속싸개는 언제까지 해줘야 할까?

The chorionic villi are tiny projections of placenta tissue that enclose the same genetic material as the fetus.The test can provide valuable information on whether the baby has a chromosomal condition, such as Down&rsquo;s syndrome, or other genetic conditions such as cystic fibrosis.&nbsp;The result can help you make important decisions about your management of pregnancy and delivery, and any necessary preparations or special care that your child might need.You might consider chorionic villus sampling if you have a positive result from a previous prenatal screening test or any complications in a previous pregnancy. If you start your pregnancy when you are over 35 years old or you have any family history of a specific genetic condition, it is highly recommended for you to conduct the test. &nbsp;How is the test done?💉CVS is often done between the 10th and 12th weeks of pregnancy. Then, the doctor will explain the procedure and ask you to sign a consent form before the procedure begins.&nbsp;There are two types of CVS procedures. In the transcervical procedure, a catheter is inserted through the cervix after the doctor opens your vagina with a speculum, then gentle suction will be used to collect the sample. In the transabdominal procedure, a needle is inserted through the abdomen and uterus, the tissue sample is withdrawn into a syringe, and the needle is removed.&nbsp;Since the transcervical procedure is done through the vagina, the doctor will be cautious if you have an active cervical or vaginal infection like herpes. Any vaginal bleeding or spotting in the previous two weeks or an inaccessible placenta due to tilted uterus or benign tumors are all alerts to take into consideration.<hr>TMI from Baby Billy👩&zwj;⚕️: &nbsp; Before the procedureGenerally, there is no special restriction or diet prior to CVS. Although you can continue your day normally, you should avoid any strenuous exercises and sexual activities as they might advance the bleeding and hurt your vagina.&nbsp;If you experience fluid leaking from your vagina, heavy bleeding, a fever or uterine contractions, you should contact your healthcare provider immediately. It might take up to a week to receive your result.&nbsp;There is a rare chance of a false positive test. Please remember that the test cannot indicate all types of birth defects, including spina bifida and other neural tube defects.&nbsp;Risks of the procedureChorionic villus sampling carries various risks such as leaking of amniotic fluid, miscarriage, infection, Rh sensitization, and preterm labor.&nbsp;The baby&rsquo;s blood can enter your bloodstream after such an invasive test. If you have Rh negative blood and you have not developed antibodies to Rh positive blood, you will be injected with a blood product called Rh immune globulin to prevent your body from producing Rh antibodies that can cross the placenta and damage the baby&rsquo;s red blood cells. Uterine infection rarely happens after the CVS.&nbsp;Your doctor may give you additional instructions after the procedure depending on your particular condition. Occasionally, the result of the test is unclear and you might need to do follow-up tests like amniocentesis.&nbsp;

ทานผลไม้เยอะเป็นเบาหวานได้มั้ยคะ

เราเคยคุยกับนักโภชนาการ เพราะมีความเสี่ยงเบาหวานค่ะ (แต่ไม่ได้เป็นนะคะ) เราชอบกินผลไม้ด้วยค่ะ เขาเลยแนะนำว่า ควรจะกินผลไม้ต่อวันหลากหลายวนไปค่ะ แต่ต้องมีลิมิตต่อวัน เช่น กล้วยหอมได้ครึ่งลูก หรือ ขนุนได้ 1 กลีบ หรือ ส้ม 1 ผล หรือ แอปเปิ้ล 1 ผล  แต่จะมีแก้วมังกรที่ทานได้เรื่อย ๆ ค่ะ แล้วก็น้ำผลไม้ ควรเลี่ยงมาก ๆ ค่ะ กินผลไม้สดดีที่สุดค่ะ

 มีโอกาสเสี่ยงเป็นเบาหวานครับ ช่วงนี้ต้องคุมน้ำตาลหน่อย เพราะในผลไม้ก็มีน้ำตาลสูง

เรากินทุกวันค่ะ แตงโม เมล่อน เชอร์รี่ กีวี่ กล้วย สลับกันไป ขาดผลไม้ไม่ได้จริงๆ 

ถ้ามากเกินไปก็เสี่ยงค่ะ ควรทานได้ในปริมาณที่พอดี และเลือกชนิดทานนะคะ เราเป็นเบาหวานก่อนท้อง ตอนนี้ก็คุมอาหาร ชอบกินผลไม้เหมือนกันค่ะ น้ำตาลปลายนิ้วปกติที่ 95-115 ค่ะ

