&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;คุณแม่หลายๆคงกำลังศึกษาว่าการคลอดธรรมชาตินั้นเหมาะกับตัวเองหรือไม่ ซึ่งจริงๆแล้ววิธีนี้อาจจะไม่สามารถใช้กับคุณแม่ที่ตั้งครรภ์ที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงได้ แพทย์จึงใช้ทำการใช้วิธีการระงับปวดขณะคลอดมาเพื่อลดความเจ็บปวดของการคลอดธรรมชาติ วันนี้ทางเราได้รวบรวมข้อมูลต่างๆมาไว้ให้คุณแม่ทราบพร้อมๆกันแล้วนะคะ💁‍♀️&nbsp;<hr>การคลอดธรรมชาติเป็นอย่างไร?✨คลอดธรรมชาติ (Natural Childbirth)&nbsp;หมายถึง การคลอดลูกเองโดยไม่ใช้การผ่าตัด คุณแม่ที่ครรภ์มีความเสี่ยงน้อยหลายคนสามารถเลือกคลอดธรรมชาติได้ แต่คุณแม่บางคนตั้งครรภ์ที่มีความเสี่ยงสูง การคลอดธรรมชาติก็อาจไม่ใช่ทางเลือกที่ปลอดภัย🙅‍♀️ แพทย์จึงอาจแนะนำให้ใช้การผ่าคลอดแทนคลอดธรรมชาติอาจมีการใช้ยาช่วยบรรเทาอาการเจ็บปวด💊ขณะคลอดหรือใช้เครื่องมือทางการแพทย์เพื่อให้ความช่วยเหลือ ความเจ็บปวดขณะรอคลอดจะแตกต่างกัน ไปในคุณแม่แต่ละคน ขึ้นกับความแรงของการบีบตัวของมดลูก ท่าของทารกในครรภ์และความอดทนของคุณแม่<hr>วิธีการระงับปวดขณะคลอด&nbsp;ในปัจจุบันมี วิธีการระงับปวดขณะคลอดหลายวิธีดังต่อไปนี้💉การฉีดยาลดปวดเข้าหลอดเลือดดำหรือเข้ากล้าม&nbsp;วิธีนี้จะช่วยลดอาการปวดได้ดี แต่ในบางครั้งผลของยาระงับ ปวดอาจทำให้คุณแม่และทารกในครรภ์หลับได้😴 และอาจกดการหายใจของทารกหลังคลอด จึงมีข้อจำกัดในเรื่องของเวลา ในการฉีดยา โดยเหมาะที่จะให้ในระยะต้น ปากมดลูกยังเปิดไม่มาก💉การฉีดยาชาเข้าเฉพาะที่ฝีเย็บโดยสูติแพทย์&nbsp;สูติแพทย์จะฉีดยาชาบริเวณที่จะตัดฝีเย็บ วิธีนี้จะทำได้เมื่อปากมดลูกเปิดหมดแล้ว จึงไม่สามารถระงับปวดจากการบีบตัวของมดลูกขณะรอคลอดได้💉การบล็อกหลัง (Epidural block)&nbsp;โดยวิสัญญีแพทย์ทำการ ฉีดยาชาเข้าช่อง Epidural space ร่วมกับการใส่สาย Epidural catheter ที่บริเวณหลังตอนล่างของคุณแม่ตั้งครรภ์ ในท่านอน ตะแคงหรือนั่ง ซึ่งแพทย์จะฉีดยาชาที่ผิวหนังตรงตำแหน่งที่จะบล็อก จากนั้นใช้เข็มบล็อกแทงเข้าไปในช่องที่เรียกว่า Epidural space ซึ่งอยู่ก่อนช่องประสาทไขสันหลัง แล้วใส่สาย Epidural catheter ผ่านทางรูเข็มให้สายเข้าไปอยู่ใน Epidural space แล้วค่อยดึงเข็มออก ขณะใส่สาย