병원에서 갑상선검사와 간기능검사를 했는데, 
보통 갑상선 항목에 TSH 이 외에 T4,T3 검사를 하는것 같던데 저는 TSH검사결과만 한 것 같아요.
위의 항목이 정상수라면 T4,T3은 검사 안해도 괜찮은걸까요~?😊

둘째맘님들 출산(자연)때 첫째는 어떻게 하실 예정인가요?

저는 예정일이 연휴 끝날때 쯤인데 첫째때 일주일 땅겨서 출산했어서 연휴 시작쯤에 낳을것같아요
일단 연휴땐 신랑이 보고 조리원가면 친정에서 봐주실꺼에요

일단 진통오면 남편이 연차 써서 애를 부모님께  맡기고 퇴원+조리원 끝날때 까지 봐달라고 하셔야겠어요

베스트는 남편이 불편해도 친정이나 시댁에서 부부집에 오셔서 애 돌봐주는게 제일 좋고(애가 저녁에 아빠 만날수 있으니) 그 다음은 애를 친정&시댁에 맡기는것밖에 없을것같아요

저는 출산쯤 24개월 인 아들이 있어요둘째 10월 중순이 예정일인데 첫째가 좀 빨 리나온편이라 연휴시작 쯤 나올 가능성이있어서 얼집가면 차라리 나을수도 있는데 연휴라 걱정이네요....
아마 그렇다면 남편이 시댁으로 짐싸서 가지 안을까 싶네용 ㅎㅎㅎ
그전에 반찬거리만 좀 넉넉히 해두고 
잘 케어하지 안을까 싶어요~~
혹시 연휴가 아니더라두 남편연차나 출산휴가쓰고 시댁에가지 안을까
하네요

전 10월 제왕 잡으려구요 날짜 불안해서 어린이집갈수있는주에 출산하고 친정에 하원도움 요청해놨어요

저도 10월초 출산인데 추석연휴껴있고 첫째도 있어서 9월말쯤에 유도로 해서 자연분만 생각중이예요~ 둘째라 유도하면 빨리 나온다 하길래 어린이집 보내고 바로 병원가면 하원전에 아이 낳는거 같더라구요

저는 아이들을 가르치는 일을 했어요.
제가 가르쳤던 학생 중에는 엄마가 그 아이를 낳다가 돌아가신 경우도 있었고 해서..출산에 대한 두려움이 기본적으로 깔려있는 상태입니다. 

거기다가 15주가 되었는데 오히려 더 심해지는 입덧, 여자로서 자신있던 몸매가 점점 망가짐에 오는 자괴감, 아기를 낳고 혼자 돌봐야 한다는 압박감..에 마음이 너무 힘들었어요. 임신 후 휴직하면서 혼자 집에 틀어박혀있으면서 임신중 우울증도 약간 온 것 같구요.

요즘 출산병원 선택때문에 출산 후기를 여러개 찾아보는데.. 생각보다 출산이 더 위험하고 죽을 고비를 넘기는 경우도 많더라구요. 출산 중 사망하는 경우도 여전히 존재하고..

그래서 남편한테 짜증도 내고 앞날이 두렵고 앞으로 감내할 것들도 지금 겪고있는 입덧도 너무 힘들다고 엉엉 울었어요. 그런데 남편이 제게 하는 말이..

그럴거면 애 지워라.
원래 온갖 사고로 사람 죽는건데 그 때가서 출산하다 죽을 일 일어나면 어쩔 수 없는거지
출산에 대해 죽을 가능성 알고 각오가 되어있어야 아기 낳는거다. 출산에 대한 공포가 큰 사람은 아기 낳으면 안 된다

지난번에도 제가 해외로 태교여행가고싶다고 하니 엄마자격 없다며 애 잘못되었으면 좋겠다고 말한 전적이 있어요. 그 이후로 그런 모진 말 안 할거라고 굳게 믿고있었는데 
또 애기 지우라는 말을 들으니.. 마음이 무너집니다. 쉽게 생긴 것도 아니고 난임병원을 전전하다 결혼한지 8년만에 기적적으로 찾아온 소중한 아기인데.. 

