임신 중 매운 음식 먹으면 안될까요?

조리원에서 신생아 때는 얼굴에 로션 바르지 말라고 해서 몸에만 발라주고 있었는데. 곧 100일인데 지금껏 그러고 있었네용. 
태열 올라왔을 때만 몇 번 수딩젤이랑 보습 크림 발라주고 그 이후로는 안 발라주고 있는데, 다들 얼굴 로션 발라 주시나요?

저도 조리원에서는 바르지 말라 하셨는데 집에 온 후로 산후 관리사님이 그냥 바르시길래 ㅎㅎ 저도 그냥 발랐어요!
요즘엔 너무 건조해서 안 바를 수가 없더라고요 ㅜㅜ

저도 신생아 지나고부터는 발라줫어용

생후 한달 후에는 발라야한다고 하길래 그 때부터 수딩젤 바른 후에 로션 발라요. 가끔 태열 올라와서 수딩젤 열심히 바르는데, 수딩젤만 바르면 오히려 더 건조해진다는 말도 있길래 로션도 꼭 바르고 있어요.

이제 발라주고 있어요 ㅎ 여지껏 로션 안 썼어요
지금 시기엔 침이 많아져 침독이 올라와서 입주위만 로션 발라주고 자기전 비판텐 끝이에요
피부 뽀얗고 입주변 외에 튼 거도 없고 무튼 피부가 좋네요 태열..올라온 적 한번도 없네요 걱정했는데 저 닮아 추위를 많이 타나봐요

출산병원 전원 언제하실건가요?

저는 아예 초기에 바꿨어요(10주쯤). 임신 기간 중 어떤 이벤트가 생길지 모르니 분만 병원 의사 선생님이 처음부터 기록을 다 아셨으면 좋겠다는 마음에 ㅎㅎ초반엔 진료 주기가 4주라 원래 다니던 로컬 산부인과도 2주에 한 번씩 가긴합니다 ㅎㅎ

저는 2차기형아하고 바로 전원햐서 정밀촘파는 전원한병원에서 받아요 

2차기형아검사하면서 산부인과에 전원서류부탁하고 검사결과나올때 서류받아서 정밀초음파때 전원했어요!

깔대기나 호스? 같은거는 따로 구매해야하나요?