คุณแม่อาจรู้สึกเสียวแปล๊บที่สะโพกหรือขาได้🦵 เนื่องจากสายไปสะกิดเส้นประสาท หลังจากนั้นวิสัญญีแพทย์จะฉีดยาชาเข้าทางสายที่ใส่ไว้ ซึ่งกว่ายาชาจะออกฤทธิ์ระงับปวดได้เต็มที่ ใช้เวลา ประมาณ 10-15 นาที ปริมาณของยาชาที่ให้เพื่อระงับปวด มีความปลอดภัยต่อทั้งคุณแม่และทารกในครรภ์ บางรายอาจทำให้มดลูกบีบตัวลดลงซึ่งจะเป็นอยู่ในระยะเวลาอันสั้น โดยยาชาจะไม่มีผลกับทารกในครรภ์ ทารกจะคลอดออกมาแข็งแรงตามธรรมชาติ วิธีนี้จะช่วยลดความเจ็บปวดขณะรอคลอด ตั้งแต่ระยะแรกจนถึงการคลอดและการตัดฝีเย็บ ลดความ เจ็บปวดเมื่อสูติแพทย์ต้องใช้คีม หรือเครื่องดูดสุญญากาศในการช่วยคลอด และยังสามารถใช้ ต่อเนื่องในการระงับ ความรู้สึกเพื่อผ่าตัดคลอดบุตรทางหน้าท้องถ้าจำเป็น หลังคลอดจึงดึงสาย Epidural catheter ออก อาการชาที่ขาจะค่อยๆ หมดไปในเวลา 4-6 ชั่วโมง⏳ คุณแม่ควรนอนอยู่บนเตียงจนกว่า ขาทั้งสองข้างจะหายชาและกลับมาเป็นปกติ<hr>ผลข้างเคียงและภาวะแทรกซ้อนที่เกิดจากการบล็อกหลัง👉ความดันเลือดลดต่ำลงชั่วคราว&nbsp;หากคุณแม่มีความดันต่ำลง วิสัญญีแพทย์จะป้องกันโดยการให้น้ำเกลือเข้าทางหลอดเลือดดำก่อนบล็อกหลัง และ ตรวจวัดความดันเลือดเป็นระยะ🩸👉อาการหนาวสั่น&nbsp;อาการหนาวสั่นอาจเกิดขึ้นได้🥶 ถึงแม้ว่าจะไม่ได้บล็อกหลังก็ตาม การให้ความอบอุ่นแก่คุณแม่จะช่วยลดอาการดังกล่าวได้ อาการปวดศีรษะ มักเกิดหลังจากการบล็อกหลังไปแล้ว 1-2 วัน อาการปวดศีรษะจะดีขึ้น และหายได้เองหลังการดื่มน้ำ นอนศีรษะราบ และรับประทานยาระงับปวด บางรายวิสัญญีแพทย์อาจพิจารณาทำการฉีดเลือดของคุณแม่เองเข้าเพื่อไปอุดรูรั่วของเข็ม ทำให้อาการปวดศีรษะหายเร็วขึ้น👉ระดับการชาสูงเกินไป&nbsp;อาการนี้พบได้น้อยมากๆ ซึ่งคุณแม่จะรู้สึกอึดอัด หายใจลําบาก😮‍💨 หากอาการรุนแรง แพทย์อาจต้องตัดสินใจผ่าตัดคลอดฉุกเฉิน👉อาการปวดหลัง&nbsp;อาจเกิดขึ้นจากเข็ม💉ที่ใช้บล็อกหลัง แต่จะเป็นอยู่ชั่วคราวเท่านั้น หายไปเองได้ ภายใน 1-2 วัน ยาชาออกฤทธิ์ไม่สมบูรณ์ เป็นเหตุการณ์ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นได้จากยาชากระจายในช่อง epidural space ไม่สม่ำเสมอ วิสัญญีแพทย์อาจใช้วิธีเลื่อนสาย Epidural catheter หรือต้อง บล็อกหลังใหม่👉การบาดเจ็บต่อเส้นประสาท&nbsp;อาการชาหรืออ่อนแรงของร่างกายส่วนล่างยังคงอยู่ แม้ยาชาจะหมดฤทธิ์แล้ว ส่วนใหญ่จะหายได้เอง และพบภาวะแทรกซ้อนนี้น้อยมาก โดยจะเกิดในรายที่แม่มีโรคทางระบบประสาทอยู่เดิม ภาวะแทรกซ้อนอื่น พบได้น้อย ได้แก่ ปัสสาวะไม่ออก มีเลือดออก ติดเชื้อ หรือมีไข้🤒ใน 24-48 ชั่วโมง&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;สรุปได้ว่าคุณแม่ที่คลอดธรรมชาติโดยใช้วิธีบล็อกหลัง ควรหลีกเลี่ยงการวางวัตถุที่ร้อน หรือเย็น หรือวางของหนักลงบนร่างกายส่วนที่ยังรู้สึกชา ให้นอนพักบนเตียง🛌 ไม่ควร ลุกขึ้นยืนหรือเดินจนกว่าอาการชาจะหายไปหมด โดยทั่วไปจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 4 – 6 ชั่วโมงหลังคลอดค่ะ

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;คุณแม่ท้องได้ 10 เดือนแล้วค่ะ คุณแม่เก่งสุด ๆ ไปเลยนะคะ!👏 เนื่องจากลูกมีเวลาอยู่ในท้องมากเป็นพิเศษ ในสัปดาห์ที่ 41 คุณแม่จึงมีน้ำหนักตัวเพิ่มขึ้นและอาจตื่นตัวมากกว่าในตอนคลอดออกมา เมื่อเทียบกับเด็กที่คลอดในสัปดาห์ก่อนหน้านี้ ในสัปดาห์นี้ความกระวนกระวายอาจทำให้คุณแม่รู้สึกเหมือนแทบจะทนไม่ไหว และจะมีอาการอะไรบ้างที่จะเกิดขึ้นในช่วงนี้ ทางเราได้หาคำตอบมาให้คุณแม่ทราบแล้วค่ะ💁‍♀️<hr>ทารกในครรภ์อายุ 41 สัปดาห์มีขนาดตัวเท่าอะไร?🍉ทารกมีขนาดตัวเท่าแตงโมในสัปดาห์ที่ 41 นี้ ลูกมีขนาดเท่าแตงโมค่ะ โดยเฉลี่ยเด็กจะยาว 20.4 นิ้ว และหนัก 7.9 ปอนด์<hr>อาการเมื่อตั้งครรภ์ได้ 41 สัปดาห์อาการทั่วไปของการตั้งครรภ์ในสัปดาห์ที่ 41 นี้เกิดขึ้นต่อเนื่องจากอาการในไตรมาสที่ 3&nbsp;และรวมไปถึงอาการอื่นๆที่สามารถเกิดขึ้นได้ดังต่อไปนี้&nbsp;- อาการอึดอัดบริเวณอุ้งเชิงกราน ลูกอาจจะเคลื่อนตัวต่ำลงมาเรื่อย ๆ🚼 และสร้างแรงกดต่อกระเพาะปัสสาวะและปากมดลูกของคุณแม่ ทำให้คุณแม่มีอาการเจ็บปวดเกิดขึ้นบริเวณช่วงล่าง- ริดสีดวงทวาร แรงกดที่บริเวณอุ้งเชิงกรานนั้นทำให้เส้นเลือดแถว ๆ ทวารหนักบวมจนเกิดเป็นริดสีดวง ไม่ดีเท่าไรใช่ไหมคะ😩 และยังอาจจะแย่ลงอีกเมื่อคุณแม่ต้องเบ่งคลอด แต่ในที่สุดอาการบวมนั้นก็จะหายไปค่ะ- อาการหลับยาก😴 มาจากฮอร์โมนและความกังวลของคุณแม่นั่นเอง ทั้ง 2 อย่างทำให้คุณแม่นอนยากสุด ๆ และหลังจากลูกคลอดแล้วก็จะยังไม่ค่อยได้นอนเท่าไรดังนั้นถือว่าเป็นการฝึกฝนนะคะ แต่ถ้าเป็นไปได้ก็ให้หาเวลาพักผ่อนให้มากที่สุดเพื่อเตรียมคลอดค่ะ- ปัสสาวะบ่อย🚽 