Babies with hypertonia move in different ways because their range of motion is limited. Walking, balancing, grabbing, and letting go of objects could be difficult for them.There are two types of hypertonia, which are Spastic and Dystonic. Spastic hypertonia is when muscle spasms when a baby moves. On the other hand, when a baby is with Dystonic hypertonia, their muscle tone stays the same whether the baby is moving or still. In order to figure out which hypertonia the baby has, doctors will move a baby&rsquo;s muscles in different directions at various speeds🚶.<hr>Why does it happen? If his/her brain is injured or has a tumor, could cause hypertonia as well.A baby with hypertonia generally shows trouble moving her joints in the arms, legs or neck. 이래저래 마음이 너무 힘들어서....
말할 곳이 없어 주절주절 해봅니다.....
띠동갑으로 만나 늦게 결혼해서 시험관아기로 이쁜 아기를 만났습니다..
아기가 생기지 않아 서로 노력하는와중에 남편에 금연도 있었고.. 금연한지도 벌써 1년 반이란 시간이 지나가고 있었습니다.... 저는 그렇게 믿었습니다..
 솔직히 띠동갑에 이런저런 송사에 갑작스런 이사에 마음 편하지 않은 일들이 천지였지만.... 일이 바쁘고 스트레스가 심하니.. 육아는 뭐 도와주지는 않아도.. 나와 아이를 위해 건전한 취미를 만들며 금연해가는 모습이 고맙고 위로가 됐습니다....

 그런데 어제.. 회사전체 회식이 있었고....
가기 싫다며 궁시렁 거리면서 일찍올꺼라 하고 나갔습니다.... 4시간이 지나도 문자하나 없길래.. 재밌게 회식하고 있냐.. 술 적당히 마시고 조심히 오라고 했습니다.. 나가기 전에 11시전엔 들어온다했지만 결국 12시가 다되서 들어왔고.... 온갖 냄새와 함께 들어오자마자 드러누워 신발을 벗더군요... 뭐.. 이직 후 첫 회식이고., 기분좋게 마셨으면 됐지 하고 넘어가려는데.... 담배냄새가 진동을 하더라고요.... 그래서 물었습니다. 담배폈냐고.... 안폈다더군요.. 주변에 담배피는 사람들이 너무많아서 자기가 모라고 했다고 하면서 ..,,... 믿고 싶었습니다.. 정말 믿고 싶었는데.... 손을 맡아보니 단번에 알겠더라고요..... 핀거를요..
 누군가는 담배 끊는게 얼마나 힘든데 그 한번핀걸 가지고 라고 말할수도 있을꺼 같습니다.... 남편도 그렇게 생각할수도 있을꺼 같고요....
 근데.... 금연한다는 명목으로 취미생활한다며 들인돈이 500은 넘을꺼고.. 저는 생활비 받아 살면서 아껴서 이것저것 응원한답시고 사줬습니다..
 아기가 이제 161일이에요.. 끝까지 우기며 안폈다 해서 니코틴검사지 주문까지 했고, 말했더니 말하더군요.. 잘못했다고 웃으면서....  아마 들어와서 바로 인정하고, 사과하고, 상황설명이라도 했으면 이렇게 화나고, 상실감이 크지는 않았을꺼 같아요.... 여태 좋게 넘어가고 웃으며 넘어가서 만만해 보였던걸까요.... 
 흡연사건 하나에 이렇게 마음이 흔들기고.. 괴롭고... 힘든 상황도 슬프고.... 앞으로는 뭘한다해도 의심하고,. 믿기 힘들꺼 같은 상황이 너무 싫습니다.. 제가 산후우울증인건지... 마음이 왜이렇게 힘든건지.... 제가 너무 예민한걸까요????ㅠ 
내가 너무 믿었나보다..마음이 너무 힘들다했더니 멋쩍은 이모티콘 하나 보내더니 여태 말도 연락도 없네요....