그리고 출산에 대한 공포는 여자라면 누구나 가지고 있는거 아닌가요. 크게는 죽을 확률부터 작게는 진통에 대한 두려움까지.. 그런데 출산에 대한 공포가 큰 사람은 아기낳을 자격이 없다는 식의 말을 다른 누구도 아닌 남편에게 들으니 마음이 차게 식습니다. 
자기가 겪을 일 아니라고 막말하는 것 같고, 전혀 공감해보려는 노력 없이 자기 잣대에 안 맞으면 폭언을 내뱉는 것이 참 정떨어져요.

비슷한 두려움을 가지고 계신 분들도 그 마음을 표현했을 때 남편에게 어떤 이야기를 들으셨는지 궁금합니다. 또는 위로의 한 마디 부탁드려요. 저 지금 아이 지우라는 말에 너무 큰 충격받았거든요...

임신과 출산은 정말 용기있는 선택이라고 생각합니다. 엄마 정말 용기있으세요! 잘하고계세요. 살찐 모습도 정말 숭고한 아름다움이고 출산에대한 두려움도 당연하다고 생각합니다. 저도 매일 걱정되고 무서워요. 다만 엄마니까 애기 생각하면서 용기를 내고있어요. 엄마 화이팅!

남편분 좀 혼나셔야 할 것 같은데요. 듣는 제가 다 혈압이 상승..ㅡ ㅡ^ 저도 쏭콩님께서 남편분에게 하신 말씀들 거의 똑같이 제 남편한테 했었는데, 남편왈- 할수만 있다면 자기가 대신 낳아주고 싶다고, 입덧도 자기한테 오라오라 혼자 주문 외우고.. 그런 모습에 울다 웃고하며 힘 얻었는데.. ㅠㅠ정말 많이 속상하실 것 같아요. 본인이 겪어보지 않은 일에 대해 함부로 말씀하신 건 남편분이 정말 잘못하시는 거니까 쏭콩님이 잘못한게 아닐까 하는 생각은 우주밖으로 날려버리세요! 힘힘!

저도 임신초기부터 입덧으로 고생을 너무 많이했어요. 입덧이 심하다보니 회사도 재택근무로 돌리고 집에만 박혀있다보니 거기서 오는 우울감이 장난이 아니더라구요ㅠㅠ
그럴때일수록 남편분이 이해도 많이 해주고 다독여줘야할텐데.. 남편분의 막말때문에 쏭콩님 마음이 너무 힘드시겠어요😭

많이 속상하시겠어요.. 어렵게 가진 아기인데 왜 말을 그렇게 하시는걸까요..? 저도 임신하고 사소한거에도 눈물이 나던데 ㅠ

아기 낳고도 저러면 아이 데리고 나가 살 것 같아요. 
저도 가끔 남편이랑 싸우는데 저희도 만만치 않지만 애 지우라는 말 나왔으면 남편 짐 다 쓰레기장에 갖다놓고 도어락 바꿔놓을것 같아요. 정말 화가나네요🤯

남편분이 애기를 가질 준비가 덜되신거같네요. 제가 다 화가나요ㅜㅜ.. 임신 준비중에 부부가 충분히 상의하신거 맞죠? 
지금 호르몬때문에 두려움과 감정 업다운이 좀 심하신거 같아요. 집에만 계시지마시고 요즘 날씨 좋잖아요^^ 산책도 가시고 문센도 다니시고하시면서 감정을 다스리시는게 가장 좋을거같아요ㅜㅜ..

23주차인데  제가 허리가 길어서 그런건지 사람들이 아들배 모양이래오.. 밑으로 쳐져있고 옆으로 볼록한??다들 배모양 성별에 맞나요??

첫째는 딸, 이번에 둘째는 아들 임신 중인데
저의 경우에는 확실히 배 모양이 다르네용ㅎㅎ 
아들은 배와 옆구리에 늘어지는 듯한 뱃살이 바로 쪘어용 

저도 첫째 아들 둘째 딸인데 딸은 배가 앞으로 또 아래로 엄청 쳐지네요 아들은 옆으로 커지던데ㅎㅎ 

저는 아들인데 딸배처럼 앞으로만 뽈록 중이에요!

뒤집혀서 막 끙끙거리고 있어서
몇번이나 돌리도 또 돌려주다가

수면조끼+옆잠배게로 재웠네요...😭😭
옆잠배게를 좀 럴럴하게 해서 재웠더니
옆으로 누워서 잘자는데...꼭...졸업을하면서

제왕이라서 1주 병원, 1주 조리원해서 총 2주 정도 떨어져 있어야 하는데 다행히 친정부모님이 댁에서 봐주시기로 했어요!