ตอนนี้ลูกอยู่ตรงกระเพาะปัสสาวะของคุณแม่พอดีเลยค่ะ อาจทำให้เข้าห้องน้ำบ่อยขึ้นนะคะ- มดลูกบีบตัว การบีบตัวในช่องท้องจะเกิดบ่อยขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ และชัดเจนมากขึ้นทุกทีขณะที่ลูกตื่นตัวเตรียมคลอด🤰<hr>การอัลตร้าซาวน์ในช่วงตั้งครรภ์ 41 สัปดาห์👉ทารกจะอุดมสมบูรณ์ มีผมและเล็บที่ยาวขณะที่รอให้ลูกออกมา ลูกอาจจะอวบอ้วนขึ้นอีกเล็กน้อย ผมและเล็บของลูกยาวขึ้นอีก ไม่น่าแปลกใจเลยค่ะที่เด็กบางคนคลอดออกมาโดยที่มีผมและเล็บยาวมากจนพาไปเข้าซาลอนได้เลย!💇🏻‍♀️ คุณหมออาจจะตรวจ NST (Non-stress test) และอัลตร้าซาวน์นะคะ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าลูกสบายดีทุกอย่าง ซึ่งผลการตรวจจะช่วยให้ตัดสินใจได้ว่าควรจะเร่งคลอดหรือไม่&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;ในสัปดาห์ที่ 41คุณแม่เริ่มจะอยากเห็นเจ้าตัวน้อยเต็มทีแล้ว คุณแม่สามารถลองวิธีเร่งคลอดแบบธรรมชาติได้นะคะ ตราบใดก็ตามที่ไม่ก่อให้เกิดอันตราย เช่น การกินของเผ็ด🌶️ ๆ เดินหนัก ๆ 🚶‍♀️หรือแม้กระทั่งมีเพศสัมพันธ์ และอาจจะลองฝังเข็มดูก็ได้ แต่ก็อย่าลืมปรึกษาคุณหมอก่อนนะคะ

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;ในช่วงเวลาก่อนคลอด คุณแม่จะสังเกตได้ถึงอาการต่าง ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นกับร่างกาย ที่คุณแม่ไม่เคยรู้สึกมาก่อนตลอดการตั้งครรภ์ โดยหนึ่งในอาการใกล้คลอดที่สำคัญ ก็คือการมีมูกเลือดก่อนคลอด🩸 และมูกเลือดแบบไหนที่เป็นสัญญาณเตือนว่าใกล้คลอด เรามาหาคำตอบไปพร้อมๆกันเลยค่ะ💁‍♀️<hr>การมีมูกเลือดออกทางช่องคลอดระหว่างตั้งครรภ์ เป็นสัญญาณบ่งบอกถึงอะไร?เป็นสัญญาณทางสุขภาพของการตั้งครรภ์ของคุณแม่ ซึ่งมีดังต่อไปนี้👉เกิดจากการฝังตัวอ่อนในมดลูก&nbsp;มูกเลือดนอกจากจะพบในช่วงใกล้คลอด ก็ยังสามารถพบได้ในช่วงแรกของการตั้งครรภ์ค่ะ ซึ่งเกิดจากการที่ตัวอ่อนไปฝังตัวในมดลูก ทำให้มีเลือดไหลปนออกมามูก แต่ก็เพียงเล็กน้อยเท่านั้น และไม่ถือว่าเป็นสัญญาณอันตราย🙅‍♀️&nbsp;👉เกิดจากการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ในขณะตั้งครรภ์&nbsp;ในช่วงใกล้คลอดลักษณะของปากมดลูกจะเกิดความเปลี่ยนแปลง คือปากมดลูกจะบางขึ้น ขยายกว้างขึ้น