서 이해한답니다 ㅎㅎㅎ 새벽수유하면 저도모르게 피곤해서 말도 잘안하고 먹일때가 많은데 ㅠㅠㅠ 봄이가 저를 쳐다보는데 넘 미안하더라고요 요새는 말 많이 걸어주려 노력해요 ㅎㅎ 남편분도 나름의 노력 하셨겠네요!! 나중엔 이순간이 그리워지겠죠?? 이순간을 감사하며 육아 화이팅해요!

가끔 저희 남편도 아기 수유하거나 재울때 꼭 역방쿠에 재우더라고요,,,,?? ㅋㄱㅋㅋㅋㄱㅋㅋㄱ
심지어 역방쿠 요즘 잘 안써서 구석에 세워놨는데 그걸 찾아다가 침대에 올려놓고 역방쿠에서 토닥토닥을 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ왜때문이죠,,,??
그리고 새벽수유하다가 가끔 거실에서 마주치면 엄청 큰목소리로 인사하고 밥먹고 있냐고 많이 먹으라고 말걸고 다리 주물주물 해주고요 ,,,, ☺️
근데 진짜 그냥 너무 어이없지만 남편도 주말이 유일하게 쉬는 날인데도 아기한테 열심히 해주려는 그 모습하나에 우리 남편이 귀여워보여 웃고 지나갑니다 ☺️☺️☺️

초산맘입니다,,  여기엔 아이가 정말 간절하셨던 분도 계실거고 해서 글 남기기가 참 조심스럽네요
14주차에 접어들었는데 남편도 잘해주고 저도 일을 쉬고 있고 입덧도 없고 아기도 주수에 맞게 쑥쑥 잘 커가고 있는데 막상 아이가 나올걸 생각하니 무서운 마음이 드네요..  이제까지 일상이 없어진다고 생각하니 자신도 없고 이제껏 처녀때 입었던 옷들도 못입는다고 생각하니 좀 막연하고..  애엄마답게 행동하고 말하고 입어야된다 생각하니
약간 무섭고 우울하기도 합니다..  제가 철이 없어서 그런거겠죠 여자로서 임신 출산 언젠간 있다 생각했는데 너무 갑작스럽세 찾아와서 이걸 제가 못 받아들이고 있어서 그런건지 요새 너무 싱숭생숭합니다..

8월출산 무서워요

곧 출산 앞둔 저도... 아직도 그렇게 생각해요ㅠㅎㅎ 임신 기간동안 철좀 들 줄 알았는데 즈언혀..그래서 걍 출산하고 처녀적 몸매랑 피부로 돌아갈라고 돈 쓰려고요;; 굳~~이 줌마처럼 해야해?? 난 그냥 아가씨처럼 하고 다닐랭~_~

요즘 아가씨같은 아기엄마들도 많던데요~~~🙂 아직 아기가 눈에 안보이니 울적하실 수 있어요! 낳고나면 한없이 예쁠 거에요. 지금은 호르몬 영향으로 일시적으로 싱숭생숭할 수도 있는 거니 걱정마셔요. 낳고 첫만남 순간 다 잊으실 거에요 ㅎㅎ

일찍(?) 깨우치셨네요! 저는 출산한 다음날부터 갑자기 앞이 깜깜해지더라구요.. ㅋㅋ 내가 뭔짓을 한거지.. 이제 남편이랑 둘이서 보내는 시간이 끝이구나, 둘이 맘편히 산책도 외식도 한동안 못하는구나, 나는 앞으로 하루종일 수유하는 사람인가 등등.. 그런데 아기가 자라고 점점 예쁜 짓을 하니 이제 셋이 당연해졌어요. 물론 저는 상상했던 젊고 이모같은 엄마도 아닌, 선크림만 겨우 바르고 나가고 살도 다 안빠졌지만요. 그래도 셋이서 행복해요 ㅎㅎ 초반의 불안한 감정들을 당연히 누구나 겪는 거 같아요. 같이 얘기나누며 잘 보내실 수 있을거에요 :) 

신랑이랑 서로 이름 부르고 있어서 아이 태어나면 아이 앞에서의 호칭 바꾸는 것 말고는.. 스타일이나 그런 것들.. 자연스럽게 바뀌면 몰라도 일부러 바꿀 생각 안해요~ 19주인데 벌써 살 많이 쪄서 임신전 옷이 안 맞긴 하지만 어찌어찌 빠지지 않을까 하고 그냥 가끔씩 아기가 해주는 태동 귀여워 죽겠어서 즐기고 있어요~
결혼전 더 날씬했을 때 옷들 언젠가 입겠다고 보관중인데 그냥 그거랑 똑같다고 생각하고 있어요ㅋㅋ;;;
너무 무서워하지 마시고 그냥 즐겨보세요!
저도 임신 초기부터 체중 늘면서 살찌고 얼굴 트러블 나고 흰머리 염색 못해서 살짝 우울하려고 했는데, 신랑이 상전으로 모셔주고(?) 있어서 즐기고 있답니다 :)
