첫째가 이유식 시작하고 변비가 심하게 왔었어서 제가 찾아보고 정리한 표 입니다.

전문가 마다 말이 다 다르지만(어디는 익힌재료기 때문에 식재료 궁합 필요없다., 궁합 지켜야 한다) 
제 개인적인 경험상 아이의 소화기관이 미숙하기때문에 익힌 재료라 하더라도 피해주는게 맞더라구요.

특히 소고기+당근 조합 진짜 최악이였어요 ㅠㅠ 

이유식 시기에만 피해주고 후기나 유아식 할땐 다 먹이니 참고해 보시면 좋을 것 같아요!

* 간식은 세끼 다 잘먹고나서 주면 좋지만, 그래도 간식을 먹이신 다면 뱃구레가 늘도록 고구마, 단호박을 추천합니다!

The whole head gradually appears in awe.🤗 Your baby turns to the side, paving the way for her shoulders and the rest of the body to come out. 제이앤제나 역류방지쿠션을 당근으로 싸게 구입햇는데, 요건 거실에서 쓰려고 하는데..
아기침대에 베개로는 어떤걸 써야하는건가요? 천기저귀 접어서 베개로 써도 된다해서 안삿는데.... 라라스 베개인가 그것도 좋아보이던데.. 사야하는가 싶기도하고
수유 쿠션이랑 원형 러그(?) 도 필요할지.. 
당최 종류도 너무 많고 복잡해서 모르겟어요 ㅠㅠ 정녕 다 사야하는것인지 . 초산모는 어렵습니다.

아가베개는 천기저귀 접어서 대어주는 걸로도 충분하다고 합니당 저도 두상베개 이런거 살라햇는데 오히려 굴곡져있어서 영아돌연사나  두상에 더 안좋다고해서 저는 그냥 땀패드 같이 얇은 누빔패드를 사서 베개대용으로 쓸 예정이에요 역류방지쿠션은 아가 수유하고나서 바로 1자로 눕히면 분유(모유)를 그대로 게워내기때문에 비스듬히 뉘어놓는 쿠션이고, 척추에 무리가 가는 각도이기때문에 낮잠대용으로는 쓸 수가 없어요. 그래서 역방쿠에 뉘였다가 다시 아가침대나 이불에 뉘여야하는데 그때 대신 쓸 수 있는게 원형러그이고(주로 거실에서 좌식생활하시는분들이나 아가침대를 아가방에서 거실 등으로 이동하기 어려운 분들이 사용하기 좋은 듯 해요) 수유쿠션은 수유시 아기가 너무 작고 엄마 가슴부위까지 올려 안아야하는데 높이차이가 나서 엄마 팔도 아프고, 아기도 불편하니 아가 등에 받쳐주는 쿠션이에요! 조리원에 구비되어있으니 사용해보신 다음에 필요하면 구입하셔도 좋을 거 같아요 워낙 요즘 배송이 빠르니..! 라라스베게 쿨리베개 같은거는 아기가 잠자는 자세가 옆으로 누워야만 자는 경우 옆잠을 자도록 자세를 잡아주는 베개인데 애기마다 안맞는 경우가 많아서 당근같은데 깨끗한거 올라오면 거래하샤서 써보시고 애기가 잘쓴다.! 하면 그때 커버등만 새거 사셔서 쓰셔도 될 듯 해요! 

저는 원형러그 대신 사계절용 겉싸개 사용하려구요! 은근 팡팡해서 바닥에 깔고 눕혀두기 좋을 것 같더라구용😆 라라스베개같은 옆잠 베개는 신생아때는 사용 안하고 목 가누고 척추 좀 가눌 때 사용할까 싶기도 해서 아직 구매는 안했어요!

