Don't beat yourself up! I completely understand. My 6 weeks old is going through this too. My pediatrician told me that babies generally become fussier at one month.

There could be various reasons. I tried to make my baby drink more per feed at 4 weeks which helped with sleep.

She is totally normal. It might be a growth spurt or developmental leap causing the change in sleep pattern.