엄마 뱃속에서 10달을 지내면서 세상에 막 나온 우리 예쁜 아이👼는 얼마나 놀랬을까요? 대견하면서도 신기하기도 해요. 아이에게는 엄마 뱃속이 아닌 엄빠의 품 속이 &nbsp;험난한 폭풍우를 만난 것 같은 충격이었을지 몰라요. 혼란스러웠던 엄마만큼, 아이도 힘들었을 거예요.💦그런 아이가 처음 겪는 외부환경에 대한 적응이 필요로 하기에 신경조직이 발달하기 전까지 하는 행동들이 있습니다. 이것이 바로 반사행동이라고 하는데요. 보통 자연스럽게 소실되거나 의식적인 행동으로 대체된다고 해요. 아이들이 했던 행동 중에 보였던 반사에는 무엇이 있을까요?😄<hr>아이들의 다양한 반사행동, 알아봐요!<img src="https://s3.ap-northeast-2.amazonaws.com/images.villagebaby.kr/posts/764/ec7b0abb-d786-448d-b9d2-4d73cb50616f.gif" style="width: 100%;">브으아안스아아 흐애앵도오옹1️⃣모로 반사&nbsp;우리가 흔히 아는 모로 반사는 아이가 큰소리, 위치 이동 등의 자극에 의해서 깜짝 놀라하는 행동인데요. 활처럼 등을 휘거나 팔, 다리를 벌렸다가 급히 안쪽으로 포옹하는 자세를 하며 손✋으로 무언가는 잡는 행동을 해요. 보통 출생 직후부터 5 - 6개월 사이에 사라지는 반사행동이랍니다!2️⃣ 긴장성 경반사(토닉반사)긴장성 경반사란 얼굴이 향한 쪽의 팔이나 다리를 곧게 뻗고 반대쪽 팔은 굽히는 것이라고 하는데요. 이 자세는 마치 펜싱 선수🤺 자세같아요! 머리의 위치에 변동이 생기면 자동으로 다리와 팔의 근육이 변화해서 생기는 반사라고 해요. 이 반사 행동은 생후 2주에서부터 6~8개월 사이에 소실되어요.3️⃣ 배반사배반사는 갈란트 반사라고 불리기도 해요! 엎드려있는 자세에서 척추를 따라 살며시 쓰다듬거나 두드려서 자극을 주는 경우에 자극이 오는 쪽의 하체, 다리🦶를 당기는 행동이에요. 마찬가지로 1개월 - 2개월 사이에 소실되는 행동이라고 해요.4️⃣ 파악 반사(손바닥, 발바닥)아기의 손바닥에 물체 또는 흔히 부모님의 손가락👍을 갖다 대면 꽉 쥐여줘요. 이때 이 행동이 쥐기 반사, 파악 반사, 잡기 반사라고 해요. 보통 3개월에서 1세까지 하는데 소실이 된다기보다는 의식적인 쥐기 행동으로 대체되는 반사 행동이랍니다! 아이가 서서히 소근육이 발달이 되면서 점차 무의식적이 아니라 의식적으로 무언가를 쥐고 잡는 행동이 되는 거지요.5️⃣ 걷기 반사걸음마 반사라고도 해요! 아기의 겨드랑이 사이에 손을 넣고 발바닥이 땅에 닿게 하면 무릎을 구부리고 두 발을 번갈아 가며 움직이는 반사행동으로 3~5개월 사이에 하며 생후 1년이 지나 우리가 아는 아장아장 한 발짝씩 떼며 걷는🏃 행동으로 대체되는 거라고 해요.6️⃣ 포유 반사, 빨기 반사, 근원 반사아기가 엄마의 냄새를 찾고 젖을 물려는 행동을 해요! 이 행동이 근원 반사라고 하는데요. 입👄과 볼에 무언가를 갖다 대면 빨려고 하는 행동이지요. 3개월 4개월 사이 흔하게 하는 행동이며 입 주위에 자극을 주면 고개를 돌리기도 해요. 이후 이 행동들은 의식적인 빨기 행동으로 대체된다고 해요.<hr>자연 소실되는 반사행동<img src="https://s3.ap-northeast-2.amazonaws.com/images.villagebaby.kr/posts/764/2d2f4598-f21e-4394-9a7b-6e657f31c585.gif">ok~ 자연스러웠땨대부분의 반사행동들이 일정 기간이 지나면 자연스럽게 소실되거나 시간이 지나서 아기의 발달상황에 맞춰 대체적으로 하는 의식적인 행동이 되기도 해요. 아이들에게 있어 세상은 낯설고 매우 두렵기도 하죠.🌏 반사행동들을 하면서 세상에 적응을 하고 반사행동들이 소실되면서 점차 신경조직들이 발달을 하게 되어요.&nbsp;그래서 이후 촉감놀이, 오감놀이 등 많은 활동들을 아이에게 접해주게 될 경우 두뇌 발달에 굉장히 도움이 되어요. 또한 정서적인 안정💕은 물론 다른 감각들과 같이 지각 발달에 큰 도움이 된다는 사실! 어떻게 보면 아이에게 이런 놀라운 능력을 가지고 있다니 신기하지 않으신가요😁?