การมีเพศสัมพันธ์ในช่วงนี้อาจไปกระตุ้นให้มูกเลือดไหลออกมาได้🩸 โดยเฉพาะถ้ามีเพศสัมพันธ์ในลักษณะที่รุนแรง&nbsp;👉เกิดจากการอักเสบเกี่ยวกับมดลูก&nbsp;ก็อาจเป็นสาเหตุหนึ่งที่ทำให้มีเลือดไหลทางช่องคลอดในขณะตั้งครรภ์ได้ค่ะ จึงเป็นเหตุผลว่าทำไมคุณผู้หญิงถึงควรไปตรวจสุขภาพภายในบ่อย ๆ เพื่อจะได้ตรวจสอบเสมอว่าขณะนี้มีอาการผิดปกติใด ๆ ต่อสุขภาพภายในหรือไม่✅&nbsp;👉เป็นสัญญาณของการคลอดก่อนกำหนด&nbsp;คุณแม่หลาย ๆ คนอาจมีภาวะคลอดก่อนกำหนด ซึ่งก็จะสามารถสังเกตเห็นมูกเลือดไหลออกมาพร้อม ๆ กับอาการปวดท้อง และมีอาการเหล่านี้ก่อนจะถึงสัปดาห์ที่ 37🤰 &nbsp;👉คุณแม่มีภาวะน้ำเดิน&nbsp;ช่วงใกล้คลอดอาจมีภาวะน้ำเดินเกิดขึ้น💦 ซึ่งนอกจากของเหลวใส ๆ ที่จะไหลออกมาแล้ว ก็ยังมีมูกเลือดไหลรวมออกมาด้วย&nbsp;👉เกิดจากปากมดลูกเปิด&nbsp;อาการนี้มักอาจมาพร้อม ๆ กับอาการน้ำเดิน เวลาที่ปากมดลูกเปิดและใกล้คลอด จะมีมูกเลือดไหลออกมาด้วย&nbsp;👉การเซาะแยกถุงน้ำคร่ำ&nbsp;เรียกอีกชื่อหนึ่งว่า การกวาดปากมดลูก (Membrane sweeping) ในกรณีที่ครบกำหนดคลอดแล้ว แต่ปากมดลูกคุณแม่ยังไม่ยอมเปิด แพทย์👨‍⚕️อาจทำการเร่งคลอด และเร่งให้ปากมดลูกเปิด ด้วยการกวาดปากมดลูก เพื่อคลายปากมดลูก อาจทำให้มูกเลือดไหลออกมาหลังจากการกวาดปากมดลูกได้ค่ะ&nbsp;👉เกิดจากการบาดเจ็บ&nbsp;การบาดเจ็บจากการกระแทก หรือการประสบอับัติเหตุ ก็สามารถทำให้มูกเลือดไหลออกมาจากช่องคลอดได้ค่ะ ปกติแล้วอาการมูกเลือดไหลนั้นไม่ใช่สัญญาณอันตราย แต่กรณีเช่นนี้อาจจะต้องรีบไปพบแพทย์ เพราะแม้ว่าอาการมูกเลือดไหลจะไม่ได้อันตราย แต่การกระทบกระเทือนจากอุบัติเหตุในระหว่างตั้งครรภ์ อาจเกิดอันตรายต่อแม่และเด็กได้ค่ะ🚼&nbsp;<hr>ทำความรู้จักกับมูกเลือดก่อนคลอด✨ทำความเข้าใจมูกเลือดก่อนคลอดได้ง่ายๆ ดังนี้&nbsp;ก่อนที่จะคลอด ปากมดลูกจะต้องมีการขยาย🔎 หรือเรียกว่าปากมดลูกเปิด เพื่อให้ทารกสามารถที่จะเคลื่อนตัวผ่านออกมาได้ ซึ่งเมื่อปากมดลูกเปิดออกแล้ว บริเวณปากมดลูกที่มีทั้งเลือด เนื้อเยื่อต่าง ๆ และมูกต่าง ๆ ดังนั้น เมื่อปากมดลูกเริ่มเปิดออก มูกและเลือดเหล่านี้ก็จะไหลรวมกันออกมา เรียกว่า “มูกเลือดก่อนคลอด” ซึ่งมูกเลือดก่อนคลอดนั้น จะมีมูกและเลือดไหลผสมกันออกมา และจะเกิดขึ้นในช่วงใกล้คลอดเท่านั้น&nbsp;<hr>สีของมูกเลือดเป็นแบบไหน และแต่ละสีแตกต่างกันอย่างไรบ้าง?