33주6일..! 살은 거의 안쪄서 몸이 무겁진 않지만
임신 전에 원래 있었던 왼쪽다리 하지불안증후군이 임신 후 오른쪽까지 생겨 매일 밤에 다리가 전기 통하듯 저려 밤잠을 설친 날이 많았어요ㅠㅠ

When a fungus lives on the skin or scalp in a warm and moist environment, it grows out of control and develops Ringworm. It can also be transferred by contact with infected people or animals like cats or dogs. Luckily the infection is mild, but the rash could be itchy and uncomfortable. 한글 공부, 언제 시작할까요?

Here is a guide for how to get the right nutrition to produce a healthy meal for your little one! (But don&rsquo;t worry, it will be much easier than a pregnancy diet😉)<hr>What can I eat?<img src="https://cdn.billyapi.com/posts/3930/0742fb4a-3dbe-46b3-bca3-a594b915ce68.gif" class="fr-fic fr-dib" style="width: 100%; height: 100%;">Actually, the foods and drinks you intake don&rsquo;t directly affect the basic fat-protein-carb combo of breast milk. In fact, your body will take nutrients that are already stored to produce milk🍼. But that doesn&rsquo;t mean you shouldn&rsquo;t care about your diet! Your goal during nursing is to avoid depleting the body&#39;s store of nutrients.A nutritious diet for breast milk is not much different from the healthy diets we used to try before pregnancy. Protein, whole grains, vegetables and fruits, and high-fat foods are recommended to consume on a daily basis, along with calcium, iron, vitamin C and Omega-3s💊.&nbsp;Also, your breast milk changes the taste and smell depending on what you eat, and your little one will get introduced to a variety of different flavors!<hr>What should I be aware of?<img src="https://cdn.billyapi.com/posts/3930/60957628-e7c6-4cdf-a554-c815b2100f5d.gif" class="fr-fic fr-dib" style="width: 100%; height: 100%;">You should still be aware of too much caffeine, high-mercury fish, and some herbal teas or supplements that are not proven safe😿.&nbsp;Alcohol is a slightly different story. I understand how you&rsquo;ve been waiting to have a sip of cold wine and beer after birth, and yes, you can drink alcohol while breastfeeding (yay😺!), but, there are a few things you should keep in mind before starting to drink. If possible, try to drink after nursing, or wait at least 2 hours before nursing to avoid alcohol affecting your milk. Also, heavy drinking may affect your baby, so moderate drinking is advised.<hr>How much water should I take?<img src="https://cdn.billyapi.com/posts/3930/37eed84e-31a1-4010-86f0-edfe264df95b.gif" class="fr-fic fr-dib" style="width: 100%; height: 100%;">Drinking more water is always good. Especially in the weeks after birth and during the nursing period, water helps your body to recover and stimulate better. Technically you need to drink about 128 ounces of fluids a day🌊, but you get most of it covered by your meals during the day. (so you don&rsquo;t need to drink 16 glasses of water every day! phew) To make sure you are getting enough water, drinking a cup of water at every nursing session is the easiest way to track.&nbsp;Not drinking enough water won&rsquo;t affect your milk supply. However, your urine will get darker and scanter, and can set you up for health issues such as constipation and fatigue! So let&rsquo;s keep in mind to drink a fresh cup of water more often😉!

아기 견인반응 잘 되시나요? 

흠.. 저도 이거 맨날 하는데 바닥부터 들리진 않고 중간부터 들려요! 어쩔 땐 바닥부터 드는데 진짜 힘들어보이더라고요 윗몸일으키기 하듯.
가끔은 위에 보겠다며 들지도 않아요 오히려 더 뒤로 꺾어요 신나서..
이것도 운동삼아 해주면 좋대요~! 5-10번 정도 기저귀 갈 때 윗몸일으키기 운동처럼요 ㅎㅎ 그럼 근육 길어진다 하더라구요.. 목이 아직 못 따라오면 조금 도와주면 좋구요

이거 연습시키지 말래요 손잡고 올리면 고개나 몸 들리면서 쓰이는 근육이 잘못 발달된다고 그러던데..
저도 걱정해서 많이 찾아보고 했는데 6개월 뒤에도 안되면 병원에 물어보고 그 전에는 어쩌다 한번 확인차 해보라 하더라구요 혹시 마미톡 하시면 클래스에서 우리 아이 잘 자라고 있나요 2화, 중요 관문 목 가누기 한번 보세요 의사선생님이 잘 설명해 주셨어요 무료로 볼 수 있어요

배냇슈트 바디슈트랑 차이점이 뭔가요?..