저도 9주인데 엽산, 비타민, 임산부 유산균,오메가, 비타민D+칼슘 이렇게 먹고있어요 

저는 5주부터 엽산, 유산균, 비타민D, 오메가3, 종합미네랄 먹고있는데요!
저 영양 상담받았을 때 비타민A 과다섭취는 아기한테 안좋다해서 원래 먹던 종합비타민 끊고 임산부용으로 파는걸로 바꿨어요!
오메가3도 일반 시중에 나와있는건 혈행개선 목적이라 많이먹으면 나중에 오히려 출혈이 생기거나, 수술할 때 지혈이 잘 안될 수도 있다고 해서, 오메가3도 임산부용으로 찾아서 먹어요!

저는 질유산균 엽산 비타민D 오메가3 먹었는데 갑자기 알약 냄새가 나면서ㅠㅠ 엽산이랑 오메가3만 열심히 먹는 중이에요. 

다들 오메가3랑 유산균까지 필수로 챙겨드시고 계셨구나...이제라도 챙겨먹어야 겠네요🥹

오메가3 많이들 드시는군요.. 정보 얻어갑니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 저는 아주 기본적인 비타민D, 비타민C, 칼슘, 엽산, 철분 먹고있아요 ㅎㅎ

첫째 임신때 치과갈일 있었는데 임신해서 잇몸이 약해졌댔나? 부었댔나? 그랬는데 어쩔수없다했어요ㅠ

임신하면 잇몸이 붓는데요. 딱히 뭘 해주시진 않겠지만 20주 이후에 치과 다녀와보세요. 
평소에 치실, 치간칫솔 사용하고 혀클리너 쓰시는 수 밖에요.

저두ㅠㅠ몇일전에
잇몸부어서ㅠ 검색해봤는데ㅠㅠ자연스런현상인것같더라구요ㅠㅠㅠ

저도 계속 붓고있는데

저희 아기도 계속 서있고 싶어만 하고 엎드려있는걸 싫어했었는데요, 자꾸 무릎끓고 놀거나 무릎끓고 잡고 있게 했더니 금방 기었어요! 

혹시집에 로청쓰세요?? 저희아기는 배밀이건너뛰고 네발기기했는데 로청따라다니고싶어서 기었던거거든요😂  한번유혹해보셔요 ㅎ

8월6일 태아난 신생아에요
배꼽은 14일에 떨어졌는데 배꼽 안에가  촉촉?하고 옷에 피가 묻어있어요ㅠ

병원은 다음주에bcg 맞추러 가면서 가고싶은데 (요즘 전염병이 많아서 한번에 끝내고싶어요ㅠㅠ)
당장 병원을 가야할까요?

저는 38주차일때 병원 가는날이라서 아침에인나서 싯구 나왓는데 생리하능것처럼 피가나오더라구요... 마니나오지않아서 혹시몰라 생리대차고 준비하고 병원 가는길 당근하고 병원도착해서 상황 애기햇더니 의사선생님께서 조직검사? 같은거 하시더니 양수 터졋다곸ㅋㅋㅋ바로 입원 하라고 하셔셔...8시간만에 자분으로 첫아이 낳았어요!!!

초산모 38주 6일 양수 터져서 12시간 진통 후 자연분만 했습니당 예정일 넘길까봐 열심히 걷고 활동했던게 영향이 있지않았나 싶습니다..!

저는 36~37주차 두번이나 양수 샜었는데 양수인줄도 몰랐다가 37주 2일차때 막달검사 하면서 응급 제왕 출산들어갔었네요

38주6일차에 터져소 39주0일에 첫 아이 자연분만으로 낳았어용 

저도 초산 36주 3일에 양수 터져서 낳았어요!

초산이라 늦게 나올줄 알았는데 정확히 예정일 당일 새벽에 터졌어요 

초산에 36주 6일 양수가 갑자기 터졌고 경부길이나 아기 상태, 양수 양 등 전부 문제 없었는데 자다가 터져버렸어요 ㅎㅎ 원래 문제 없었어도 원인 불명의 조기양막파열이 흔한가보더라고요. 