남편이 담배피시는 분들은 괜찮으신가요??
담배를 제가 너무 싫어하는것도 있지만.... 믿음이 깨져버리고, 들켰을때 발뺌하며 나를 이상한취급했던게 제일 좀 힘든것도 있겠죠....

남편이 담배 피우시는분 있으세요??

담배를 끊겠다고 약속하고 거짓말너무많이해서 이젠 포기했어요.임신때부터 얘기했고 이젠 피워라고해요. 첫째 담배 둘째 게임 많이 싸웠죠. 게임도 안한다더니 하고있고 애 100일전 신생아때부터 게임하고 집에서 못하게하는 pc방보내달라해 가라했더니약속시간내 안들어와요 그래서 또 싸우고 ㅋㅋㅋ 이젠 집에서 좀하지만 pc방 보내지않아요.담배는 피워라고했고 다만 애기있는 주말에는 좀 줄여가면서 피워라했어요. 어쩔수 없어요.ㅠㅜ 두가지만빼면 진짜 좋은데 하아... 내마음대로 되지 않으니 포기했습니다. 스트레스받으면 내 몸이 안좋아질까봐 저는 그냥 한눈감고 있어요. 

돈씀씀이하며 연락없이 늦은 만취 귀가에 거짓말에 대충 넘기기까지... 글 읽는 것만으로 숨이 턱턱 막히네요. 왜 그러실까... 백번 양보해서 담배 피는거 자체는 그렇다쳐도, 마지막 단락에서 말씀하신 것처럼 신뢰관계에 문제가 있네요. 부인은 반드시 존중받아야 하는 존재라는 걸 세게 각인시켜주세요...

저라면 몇개월간 가족들이랑 있으면서 안핀거 + 금연하겠다고 한걸로 거짓말한거 좀 봐줄 것 같아요 봐주고 앞으로도 가족들이랑 있는 주말이나 여행 등등등 앞으로 안피우는 걸로하고 술한잔 할 땐 봐줄 것 같아요 합의하에 말고 그냥 암묵적으로요
제 남사친도 결혼했는데 끊는다고 하고 결혼 했거든요 근데 평소엔 안피우고  술 잔뜩먹었을 때나 회사에서 너무 힘들 땐 가끔 피는데 와이프가 모르는 척 해주는 것 같다고 고맙다고 끊기는 해야지,,,하더군요 

아뇨 전혀 옹졸하거나 그런거 아니세요 제 친구네 집은 아이가 없어요 아기 낳아보신 분들은 아시겠지만 아기 낳기 전과 후의 결혼생활은 다르잖아요 
근데 남자들은 그걸 잘 모르잖아요 ,,, 전 그래서 이런 점 고치라고 하기보단  다독거리고 잘 살자 남편도 뒤에서 알게모르게 날 이해해주는 면이 있을꺼다 하면서 도닦으면서 살아요 화내고 이해안된다고 다그쳐봐야 제 마음만 상하고 감정소모가 너무 심하더라구요

아뇨 그리고 담배를 끊는다는 약속을 했으면 당연히 지켜야 하는 약속이잖아요  솔직히 약속을 지키지 않으면 서로 신뢰 믿음을 믿어 주는 것도 힘들어 지는 거 잖아요  아기가 있으면 담배를 끊어야 하는게 맞는 거 같아요  아빠가 담배를 피고 하면 담배 냄새가 나기도 하지만 아기가 간접흡연을  하게 되면 더 안좋으니까요  부인 말을  반드시 존중 받아야 하는걸 세게 각인 시켜주세요  진짜 아빠가 담배를 피고 하면 엄마 하고  아기가 아빠가 담배 냄새로 인해 간접흡연을 하게 되면 진짜 안좋은 거예요 그래도 남편분이랑 이야기를 잘 해보세요 저희 남편의 저랑 만나면서 담배를 피다가 어느 순간 담배 구매하는 돈이 아깝다고 끊었어요 그게 벌써 거의 2년 하고 5 개월 되어가네요  지금은 아예 담배 생각이 안난다고 하네요 그리고 게임은 아예 하지를 않아요

