Parents who work while taking care of their child are incredible.. I'm working and after my work I'm super exhausted.. I don't have energy left to take care of my child nor my partner. Should I get a sitter?

Get a sitter. The price may differ to your country tho
Exhausted-> emotionally sensitive -> stress to both parents and baby I think it's better to get a sitter.
