Moody and weird cravings

I started to get sooooo moody i cry everytime i remember what happened 10 years ago or the time when my pet died or even just a thought of my amazing husband lol. And had a super weird craving like wanted to eat everything but ended up just eating a spoon or two. I found it like its really weird but IM hoping i get some answers from fellow moms