위에분들이 잘 써주셨네요 역방쿠는 너무 오래쓰면 안좋고 뒤집기시작하면 자꾸 애기가 내려온다고, 그럴때 원형 러그많이쓴데서 둘다 있으면 좋을거같아요! 토하고 쉬야 새고 한대서 저는 둘다 새제품으로 샀어요. 수유쿠션/수유시트는 모유수유 여부에 따라서 다르다고 다들 조리원가서 보고 사래서 대기중이구 아기침대 배게는 따로 안샀어요. 라라스는 안쓰는애기들은 안쓴다길래 저는 몇번 안쓴제품 당근했구요. 무턱대고 다 사지 마시고 집마다 크기가 다르고 양육자 생활패턴, 이모님 오시는 여부 등등에 따라 셋팅이 달라지더라구요 침대를 어디에 어떤타입으로 둘건지 (이동가능여부) 등등 이것저것 고려하시고 하나씩 사시는게 나을거같아요. 

1월 3일 전까지 써야하는 네이버페이 11만 포인트가 있어서 꼭 필요한 육아용품 미리 사두려고하는데 도대체 뭘 사야할지 모르겠어요ㅜ
네이버강세일 하길래 괜히 뭘 지금 사놓는게 좋을 것 같은데..

일단 육아선배인 친언니가 아기띠, 바운서, 수유쿠션, 수유의자 쓰던거 주기로했고
젖병소독기는 당근으로 하라고해서 그럴거고
아기침대는 대여생각중이예요

기저귀갈이대도 당근으로 알아볼려고하구
젖병건조대, 젖병보관함을 살까..? 하는데 이것도 또 싸게 쿠팡이나 당근으로 해도 될 것 같기도하구..

저도 소모품 추천이요 !!세탁세제나 젖병세제 아니면 이유식식기아니면 이유식큐브같은거요~ 식기나 큐브같은건 당근해서 쓰기 찝찝하고 세제는 성분따져서 쓰다보니 쓰는거만 쓰게되더라구요?? 전 바바디토꺼쓰는데 되게 괜찮더라구여.. 11월 한달 행사 하고 있어서 저렴하게 챙기는거 추천요!!

지금 아이가 15개월이고 제가 둘째 임신중이라 어린이집 다니고 있어서 무염은 안하고 있지만 어린이집에서도 그렇게 짜게 주진 않는거 같더라구요.

그래서 적어도 두돌까진 저염으로 주고 싶은데 애기 할아버지(저희 시아버님)이 계속 같이 치킨, 짜장면을 같이 먹고 싶다고 어필하시기도 하고 심지어 오늘은 치킨집에 치킨을 덜짜게 조리해달라고 하면 안되겠냐며 치킨을 시키자고 하시네요ㅜㅜ

근데 저희 친정엄마가 치킨집 주방에서 일해봐서 제가 아는데 치킨은 미리 염지한 닭을 본사에서 구매하는 방식이라 더 짜게는 돼도 덜 짜게는 안되는 걸로 알고 있어서요ㅜㅜ

아이가 원래 밥을 잘 안먹는아이여서 속이타서 그런거라면 이해라도 하겠는데 저희 아이는 저염식으로 먹어도 잘 먹는데 굳이 짜디짠 어른들이 먹는 치킨을 벌써부터 먹여야하나 싶어 전 최대한 두돌이후에 먹이고 싶다고는 말씀드리지만 계속 그러시네요...ㅜㅜ

아이를 완벽하게 제어하고 케어를 할 수 있으면 좋겠지만 그게 안된다는걸 알아요. 하지만 굳이 몸에 좋지 않은 치킨을 미리 먹일 필요가 있을까 싶어 저는 최대한 두돌은 넘기고싶은데 아니 하다못해 20개월이라도 넘기고 주고 싶은데 말씀드려도 주기적으로 치킨, 짜장면을 고집하시는 아버님께 뭐라고 말씀드려야할까요ㅜㅜ

그리고 다른 베동님들은 아이 먹는거에 얼마나 제한을 하시는지 궁금합니다. 제가 유난을 떠는건지, 다들 둘째 생기면 돌 전에 다 먹인다고들 하긴하던데 뭐가 맞는지 모르겠네요....

아기들 음식제한 어느정도 하세요??

어후 ㅠㅠ대충 글만 읽어도 저는 용납 절대 불가능이에요. 저희 친정엄마도 놀러가면 가끔 짜장면,아이스크림 주려다가 제가 진지하게 화내서 그뒤론 절대 안주셔요. 저두 집에서 간 일절 안하고요. 국에만 아기 국간장 아주 약간 정도 쓰고있는터라, 절대! 저한테는 있어서 안되는 ㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 만약 시부모님이였어도 딱 잘라 말할듯해요.