평소에도 비타민챙겨먹기 귀찮아서 잘안먹는데
임신초기에는 엽산만먹다가 종합비타민먹어야되서 알아봤는데 종류가너무많네요ㅜㅜ
병원에서는 엘레뉴2단계추천을해주시던데 가격대가 있어서 혹시나 가성비좋으면서 괜찮은 영양제있으시면 추천해주세요!!

38주 1일차 아침에 이슬 비침 있고 다음날 아침에 엄청 강하진 않지만 5분 간격의 진통이 4-5시간 넘게 반복 되어서 병원에 갔는데 내진 결과 아기가 많이 내려온 상태이고 규칙적인 진통이 있는 것도 사실이지만 초산이라 자궁문이 아직은 열리기 전이라고 더 아프거나 양수 터지면 오라고 하더라구요 근데 내진 때문인지 그날 오후부터 진통이 병원 갈때보다 더 세게 느껴지고 자다가도 아파서 계속 깨는데 어떡하죠 ? 사람들 보면 진짜 죽을 것 처럼 아플때 간다는데 저는 5분 간격 진통은 계속 똑같은데 다시 병원에 가야 될까요 …?

38주 3일차 임산부 이슬 비침 후 진통

가는게 낫지않을까요??? 근데 저도 첫째는 11시간 정도 걸렸어요ㅠ

둘째 오늘 츌산했는데 초산이면 5분간격으로라도 좀 많이 걸릴것 같아요ㅠㅠㅠ. 첫째 24시간 진통이었는데 병원 갈때 5분간격으로 아팠ㄴ느데 결국 24시간만에 낳았오요ㅠㅠㅠ

규칙적으로 오면 무조건 오라고 하던데요 ... ㅠ

원래 자유영이랑 배영까진 배웠어서 괜찮구
평영 배우고 있는데, 발차기 할 때 배가 좀 땡기더라구요? 아랫배가 땡기는 느낌보다는 뭔가 힘있게 발차기를 하다 보니 윗배가 땡기는 느낌이긴 해요.

수영 초보 평영할 때 궁금

근데 저는 8개월까지 스타트, 플립턴빼고 그냥 다 했는데 괜탆았어요 ㅋㅋㅋ

저는 7개월까지 수영했어요! 자유형,배영,평영,접영 다했구요! 접영은 중간에 좀 컨디션이 안좋은거같다 하면 멈춰서 걸었답니다!ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ 평영할때 다른사람 발에 배가 안차이게 조심하세요!!

예정일 2주 전까지도 수영했어요~ 저는 스타트 빼고 다 했네요. 수영복은 그냥 한 사이즈 업 했어요.

이번주말 7주차에 접어드는데
잔나비 콘서트 가게되었어요
가기전까지 고민할 것 같긴한데
맨앞줄이라 안가면 너무 후회할 것 같아요 😭
제일 조심해야할 시기라고 하는데
뛰거나 무리하지만 않으면 괜찮겠죠.......


7주차 콘서트 괜찮을까요

전혀 문제 없다고 생각합니다 ㅎㅎ 전 며칠 전에 축구도 보러 갔다왔고 세븐틴 왕팬이라 콘서트도 갈 생각이에요!!!

전혀 문제 없다고 생각해요 저는 완전 극초기때 임신한줄 모르고 5km뛰고 골프까지 치고 온 사람입니다 ㅎ 근데 아가는 잘 있어요!!

지금까지 이룬 입덧으로 고생하다가 이제 안먹으면 허기에 울렁거리고 위액 넘어오는 느낌이에요ㅠㅠ 글고 일단 배가 엄청 고파요 ㅋㅋㅋ 이거 배고픈대로 먹어도되나요.. 샌드위치랑 면이 주종이에요😂

저도 그랬어요,, 🥹
먹고있는와중에도 허기짐이 느껴지는게 생소하기도하고 ㅋㅋ 또다른 고역이었어요 ㅋㅋ 그래서 탄산수를 먼저 벌컥벌컥 마셔서 위장을 달래줬었답니다

입덧약 꾸준히 먹으니 괜찮은데..
먹는거 결정하는게 넘 귀찮고 힘드네요ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