저도 뭐 임신했을때부터 끊었다고 했는데 담배피우는거 본 적도 몇 번 있고 주머니에서도 발견했어요 종종 냄새났는데 아니라기에 넘어갔더니 자꾸 걸려요 이젠 안 믿지만 그래도 줄이기는 했겠지.. 하고 넘어가요 짜증나긴하지만.. 한두번도 아니고 계속 싸우고 싶지도 않고

저희 아빠봐도...담배 평생 피셔서 병원에 입원해도 입원기간에만 안필뿐 술도 입원기간에만 안마실뿐 퇴원하면 바로 다 하십니다... 담배는 처음부터 손도 안대는게 답인거같아요ㅠ 남편분 너무 신뢰감없이 행동하셨지만.. 이혼같은거 생각하시는거 아니면 그냥 포기하시는게 나을거같아요. 다만 집안에서 맘대로 피는걸 허용하는게 아닌 회식때나 힘들때 피우는거는 묵인하되 평소나 집안에서는 철저히 못피도록 하셔요! (여태 금연하셨던게 있으니 집안에서 금연 하는거 정도는 하겠죠) 
요즘 밖에 다녀도 길거리에서 담배피는 분들 있어서 간접흡연 완벽히 피하긴 어려워요 ㅠㅠ
그래서 저는 담배 안피우는 사람 만났어요.... 

저도 담배 끊기 어려운거 알고 있어여ㅜㅜ 아기를 위해서 끊었으면 한다. 하시구요... 이번 일로 많이 조심하시겠죠.. ㅠㅠ 서로의 약속이었는데, 약속도 어기고,, 돈도 돈대로 취미생활 하라고 봐줬는데, 그러셨다니 허탈하고 속상할거 같아요. 남편분에게 지금의 속상한 상황이랑 이런거 말씀하시구, 맘님두 즐거운 취미생활 하나 하겟다구.. ㅎㅎ 쪼금.. 용돈을🥰❤️🥰 어떤가요..? 

저희 남편요   임신했을때 출산하면 안핀다더니   그거 순뻥이에요 ㅋ  절대  못 끊는다고했더니  끊을꺼라더니  애가 5개월 6갤 다되어가는데  ㅋㅋ 여전해요  담배값 올라도  필듯해요 한값에7~8천원인가 만원    전 포기했어요 ㅡㅡ

 생각만해도 감정몰입되서 스트레스만빵이네요. 저는 절대 이해못합니다. 전 흡연자였다가 아주오래전에 끊었어요. 그래서 알아요. 끊기 힘든데 의지력 +습관 문제라고 생각해요. 약속안지킨거는 그냥 만만해서 그래요. 용서?해줄 것 같으니까?. 당신이 뭘 어쩌겠어? 제 생각입니다. 저라면 아기랑 제 건강위해서 포기안하고 남남될생각으로 그냥 대판싸워요 

저는 그럼 생명보험 두세개 들거라고 할거같네요 그럼 정신이 들지않을까요..본인건강 본인이 챙겨야죠 토끼같은 자식도 있는데 병이라도 생기면(퉤퉤퉤) 글쓴이님만 죽어나가는거잖아요ㅠㅠㅠ

약속을 했으면 지켜야지요. 저희 남편도 담배 폈었는데 제가 담배 싫대서 저랑 연애하려고 끊고 지금까지 쭉 안피고 있어요. 의지 문제라고 생각해요. 저는 정말정말 단호하게 할거 같아요. 

