Any mummies have such experiences can share and help? I dont know what to do. She said it is nothing but pretty sure there is something. This has never happened before she is pregnant. Any ideas how can I make her feel better or find out the root cause? 

My wife is moody and crying for no reason

Hi, moody is part of pregnancy because of hormones or other condition. Just be there, listen, and give physical touch that make her feel comfort :)

Just cuddle her, hug her, and rub her belly gently and said everything is fine. Told her you guys will go through this together.