내년3월 어린이집 입소인데 입소하면 케이케 잼에 꿀에 막 이것저것 사탕까지 다 먹이시더라구요.,,,
포기는 할건데 저는 적당히 할라구요
저희도 시아버님이 똑같이 요구해서 해보시라고 제가 어떻게 할지 보고싶으시면 이랫더니 그다음부터 절대 저렁말 안하시더라구여

저는 다 먹이긴해요 짜장면, 아이스크림, 치킨, 피자 다 먹여봤어요 어린이집 다니고있고 밥도 유아식 간 어느정도해서 먹이거든요 근데 이건 엄마마음인거 같아요 지금 어른음식을 먹는다고 애가 아픈것도, 안먹는다고 엄청 건강한것도 아니고 정답은 딱히 없으니 엄마 마음이 제일 우선이죠! 근데 먹여본바로는 애들도 많은 양을 먹진 않더라구요 너무 짜거나 달거나 자극적이라고 엄청 좋아하고 그러진 않는거 같아요 ㅎㅎ

전 아직 가정보육 중이라 간 아기간장으로 살짝(제가 먹어보면 밍밍)정도로 해주는데 돌지나고 친정 시댁 식구들도 애기가 먹고 싶어하면 다 주려고 하더라구요 돌지났으니 상관없다고ㅎㅎ근데 전 식당가도 친정엄마가 갈비탕에 밥 말아 주라는데도 짜다고 애기밥 싸가서 먹이고 안된다 해서 좀 유난 떤다 생각 하셨는지 이제 시댁 친정 다 애기 뭐 주기전엔 저한테 물어보고 주시더라구요 싫은건 확실히 해둘 필요가 있는거 같아요ㅎㅎ

많이는 아니지만 맛볼정도 줘서 나쁠건없다생각하고 주는 편이에요

주식으로 먹는게 아니라 가끔가다 먹는 경우는 경험이라 생각하고 그냥 눈감아요 ㅎ (실제로 치킨 살만 발라서 줘봐도 잘 안먹기도 했구요)
어린이집에서도 뽀로로 비타민 같은거 주기도 하고 그러더라구요 
다만 집에서 내가 챙겨주는 음식 만큼은 덜달고 덜짜고 건강한걸로 챙기고 싶더라구요 그래도 절대 안먹이고 싶은건 있어요 솜사탕 같은 득이라곤 전혀없는 정크푸드요

유난떨며 키운 고3 첫째나,, 대충 굴려서 키운 초6 셋째나,, 다 잘큽니다ㅋㅋ
넷째는 그냥 흘러가는대로 키우네요ㅋㅋㅋ

아니 전 이해가 안되는게 왜 몸에 좋지도 않은걸 손자한테 일찍 먹이려고 하시는걸까요?;;; 이런건 며느리가 말하기 어려우니 남편이 알아서 컷해줘야 하는데ㅠㅠ

15개월 넘어가니 점점 내려놓게 되는건 있는거 같아요 ㅎㅎ 그래도 시중에 파는 빵이나 공산품 같은거 고를땐 영양성분표 꼼꼼히 챙겨서 최대한 염분 적은거, 설탕없는거 사는 편이예요. 외식할때도 아기 나눠줄 요리는 무염,무설탕으로 주문해요. 저는 제가 원래 좀 싱겁게 먹는 편이라 자연스럽긴한데, 함께 먹는 입장에선 욕 많이 하겠죠..😅(남편아 미안하닼ㅋㅋ)
아기의 평생 입맛, 식습관을 위해서 일부러 짜고 달고 자극적인 식품을 굳이 일찍부터 노출시킬 필요는 없다고 생각해요. 어르신들 같은 말씀 반복하시는건 어쩔 수 없죠.. 그냥 그러려니하고 적당히 넘어가면서 귀 닫고 제 스타일대로 합니다.ㅋ