배넷슈트는 목을 아직 가누지 못하는 아기들이 입으면 좋대용! 앞이 보통 단추나 끈으로 열고 묶을수있어서!! 바디수트는 목쪽에만 단추가 있고 앞에는 없어서 목 가누는 애기들이 입는게 좋다더라구용ㅎㅎ

배넷슈트는 배넷저고리+바디슈트가 합쳐진거에요 배넷저고리처럼 랩형식으로 몸통은 고름으로 묶고 가랑이부분은 바디슈트처럼 똑딱이단추로 돼있구요!
바디슈트는 고름이아니라 단추로만 돼있거나 목부분이 넣기쉽게 넓게 돼있는 옷이에요.
보통 배넷저고리 1달정도 입히고 그이후에는 바디슈트로 입히는데 저희애는 힘이 쎄서 고름 다풀어헤치길래 첨부터 유니클로 바디슈트만 입혔어요 이거도 랩형식인데 똑딱이라 안풀어지구요! 보통 세탁은 매일하게돼서 5장정도면 충분한거같은데 엄마마다 자주손이가는 옷이 달라서 일단 한두장씩만 사서 입혀보시고 편한걸로 더 구매하시면 될거같아요

배내수트는 똑딱이가 옆구리쪽에 있어서 배꼽 떨어지기전에 떨어진지 얼마안된 신생아때 마니 입히고, 바디수트도 전체 단추형태 요즘 마니 나오는데 중앙쪽에 단추가 있더라구요. 배꼽 보호 차이같아요.

아기데리고 걷는데 안고걸을때도잇고 유모차끌때도잇어요 안고걸어도 아무렇지않더라구요 전 그전부터 걷는걸좋아해서 만삭때도만보씩걸엇어요

전 완전 공감돼요 ㅠㅠ 윗분들은 운동을 열심히 하셔서 부롭네여 ㅠ 역시 임신전 운동해야한다는말이 ㅠㅠㅠ 지금 면역력 바닥을 치는지 여기저기 난리도 아니고 진작에 10키로 넘어서 허리 진심 뽀사질거같애요 이유식 시작한지 지금 세달쯤 됐는데 그쯤부터 하루 3-5번정도 응아처리까지하니 죽겠고요 ㅎㅎㅎ 저희는 애기 재우고나면 대강 9시쯤 밥해먹고 정리시작이라.. 끝내면 11시? 사실상 그시간엔 너덜해져서 운동갈 기력이 없드라구여 ㅠ 운동 가실수 있는게 신기할따름이고... 오늘도 허리가 내려앉을것 같네요😇

저는 20대초반부터 30대 중반까지 15년 운동(무용이었지만 중노가다수준의 빡쎈 운동) 으로 다져쟜으나 출산전 삼년동안 안하고 살이쪗고 임신하고는 입덧하니 살이 좀 빠지고 출산후에 피로로 살이 더 빠져도 예전 몸무게에는 턱앖이 부족한 통통이 ㅎㅎ 근력은 자신있었던 일인이었으나 손목 허리 발목 무릎할것 없이 쑤시다가 6-7개월 지나고 마사지 주기적으로받고(운동하러못가니 마사지라도 풀어주니 좋더라구요)
저희 아들은 이미 구키로는 진작에 찍었는데
요즘은 그래도 좀 덜 아픈거보면
조리가끝난건지 사십에 애를 낳았지만 지난 십여년간 운동한 베이스인건지 알수는 없지만
그리고 여전히 힘들지만
처음 그 통증(사실 전 건강해서 그런 것도 안겪을줄 알았다는 자만심도 있었는데....오산...)

13개월차 남자아이입니다.
일주일전부터 갑자기 밤잠자면서 똥을 싸기 시작했어요.

분리수면중이라, 아기가 잘 자는지는 홈캠으로 보고 있어요. 깨도라도 혼자서 다시 잘자는 아기였는데, 일주일전부터는 깨서 울고 있더라구요.
이상하다 싶어 갔더니 똥을 싸고 울고 있더라구요..그래서 씻기고 다시 기저귀 갈고 밤잠을 재웠어요. 그 다음날도 새벽에 또 똥을 싸고 울고있고...이렇게 일주일정도 됐어요..
생활패턴이나 먹는건 그 전과 동일한데, 
갑자기 왜 이러는 걸까요?ㅜㅠ
그렇다고 설사나 이런 장염 증상도 아닙니다.

자다가 똥을 싸면 수면에도 방해되고...매번 자다가 치워주려니 엄마아빠인 저희도 피곤하더라구요ㅜㅠ...

