My baby loves spaghetti and I make the sauce with a variety if pureed veggies. Of course it has to look red or he will question the contents, but otherwise he is oblivious!

One thing that has worked for me is making veggies a fun part of the meal. I turn them into interesting shapes or use them to create colorful patterns on the plate. It often piques my toddler’s curiosity and makes veggies more appealing.