저도 엄청 배고파요ㅠㅠ 그래서 막 먹고 그러면 또 더부룩해서 불편해하고 무한 반복이네요 ㅠㅋㅋ

엄청 배고프고 먹어도 허기지고..ㅠ 무한반복! 첫째때는 삼겹살 먹으면 그 허기짐이 없어졌는데 둘째 임신중인데 뭘 먹어도 허기지더니 어제 드디어 찾았어요! 둘째는 골뱅이 ㅎㅎㅎ

11주차 저는 어제 먹다 먹다 너무 먹었는지 양치하다 토했어여ㅋㅋㅋ 너무 많이
먹으면 나중에 임당으로 고생한대요ㅠ 방토같은걸로 간식 먹어주시고 건강한 식단으로 조금씩 자주 먹는게 최고인듯합니다ㅠ

Place your baby on one side, toward your breasts. Your baby&rsquo;s whole body should face your chest, and his/her ear, shoulder, and hip have to align in a straight line. The baby&rsquo;s body also has to be straight in line with the body, not turn to the side. If the position is all set, lightly compress your breast so that your nipple points toward your baby&rsquo;s nose.&nbsp;👩&zwj;🍼Crossover holdDecide which breast you&rsquo;ll be nursing from and hold the baby&rsquo;s head with your hand on the opposite side of the nursing breast. To make the holding easier, put your wrist between the baby&rsquo;s shoulder and your thumb behind one ear👂, the other fingers behind the other ear. With your free hand, cup your breast and gently put it towards your baby&rsquo;s mouth.👩&zwj;🍼Football holdIf you have had a C-section, have large breasts, or your baby is small or premature, a football hold will be an option for you. Position your baby facing you, and tuck his/her legs under your arm on the same side of the breast you are nursing from. (Like you are holding a football!🏈) Support the baby&rsquo;s head with the same hand. Use the other hand to cup your breast.👩&zwj;🍼Laid-back positionLaid-back position is helpful, particularly for moms with smaller breasts, and newborns with sensitive tummies👶. As the name of the position suggests, you should lean back on a couch and put your baby on your body, facing tummy to tummy. Put his/her head near your breast so the baby can reach your breast naturally. If the baby finds it hard, you can lead him/her by directing the nipple toward the mouth.👩&zwj;🍼Side-lying positionFor night feeders😴, a side-lying position is a good choice because you and your baby both have to lie down on a bed. Put your baby on your side, tummy to tummy, and hold them with the hand on the side you&rsquo;re lying on. Use the other hand to cup your breast and feed the baby. This position could suffocate the baby, so you should never do this position on a recliner, couch, or water bed!<hr>Breastfeeding positions to avoid<img src="https://cdn.billyapi.com/posts/3915/29d0795c-ea72-4372-a61b-aa6e97d5a228.gif" class="fr-fic fr-dib" style="width: 100%; height: 100%;">If you nurse your baby in an improper position, your breasts might not be able to produce enough milk! The most common mistake new moms make is to hunch over their bodies to the baby. Keeping your back straight and bringing your baby up to your breast is the key to breast stimulation✨.&nbsp;For your and your baby&rsquo;s safety and comfort, always make sure the baby&rsquo;s body isn&rsquo;t too far from the breasts. (The baby can pull on your nipple while feeding! ouch!😵) Also, put the baby&rsquo;s body and head facing the same direction so he/she can swallow the breast milk without trouble.

Breastfeeding Positions

When you pick up your baby from the crib🛏️, you might have noticed their hands and legs got stiffened! This is normal! It usually happens when your little one gets too excited or frustrated👶, and her muscle gets tightened up. Babies with hypertonia move in different ways because their range of motion is limited. Walking, balancing, grabbing, and letting go of objects could be difficult for them.There are two types of hypertonia, which are Spastic and Dystonic. Spastic hypertonia is when muscle spasms when a baby moves. On the other hand, when a baby is with Dystonic hypertonia, their muscle tone stays the same whether the baby is moving or still. In order to figure out which hypertonia the baby has, doctors will move a baby&rsquo;s muscles in different directions at various speeds🚶.<hr>Why does it happen? Any symptoms I should be aware of?<img src="https://cdn.billyapi.com/froala/boards/4052/41b14a84-bfe7-4947-a7c1-597845f03d49.gif" class="fr-fic fr-dib" style="width: 100%; height: 100%;">To move muscles, we send signals from the nervous system travel to the nerves. However, if the brain🧠 or spinal cord is injured, those signals can&rsquo;t reach the nerves, which causes hypertonia! This could happen when a baby had a lack of oxygen during birth. If his/her brain is injured or has a tumor, could cause hypertonia as well.A baby with hypertonia generally shows trouble moving her joints in the arms, legs or neck. Their range of motion👋 gets limited, and they fall often because they lose their balance.&nbsp;If a baby has severe hypertonia, he can&rsquo;t move the affected body part much because his joint freeze in place, which is called a contracture.&nbsp;<hr>Other reasons why your baby may stiffen their body<img src="https://cdn.billyapi.com/froala/boards/4052/7d8fdc92-0864-4c5a-95cf-158ff6529527.gif" class="fr-fic fr-dib" style="width: 100%; height: 100%;">There are a few other possible medical reasons🏥 for a baby to stiffen their body. But if you feel suspicious too often, you should contact a doctor for a check-up and start a diagnosis and treatment👩&zwj;⚕️.