너도 아이 15개월인데 아직 무염식 먹어요 두돌까지는 할생각이고요. 둘째에요ㅎㅎ 첫째도 두돌까지 무염하고 아직 저염하고있고 과자도 동생먹는 떡뻥 먹어요ㅎㅎ
저는 아가들 둘다 또래에 비해 많이 컸어서 더 편하게 말씀드릴 수 있었어요. 병원에서 무염 하랜다 하시면 대부분 수용하시더라구요😂 
무염으로도 너무너무 맛있게 잘먹어서 ㅋㅋㅋ 옆에서 보시면서 저걸 무슨맛으로 먹냐 애가 불쌍하다 간이라도 해야지 하시는데 처음엔 기분나빴지만 그냥 한귀로 흘리면서 지내고요ㅎㅎ애들 튼실하게 잘 크니 더이상 말씀 안하시더라구요ㅋㅋㅋ
유난이라고해도 뭐 어쩔수없죠ㅋㅋ

얼마전 저희 시부모님도 집에 오셨다가 시아버지께서 아이에게 피자먹이고 싶다고 하셨다가 시어머니, 남편, 시동생에게 혼났어요 저는 조용히 때되면 먹이겠다했구요 애플망고도 (옻과라 알러지 유발할수있다해서 그냥 제가 조심해요) 먹이고싶다고 성화셨는데 제가 그냥 나중에요 아버님^-^ 이라고 단호히 말씀드렸어요 먹이고 안 먹이고는 엄마선택인거같아요 어차피 크면 질리게 먹을건데 지금 안 먹인다고 아쉽진않을거같아요 저도 아직입니다;)

싫다는데 왜그러실까요대체..아기가 간쎈거 일찍 접하면 그만큼 나중에 커서?병도 잘 생긴다들었는데,아이를 위해서 천천히 줄수있으면 그렇게 하고싶다고 말해보세여

저는 둘째가 15갤인데 첫째보다 오히려 더 엄격하게 간식도 제한하고 어른음식도 최대한 늦게 주려고 아직 안먹여요.. 첫째때 돌 지나고 밥태기 오면서 뭐라도 먹이려고 간식이랑 어른음식 먹이기 시작했더니..ㅠㅠ 망가진 식습관 바로잡는거 정말 너무너무너무 힘들었어요ㅜ 아직까지 진행중...ㅠㅠ 아무튼 그래서 둘째는 처음부터 확고하게 했더니 확실히 첫째보다 훨씬 수월해요. 물론.. 제가 못 본 사이에 첫째 과자나 주스를 몇 번 주워먹기는 했지만 제가 허용해서 주는거랑 어쩌다 가끔 몰래(?) 주워먹는거랑은 다르더라구요. 아무튼.. 엄마 의지대로 확고하게 밀어붙여야되요 저희 친정엄마도 자꾸 어른음식 먹이려고 하는데 첫째때는 어영부영 먹였는데ㅠ 둘째는 단호하게 거절하고 있습니당

유난떨어도 됩니다. 할 수 있을때 하는 겁니다. 
첫째때 열심히였는데, 둘째는 그냥 그렇게 키우고 있네요ㅎㅎ 
그냥 할 수 있을 때, 해주는 게 젤 맘이 편해요.
전.. 첫 째때는 치킨 튀겨봤는데, 지금은 그럴 기운도 의지도 없네요ㅎㅎ

전 이게 주고 안 주고의 문제가 아니라 본인 자식도 아닌데 엄마가 싫다는데 자꾸 주겠다는 노인의 고집(?)의 문제인 것 같아요 남편분이 중간역할 못하는게 제일 문제기도 하구요 ㅜ

이번에 넘어가면 다른 것들에서도 본인 뜻대로 하시려할 것 같아요

마지막 생리가 5월 19일이였고 주기는 23일로 규칙적이였어요. 주기가 빨라서 그런지 막생 기준으로 4주 6일차에 초음파 보러 간건데 주수로는 5주 정도 되어보인다 하셨어요. 0.82센치 아기집과 난황 둘다 보고 왔어요. 

실감이 안났는데 이렇게 눈으로 보니 조금씩 실감이 나네요..! 아기가 잘 자라주고 있는것 같아 기특해요.

