I run everytime when I get stressed. Actually it kinda works because walking makes your thoughts get organized.
Any good tips with parenting stress?
I have two children and evervdav is so stressful. Elder one doesn't listen to us and screams a lot. We can't even go out because of him. And the second one always crying. I don't want to be harsh to my children but I can't resist my anger. How do you release parenting stress and anger?