혹시 저희아가처럼 이런경우인 다른 아가도 
있을까요?
병원에 가봐야 할까요?ㅜㅠㅠ

밤잠잘때 똥싸는 아기ㅜ

흠 저희 아기 이틀정도 자다가 응가 한적 있는데 어른도 급 배아픈거 아니면 자다가 화장실 가서 큰일 안보듯 지금 시기에 자다 응가 하는건 뭔가 불편 한거라 하더라구요 저희 아긴 이틀정도 그러다 약간 설사처럼 낮에 변을 보기도 했는데 과식 했다던지 소화가 잘 안되서 탈났던거 같다 했어요 그뒤론 다시 자면서 응가 하지는 않아요 일어나자 마자 물 마시고 응가 한적은 있어도ㅎ1주일 이면 병원 가보셔서 속 시원하게 얘기 듣는게 좋을거 같아요

장염 걸렸을 때 그랬는데요 ㅠㅠ 평소보다 변이 묽다 싶으면 병원 한번 가보세요

저희 아가는 한밤중은 아니고 새벽5시쯤 울어서 보니 똥이 있었어요
어떨땐 말라있는똥도 있어서 자기 직전에 쌌는데 저흰 눕히고 나와서 모른채로 잠들어버렸거든요.
한며칠 그러다가 없어졌어요.

저희애기도 가끔 자다가 똥싸는데 변비인경우에 그렇다고하더라구요 
고구마랑 푸른 챙겨먹이고 규칙적으로 변 보니 자면서 똥싸는 빈도가 확줄었어요

어 저희아기 그랬는데 원인찾았서 해결했어요! 혹시 막수 분유/우유 주시나요? 저희 애기도 밤에 응아하기시작해서 고민이었는데 알고보니 막수 때 잠깐 양 늘린게 원인이었어요 120ml로 제한하니 그 후로 밤에 응아안해요!

 98일쯤 낮잠도 잘 안자고 짜증이 확 늘고 분유를 주면 손으로 젖병을 쳐서 날리고 빼고 울고 짜증내고 그리고는 꾸벅꾸벅 졸기시작하고 거의 잠들거나 아예 기절한거처럼 잠드는걸 시작으로 모든 패턴이 엉망진창이 되었고 아직까지 현재진행형입니다. 

 낮잠은 짧게 끊어서 자는 것까지 4~5회였다가 연장해도 5분 10분 자고 안잘때가 많아서 조정해서 3~4회, 한번 잘 때 최대 2시간 반 자고 있고, 최대 깨시는 1시간 30분 유지하고 있구요. 수유는 80~220미리 사이로 먹고 3시간 반에서 4시간텀 입니다. 밤잠은 무조건 10시간 이상 통잠 자고있어요. 예를들어 아침 7시 수유, 수유시간 포함 1시간~1시간 반 깨시, 8시 30분쯤부터 2시간 낮잠, 20~30분 깨시 후 11시 전후 다음 수유입니다. 

 먹다가 자는 것 때문에 패턴도 바꿔보고, 아예 없애고 반응보고 그때그때 맞춰주는 것도 해보고, 먹다가 졸려하는게 보이면 열심히 깨우고있구요. 근데 수유량도 더 떨어지고 짜증이 더 늘고 밤잠 시간도 줄었어요. 실패한 것 같습니다. 또 한가지 고민거리는 한번 수유하면 중간에 트림 2번정도 해서 수유시간이 30~40분 정도 걸리고 트림한다고 젖병빼면 그 뒤엔 젖병을 안물고 분유도 안먹으려고 합니다. 길면 거의 1시간도 걸려요. 후딱 먹으면 졸고 자는게 덜할까 싶어서 수유시간을 단축시켜보고 싶은데 안먹고 토하고 참 어렵더라구요. 진짜 환장하겠는게 80미리 먹고 안먹고 자길래 분유 버리고 치워놓고 봤더니 5분도 안되서 깨서 울먹이고있고, 또 한번은 40미리먹고 잠들어서 눕히니 바로 똘망똘망하게 눈뜨고 쳐다보고 있더라구요. 다시 먹이니 먹다가 또 자요. 정말 화가 치밀어 올랐습니다. 제가 어떤걸 더 해볼 수 있을까요. 뭘 고쳐야할까요. 시간이 답일까요? 시간이 답이라면 저 해탈해봐서 이제 기다리는거 잘 할 수 있을 것 같아요. 혹시 제가 잠연관이라고 하는 나쁜 습관을 만들고 있는걸까요. 무엇이든 다 괜찮으니 의견을 듣고싶습니다. 도와주세요오🙏