Don&rsquo;t rely on the clock; offer your breasts whenever your little one wants! Usually feeding for newborns occurs every 2 to 3 hours, which adds up to around 8 to 12 feedings a day.🍼 Formula-feedingHow much formula-fed baby eats differs for each one of them! It depends on his weight, age, and appetite, and it can vary from one day to the next🐻.Normally, babies eat 1 to 3 ounces of formula every three to four hours during the first few weeks after birth. 13주 정밀초음파때 성별을 알아버렷어요

저도 니프티검사전에 아들인거 알았어요...ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

27주3일 원래 태동이 강하고 쎈 아이였는데 3일전부터 툭 치고 말아요 ㅠ 아무리 배 톡톡 건드려봐도 태동이 약한데 애기한테 문제있는걸까요? 걱정되다가 한두시간보면 쭈욱 하고 밀거나 강하게 한번 치긴해서 병원가야할지 애매해요 ㅠㅠ🥲

태동이 3일내내 약해요

저두요!! 배꼽 위쪽으로 막 하루종일 움직이던 애가 이틀동안 방광쪽에서만 약하게 태동이 느껴져서 너무 걱정돼요ㅠㅠ

앉고 싶다고 할 수도 없고 …

아직은 초기라 당연히 배가 안 부르니
또 그냥 괜찮을거라 생각하시는거 같기도 하고

버스 지하철 임산부 배려석

저도 뱃지는 받았지만 솔직히 사람들 핸동안해주는 이상 무쓸모 같긴해요..특히 배가 안나와서 더더욱 임산모도 괜히 눈치보이고..참 불편한 현실이죠있어도 못쓰는..이런거나 강화해야 할텐데

4개 자리를 보면 한자리 정도 임산부가 앉아있고 3개 정도는 아주머니들이 주로 앉아계세요. 나이도 지긋하셔서 자리 양보해달라고 말하기도 죄송스럽고;; 그냥 서서 갑니다. 다들 휴대폰 하니까 배지 있어도 못보는것 같아요.. ㅜㅜ

저도 뱃지보고서는 안비켜주시길래 앉아야한다고 비켜달라고 얘기하니까 위아래 보더라고요..ㅎ 그래도 결국 앉았습니다

지난주에 2호선탔는데 저만 빼고 다 앉아있어서 너무 웃기고 슬펐어요ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 임산부석에는 남자랑 아줌마 앉아있고 앞에 절대 안 쳐다보더라고요.. 충격받았아요...

애기가 처음엔 못찾아서 도리도리 하다가 결국엔 물거든요????????? 너어어어어어어무 아파서 이꽉깨물고 버텨서 어떻게 직수하긴하는데,, 고통이.. 진짜 이빨로 깨물어 뜯는 느낌이에욬ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 제가 첨에 유두보호기 빼고 했을 때 생각나네요 25일차쯤? 빼고 했는데 64일차인 지금까지도 사알짣 아파요 진짜 첨엔 주먹 꽉 쥐고 참았어요 진짜 개아파서..ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 지금은 많이많이 나아졌어요 시간이 답인듯요 저는 라놀린크림도 발랐다가 안 발랐다가..ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 스치기만해도 아픈건 지금도 마찬가지😂 화이팅입니다 괜찮아지긴해요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

저도 직수+분유로 혼합하고 있는데용ㅎㅎ 조리원 퇴소하고 한달 지났는데 이젠 가끔 그렇고 안아파요ㅋㅋㅋ 어느 순간 안아파지더라구영 🤔🤔 

저도 직수 혼합하는데 첨부터 보호기는 안했고 피도 여러번 나고 아파죽을뻔했는데 한 4-50일차부터는 안아팠던 것 같아요!! 

