The social atmosphere is still against adoption. Some older people have prejudice like if the kid is adopted they have problem (which is completely wrong!!) Hope this kind of atmosphere changes

Maybe. The reason for the payment is because of responsibility. I think it'll be a lot better if there's like additional fee if someone abandon the adopted child.

I think you'll have to talk with your husband a lot more. If your husband don't agree to adoption, it's better not to adopt.

Start from why you need adoption. Listen to what your husband is saying and arrange your thoughts then tell him slowly.