สีของมูกเลือดก่อนคลอดขึ้นอยู่กับแต่ละบุคคล มูกเลือดของคุณแม่อาจจะเป็นสีแดง🩸 สีน้ำตาลหรือสีชมพูก็ได้ และปริมาณของมูกที่ไหลรวมออกมานั้นก็จะมากหรือน้อยไม่เท่ากันค่ะ โดยมูกจะมีลักษณะเป็นวุ้น ๆ หรือคล้ายกับเสมหะที่มีเลือดปน และคุณแม่บางคนอาจจะมีมูกเลือดไหลออกมาหมดเลยทีเดียว คุณแม่บางคนอาจจะมีมูกเลือดไหลออกมาทีละเล็กทีละน้อยค่ะ&nbsp;โดยสีมูกเลือดใกล้คลอด อาจจะมีสีต่าง ๆ ดังนี้&nbsp;🩶มูกสีขาวขุ่นคุณแม่บางรายอาจจะมีมูกลักษณะสีขาวขุ่น ๆ ก็ไม่ต้องตกใจนะคะ มูกเลือดสีขุ่น ๆ ไม่ถือว่าผิดปกติแต่อย่างใดค่ะ&nbsp;🤍มูกสีใสคุณแม่บางรายอาจจะมีมูกเลือดใส และไม่ขุ่น อาจจะสับสนกับตกขาวได้ แต่ตกขาวจะไม่มีเลือดปนออกมาเหมือนมูกเลือดก่อนคลอดค่ะ&nbsp;🤎มูกเลือดสีน้ำตาล&nbsp;มูกเลือดสีน้ำตาลนี้ คุณแม่อาจจะกังวลว่าเป็นสัญญาณอันตรายหรือเปล่า แต่จริง ๆ แล้วมูกเลือดสีน้ำตาลก็ถือว่าปกติค่ะ&nbsp;🩷มูกเลือดสีชมพูมูกเลือดสีชมพู เป็นอีกหนึ่งสีที่อาจพบได้ในคุณแม่ตั้งครรภ์ และไม่ถือว่าเป็นมูกเลือดที่ผิดปกติแต่อย่างใดค่ะ&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;สรุปได้ว่ามูกเลือดทางช่องคลอดนั้น ไม่ถือว่าเป็นอาการผิดปกติแต่อย่างใดค่ะ ระยะเวลาในการมีมูกเลือดก่อนคลอดของแต่ละคนนั้นไม่เท่ากันค่ะ บางคนมีมูกเลือดไหลออกวันนั้น แล้วก็คลอดวันนั้นเลย แต่บางคนอาจต้องใช้เวลา 1-2 🕐 วันหลังจากมีมูกเลือดทางช่องคลอด แล้วจึงเริ่มมีอาการเจ็บท้องใกล้คลอด แต่ถ้าคุณแม่รู้สึกว่ามีมูกเลือดหรือมีเลือดออกทางช่องคลอดก่อนสัปดาห์ที่ 37 อาจจะต้องรีบไปพบแพทย์ค่ะ เพราะอาจเป็นไปได้ว่ามีแนวโน้มที่จะเกิดการคลอดก่อนกำหนดได้นั่นเอง

It can also be transferred by contact with infected people or animals like cats or dogs. Luckily the infection is mild, but the rash could be itchy and uncomfortable. Using antifungal cream will soothe the infected area🧴.&nbsp;✔️ImpetigoImpetigo is a bacterial skin infection. It makes red rashes and brown, crusty oozy sores😵. Often these marks start to form around the mouth and nose and spread to other vulnerable parts such as the diaper area.