저는 35일쯤부터 보호기 떼고 직수하는데 익숙해지기까진 울면서 수유했어요 ㅠㅋㅋ 이짓거릴 왜 하나 현타도 오고..^^ 47일차인 지금은 처음에 찡그려질 정도만 아프고 그 뒤는 괜찮더라구요 그래도 일상애서 스치기만해도 아픈건 똑같아요.. 가슴만 완전 예민보스 ㅋㅋ 전 아프고 딱지 지는거 같음 에스로반 발라요 ㅠ 통증이 금방 가시더라구요 !

저는 한달쯤부터 보호기 떼고 직수 연습하다가 40일 지나서 쭉 직수했는데요 네 미칩니다 ㅋㅋ 피나고 딱지생기고 균열생기고 꼭지가 떨어질듯한 고통이었어요 ㅠㅠ나는 더이상은 직수 못하겠다를 매번 외치면서도 또 아기 생각해서 물렸는데요   66일차인 지금 단련이 어느정도 된거같습니다 ㅋㅋ

조리원 퇴소하면서 쭈쭈베이비 빼고 직수 연습했는데 진짜 재봉틀에 젖꼭지 놓고 미싱하는 느낌이였어요... 수유시간이 공포스럽더라고요ㅠㅠ
유두균열도 오고 실컷 유축했더니 피가 섞여서 다 버리기도 하고 ㅠㅠ
48일차인 지금도 아기 입에 들어가는 첫 순간은 입술 꽉 깨물고 긴장하면서 물리네요 ㅜㅜ 그래도 조금 익숙해져서 처음만 좀 힘들고 그 뒤엔 괜찮더라구요

앗ㅠㅠ깊게물려도 그런가요??깊게물려야해요 젖꼭지만빠는 느낌이아니라 유륜을무는 느낌이요!!! 계속그렇게하면 유구염,유두백반와요ㅠ 제경험담이에요ㅠㅠ

저는 직수+분유 혼합하고 있는데 첨에 유두통증때문에 우울했어요. 젖주는 시간이 다가오는게 무섭고, 또 한 두번은 직수후에 가슴 전체가 뭐라 표현할수없는 통증에 운적도 있어요. 근데 오히려 물리면 물릴수록 통증이 적어지더라구요. 그리고 꼭!!! 한손으로 내 가슴을 잘 잡고 깊게 물려야 덜 아파요. 아기가 입 벌릴때 하나둘셋! 하고 꼭지를 쑥 집어 넣으세요.

저는 애기가 첨부터 빠는힘이 좋았는데, 조리원에선 아프다가 집에와선 안아픈데 자세잘못잡으면 아플때있어요ㅠㅜ 좋은자세로 물리다보면 안아프지않을까요..?

깊이 안물어서 아픈거같아여ㅠ 깊이 물리면 안아파요. 제가 그래서 유선염,백반증 와서 3주 고생하고 왼쪽 직수못하고 지금 약 먹고있답니다ㅜㅜ 혹시 아픈게 가슴통증에 오한까지 오고  못물리겠다 싶으면 지체마시고 수유중단하고 병원 가세요~!

아 진짜 아프져ㅠㅠ 저는 라눌린크림도 효과없고 어떤 유투브 댓글에서 다울아이실버컵 추천하길래 써봤는데 사용하는동안은 통증 금방 사라졌었어요..근데 제품에 비해 가격이좀… ㅠㅠ

저도 조리원에서 유두보호기 쓰다가 집와서 보호기 쓰는 연습하면서부터 진짜 꼭지가 떨어져나갈거같고 스치기만해도 너무 아팠어요ㅠㅠㅠ그래서 직수 못하겠다 이제안할란다하면서도 한번만더 해볼까?한번만더 해보다보니 69일까지 여차저차 하고 있는데요 최대한 깊게 물리면 확실히 덜아파요!계속 깊게 물리려고 연습하다보니 이제는 처음에만 살짝 아프고는 아무렇지도 않아요ㅎㅎㅎ