병원에서 처방받아왔던 시카밴드항상 붙여두고
흉터연고 계속 바르면서 상처부위 관리하고 있는데요

뱃속이 계석 아리고 아파요ㅠㅠ
이게 훗배앓이라서 계속 아픈걸까요?
아랫배 만져도 아프고 종종 안만져도 속에서부터 아릿하게 아파와요 

낫고있는거라서 통증이 느껴지는건지
아니면 다른 문제가 있는건지

안녕하세요. 저도 제왕절개 했는데 훗배앓이는 이미 조리원시기-신생아시기에 앓고 끝나는거 아닌가 생각하는데요.. (물론 정확한 기간 명시된건 없었지만... ) 저는 어딘가의 불편감은 있지만 통증으로 고민 나눌정도로 아프진 않은거 같아요. 다른분들은 어떤가 함 의견들어보세요!

아리다는 표현..제 느낌이랑 비슷한것도 같은데 전 그냥 근육이랑 지방이랑 다 짤려나갔었으니깐 그대로일수는 없다고 생각하고 있어요.ㅜ. 저도 이거 때문에 글 쓸까했을 정도로 좀 아팠는데 (이 글 보니 반가워요ㅎㅎ) 그런분이 많지 않으실것 같아 그냥 병원가서 함 물어볼려고 올리진 않았어요..ㅎ 원래 입던 팬티를 입으면 상처부위를 눌러서 앉으면 압박되면서 아파서 허리가 높은 속옷만 입고 있어요 수술자국이 몇년이 지나도 찌릿찌릿하다는 글을 맘카페에서 봤어서 그닥 문제로 여겨지진않고 나중에 소아과갈때 부인과가서 좀 체크좀 해보려구요~!

저도 그래요 기분나쁘게 속이 우리하게 아프고 겉피부는 감각없고 그래요 ㅠㅠ 이제 5개월인데 유착가능성도 있다고 하더라구요 ㅠㅠ 제왕절개는 유착방지제해도 유착이 아예 안되는건 아니라고 하시더라구요 ㅠㅠ 산부인과 내원 한번 해보세요 

저두 한번씩 그러는데 산후검진때 근종 생겼다고 추적검사하기로했어요ㅠ 산후검진 받으셨나요??

음..쓰니님이랑 좀다를수도있는데 저는 이번 둘찌낳고나서 수술부위가 계속아픈데 산후검진은 다녀왔었고 이게 평소엔괜찮고 배에 힘 콱주고 일어날때 조리원에서부터 여태 같은부위가 아픈것같아요~_~ 참..오래간다 싶다가 가스가 차서 수술부위가 더 땡기는건가 싶었는데 조만간 경부암검사가면서 저도 이것저것 체크해봐야겠어요..ㅜ

 제왕절개도 남편이 탯줄 잘라주나요? 수술 중인데.. 넘나 충격적일 것 같아요ㅠㅋ
아무 것도 몰라서 여쭤봅니다ㅠㅎ

분만할 때 남편 같이 들어가시나요? 탯줄 자르는등?

병원마다다르던데영..분만병원리뷰나 병원에문의해보세용

저는첫애 제왕했는데 남편 들어오지도않았어요. 대기실에서 기다리고있다가 아이얼굴만봤어요. 아무래도 방송이여서 들어가는게 가능하지않았을까요? 

자분할때는 가족분만실에서 진통 몇시간 겪을때 남편이랑 같이 있고 자궁문 다 열리고 힘주기 할때는 잠깐 나가있다가 탯줄자를때 다시 들어와서 자르더라구요 ~~ 자분 동영상 하도 많이봐서.. ㅎㅎㅎ 아무래도 같이있을수있음 같이있는게 낫지않을까요? 맘님 고생하는거 봐야 남편 육아참여도도 높아지고 더 애틋해질것같아요 
안그래도 우리 시누이가 남편 같이 들어가면 트라우마 생긴다고 떠들길래 ㅡㅡ남편이랑 둘이있을때 트라우마거리면 정떨어질것같다고 여자는 죽을힘을 다해서 낳는데 트라우마 거리는 남자는 오로지 부인을 이성으로만 생각하는거 아니냐고 막 따졌네요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 반대로 자기가 사지못쓰고 똥오줌받아줘야하는데 내가 트라우마생긴다고 안받아주면 기분좋겠냐고 해썽욬ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 중요한건 밑에 애기나오는 장면은 남자들이 못보게 의료진들이 나가있어라고 하더라구요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