혹시 수유 중간에 트림을 꼭 시키셔야하는 이유가 있으신걸까요? 저같은 경우는 중간에 트림시켜본 적이 없었거든요... 물론 다들 100일이전에는 중간중간 트림을 시켜주라고도 하시지만 저희 아기같은 경우는 속역류가 심했기때문에 중간에 트림을 시키면 오히려 속 불편해했어요. 그래서 그냥 한번도 젖병을 떼지않고 끝까지 물렸었거든요. 물다가 잠드는건 아무래도 수유시간이 오래 되다보니 아기도 지쳐서가 아닐까..싶어서 댓글 달고 갑니닷...물론 트림을 안시켜도 그런다면..😭 그거까진 모르겠어유,,, 참고로 저는 수유할때 아기가 잘 안먹으려고하면 사운드북 틀어주거나 동요를 불러주며 달래주는데(지금도요) 그러면 그나마 먹더라고요,,,😭 아기가 잘 안먹는거 진짜 속상하시죠..그거만큼 힘든게 또 없더라구요.부디 아기가 잘먹는 날이 오시기를..😭

행복마마님 잘 지내셨나요. 아직 아이가 3-4갤에 낮잠이 4회면 수유텀은 3시간으로 하셔야 먹잠 안꼬일거에요.
깨어있는 시간이 1시간반 내외면 수유텀이 4시간이면 안꼬일 수가 없거든요.
낮잠3회면 수유텀 4시간, 낮잠 3회면 수유텀 3시간이 안꼬일거에요.
또한 기상 후 15분 뒤 수유로 잠과 수유의 연관을 끊어주세요! 막수도 밝은 환경에서 졸지 않게 해주셔야 수유가 잠연관되지 않아요! 물론 새벽수유나 밤수는 제외에요:-) 

저희애도 먹다가 자는 일이 많았는데요, 그냥 잠이 많은 아이였어요 ㅎㅎ 4시간텀으로 낮잠 오전, 오후 2시간씩 초저녁 짧게 한번 재웠더니 먹으면서 자는 일이 줄었어요~ 이제 그냥 알아서 자고 먹고 하게 냅두는데, 빠르게 4시간텀 한게 잘한거 같아요! 그리고 수유텀 빡세게 지킬려고 하시지 마시고 애가 배고파하면 주도록 해보세요~ 대충 3-4시간에 한번씩 주면 되겠거니 하는 식으로 얼추 범위만 정하구여!
낮잠도 6갤짜리 저희애도 한번씩 끊어자고 연장도 안되고 그러긴한데, 그냥 그러고 싶겠거니 냅둬요~ 애는 AI가 아니잖아요~ 애들도 하나의 생명체인걸요~
저는 애 수유량때문에 고생했던 신생아시기 이후로는 수유텀 깨시 잠텀 이런거 다 신경 안쓰고 있어요! 애가 스스로 잘 맞춰서 살더라구요! 낮잠도 너무 길게 잘때만 깨우지 그냥 애 하고싶은대로 둡니당ㅎㅎ
아 그리고 낮잠 길게 자게 하는딘 신체활동이 짱이더라구요...ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 저희애가 뒤집기 되집기 배밀이 엄청 하기 시작하면서 오히려 수면시간 늘었어요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

혹시젖꼭지바꿔보셧나요? 저희아가도 속역류에 30분넘게먹는아가엿는데 조동엄마들이 30분넘게먹으면 너무오래먹는다고 젖꼭지개월수나 젖꼭지가안맞는거아니냐거해서 여러젖병시도해보고 아벤트젖병이 잘맞아서 싹바꿧엇어요  젖꼭지도 분유넘 적게나오면짜증내면서 오래먹더라구요 ! 

전 그냥 내려놨어요..ㅋㅋ큐ㅠㅠㅠ 3시간텀하니 애가 배가 별로 안고플때는 아에 안먹더라구요,, 
그냥 배고픈신호 보내면 그때 맘마줘요 시간은 2~4시간텀 인것같아요 ,, 
그러다 잠오면 그냥 재워버리구
먹다가 잠들려하면 깨워보는데,, 안깨면 그대로 재워버려요 ㅋㅋㅋ 그러면2시간도안돼서 밥달라고 해서 밥주고,, 
매일매일 이런하루를 보내고있답니다ㅠㅠ