저는 못들어오게할라구요ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ남편은 자기도들어갈꺼라고하는데 저는 제가 수치심느껴서 들어오지말라햇어요🤣

전 제왕인데, 남편 아예 못들어오더라구요

저두 못들어 오게 하려구요ㅡㅋㅋㅋ제 피만 봐도 무서워 하는사람이라 걍 들어오지 마라 했어요ㅡ탯줄도 걍 패스 하기로!!ㅋ ㅋ

첫째때 옆에 들어왔었구 밑에 커텐으로 쳐줘서 밑쪽은 안보이구 탯줄만 자르게해주셨어요. 둘째도 옆에있게할려구요. 탯줄도자르고.. 남편도 얼마나 힘들게 애낳는지 옆에서 봐야알죠 아기 태어난순간 다 볼수있구 동영상도찍었어요. 5년전이라 지금은 어떤지모르겠네요;

첫째때 유도분만에 가족분만실이여서 남편하고같이있었어용!애기 낳을때도 의사쌤이 남편한테 머리받쳐주라고해서 그런것도해주고 탯줄도자르고..물론 밑에쪽은 가리고있어서 남편 시야에서는 보이지않았구요!근데 둘째는 다른병원이라 어떨지모르겠네요ㅠ병원마다 다르지싶어요 그런건~근데 남편이 그렇게 옆에서 보는것도 나름괜찮은거같아요~큰애가 9살인데 아직도 남편은한번씩얘기해요~그렇게 힘들어하고 아파하면서 대단한거같다고ㅋㅋ

전 자연분만 할건데 요즘 다 밑부분은 안보이게 가려져 있다고 하더라구용😆
남편..무조건 같이 들어갈 거예요….
남편 얼굴을 봐야 더 힘이 날 것 같기도 하고 목숨 걸고 애기 낳는데 당연히 같이 있어야 한다고 생각해용..
저도 피 무서워하지만 반대로 저는 남편이 힘들게 열 달 동안 아기 품고 있다가 낳는 거면 무조건 남편 옆에 있어줄거라서요🥲

저 첫째 자분할때 자궁좀 열려서 가족분만실 같이들어와서 힘줄땐 얼굴쪽으로 와있었어요 밑부분은 가려져있구요 애낳고 정리다하고 남편탯줄 자르라하고 그러고 애기품에안았어요  근대 막상 애가치골에 다내려오고 힘줄때 남편생각안났어요ㅋㅋ 언제나오나 내가미쳐서 디지것다 했어요

저희병원은 제왕은 못들어왔어요ㅋㅋ 자분도 내진할땐 남편나가게하더라구요

저 초산 어제 자분했는데 분만대기실에 있을때는 내진할때, 무통관삽입할때, 질정제넣을때 빼고는 다 들어와있었고 3센치 열려서 무통시술하고나서는 가족분만실에 내진할때, 마지막에 저는 애기머리가 골반에 끼어있어서 애기 내려오게 할때 나가있다가 분만준비하면서 다시 들어오게 해서 제 머리 위에 커튼치고 남편은 거기 계속 있다가 애기 나오면 거기서 바로 탯줄자르고 몸무게재고 다 하더라구요ㅎㅎ
저희 병원은 제왕도 탯줄 자르는거 가능하다하셨는데 제왕 탯줄 자르는건 병원마다 다를거에요ㅜㅜ
제 남편은 원래 진짜 눈물 없는사람인데 애기낳기전부터 낳을때까지 저보다 더 울고 애기 낳고 나니까 더 좋아지고 자기가 더 잘해야겠다고 했어요ㅎㅎ
남편한테 분만모습 보여주는거 너무 겁먹지 마셔요ㅎㅎ

탯줄자를때만 신랑이 들어와요

전 남편이 안들어가고 싶대서 그러라구 햇어요! 남편 친구들이 분만실 같이 들어갓다가 부부관계에 어려움잇다는 얘길 몇번 들었는지 자기도 그런 트라우마 생길까봐 안들어가고 싶다길래ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 걍 쿨하게 그러라구 햇어요