왜 하지?💡B형 간염 바이러스에 감염되면 만성 보유자가 되기 쉬워져요. 특히 엄마가 B형 간염 보균자이거나 활동성 간염이라면 출산과정에서 아기에게도 감염될 수 있어요. 이를 예방하기 위해 HepB 접종을 해야 해요! 어떻게 접종하는데?💉아기 생후 1개월 때 B형간염 2차 예방접종을 받는답니다. 이때, B형간염 1차 접종 후 최소 4주 이상의 간격을 두고 접종하는 것이 바람직해요!<hr>빌리의 TMI👩&zwj;⚕️: B형간염에 걸리면 어떤 증상이 나타나나요? &nbsp;대개 눈과 피부가 노래지는 황달이 생기고 입맛이 없어지고 구역, 구토, 발열, 관절통 등의 증상이 생겨요. 복부의 오른쪽 윗부분에 통증을 느끼기도 하고 일을 할 수 없을 만큼 피곤함을 느끼게 된다고도 해요. 그러나 대부분은 증상이 없어 본인이 간염에 걸린 줄도 모르고 지나갈 정도로 증상이 없을 수도 있어요.

12주차는 아니지만, 그렇게 분비물 묻어난 적이 있는데, 거기서 양이 늘거나 붉게 피처럼 변하는거 아니면은 안정취하고 나면 괜찮아졌어요. 거기서 양상이 바뀌거나 피가 나오면 병원가보세요! 하지만 엄마가 불안하고 걱정되면 병원가서 확인해보는것도 마음의 안정을 위한 방법이랍니다 ㅎ 아기가 잘 있는 모습 보고 오면 또 안심이 되니까여

저는 9주차인데
7주차부터 저렇게 하루에 두세번씩 나와서 유산방지 주사 3번정도 맞았고 병원에서도 그거 말곤 해줄게 없다고 하셔서
눕눕하면서 약넣고 쉬고있습니다 ㅠㅠ 애기는 건강히 잘 있어요 ㅠㅠ 그래도 저는 병원 일주일에 한번씩 방문 하라고 하셨는데 혹시 몰라서 2-3회정도 가서 초음파 확인하고 있어요 

저 10주차때 아침 소변에서 딱 저렇게 피가 비쳐서 일요일에 분만병원 응급으로 진료봤었는데 작은 폴립이 생겼다고 하시더라구욤...
바로 폴립 제거하고 며칠 갈색피 나오다가 지금은 멎었는데 아마 아가의 문제는 아닐거에요..!! 폴립에서의 출혈은 아가랑은 아무 상관 없다고 하셨어요! 너무 걱정마시고 병원 다녀오세요!!

별 일은 없을거에요 
그래도 엄마 마음에 애기도 확인하고 의사쌤 말도 들어야 안심이 되니까요 

2 minggu lalu usg baby untuk pertama kalinya. Dikasih obat penguat kandungan namanya microgest dan dhupaston. Tapi pas tak baca2 di google itu obat untuk masalah haid. Kok aku takut yaa. Dan diksih vit B12 tapi di tulisan obatnya “untuk ibu hamil dan menyusui sebaiknya konsultasikan ke dokter dahulu” gt akhirnya ku sudah beli mahal2 ga ku minum. Saran dong. Ada yg pernah diksih obat kaya gt juga ? Aman gak ya?

Klu penguat kandungan aku jg dikasih obat namanya dupaston bun.. Alhamdulillah aman bun.. klu vitamin ak kurang tau bun, ak vitamin dikasih fetavita (lasa). 

Ak juga ush di 4 minggu, d ksh obt penguat sm dokter. D ksh multivitamin dan vitamin D jg

Aku pernah bun, dlu 5 minggu hmil wktu usg di kasi itu microgest penguat kandungan, trs aku mnum mlm nya, besok pagi pas kerja aku pendarahan dan keguguran bun, sedih banget,, mending ibu kalau gak ada apa2 jgn mnum penguat kandungan, mending ibu jgn kecapekan, mnum vitamin asam folat , susu, dan makan yg sehat bun, 

브레짜 사용하시는분들께 여쭤봅니다, 브레짜 설정양하고 나오는 양이 같으신가요? 150하면 170정도 나오고 180하면 200정도 나와요, 항상 20정도 더 나오는것같아요, 분유종류에 맞춰 단계설정도 맞게했는데 뭐가 문제일까요? 브레짜쓰시는 분들도 다그런가요?

그리고 많이 묽어보여요, 물많이 탄 느낌? 애가 오줌만 왕창싸고 자꾸 배고프다 칭얼대는데 브레짜문제인가 싶기도하고...

브레짜 쓰는 친구가 분유스푼으로 계량한거랑 비교해보니까 분유양은 제대로 들어가는것 같다고 하더라구요! 물이 아무래도 정량이 출수되기는 어려울것 같아요! 삼성정수기로 출수한 물 계량해보면 그것두 안맞더라구요😅