보통 이시기에 이정도 먹나요?
80~100먹는데 더먹질않고 꼭 남기네요ㅠ

낮잠도 하루 2~3번자는데 길게는2시간 짧게는 1시간 내외예요
밤에는 통잠 안자고 2~ 3번정도 깨서 분유먹여요

60일 아기 100ml 3시간 수유텀인데요 ㅠ도와주세요

저희아가는 140-160을 4,5시간 간격으로 먹어요. 밤에는 5,6시간 자고 있어요. 밤중수유 1번하구요. 저녁 분유 먹음 바로 잠들어서 따로 재우지는 안아요~

적게 먹는 편이긴한데 잘 크면 괜찮아요 ㅎㅎ 아가들마다 자기들이 먹는 양이 있어요! 저희애 63일인데 6키로에용

낮잠도 잘자네욤 ! 저희애도 3시간텀인데 1시간 놀고 2시간 자고 먹어요
새벽에도 2번정도 칭얼거려서 분유주고 있어용. 첫째는 120일에 10시간 통잠잤어요!

수면교육 꼭 안해도돼요. 6갤 전으로만 수면교육 하면 됩니당.
저희 첫째는 수면교육으로 무조건 7시에 소등하고 목욕시키고 막수줬어용. 대신 스스로 잠드는건 안했어요! 재우고 분리수면하고 홈캠설치했어요. 

꼭 안아야자면 좀 힘드시겠어요 ㅠ 쪽쪽이 안하나요? 저희애는 쪽쪽이 물리면 누워서 잠들더라구요. 애들마다 기질이 다르기때문에 여러가지 시도를 해봐야될거에요.

61일 남아입니다.2- 3시간수유 90미리씩 먹어요.. 밤에도 2-3번 수유하고.. 몸무게6.2넘었어요.. 남들은 120-150먹는데.. 저희애만 너무 자주 너무 조금먹어서 걱정했는데.. 잘크고 총수유량 800넘게 먹어서 힘들어도 참고 있어요. 애바애니까 애기가 하는대로 따라가주고있어요..

아기마다 자기 양이 있어서 몸무게느는거 괜찮으면 양은 차이날 수 있다고 했어요! 저희아기도 지금 62일이구 완모중인데 분유 혼합할때 135먹어도 3시간텀이구 100먹어도 3시간텀이었어요..ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
수면교육은 저는 그냥 아기한테 맡기고싶어서 따로 하진 않고있는데, 시도하면 잘 따라오는 애들은 또 잘 따라오는 것 같더라구요...? 한번 시도해보세요..! 

가온이도 그때쯤 80-100 그 정도 먹고 새벽에도 2-3회 수유했었는데 지금 160씩 하루 5회정도만 수유해요 힘드시겠지만 아기가 언젠가 스슬로 늘리는 때가 올거에요 그때까지만 아기에게 맞춰주시면서 힘내셔요..!그리고 저도 안아야만 자는 아기라 지금은 그냥 안아달라능대로 안아주고 있어요. 저는 굳이 100일도 안된 아기 울려가며 교육하고 싶지 않아서 안하는 중인데 이건 엄마 선택에 따라 다른거같아요 ㅎㅎ 저도 혼합하다 완분으로 넘어왔는데 정말 편하네요. 복덩맘님도 꼭 아기 수유량도 점차 늘어서 편해지시길 바래요. 힘내세요 !

75잇ㄴ 아간데 이제 한번씩 120  먹고 지난주까지도 80~100 먹었어요😂  몸무게만 잘 늘고있음 괜찮다고들 하더라구요!  밤에두 2~3번정도 깨긴하는데 모유 먹이고 새벽5시이후 깨면 분유 먹여서 재웠어요ㅎㅎ 저도 혼합중이라😂  잠도 아직 안아서 자긴하는데 허그곰 들여서 한두시간이라도 조금씩 적응하는 시간 갖구 있어요!  제  품, 팔베개아님 바로 깨어났는데 허그곰은 조금 먹히는 것 같아요ㅎㅎ

통잠 기준이 60일이면 4~6시간 사이라 새벽에 두번 정도 깨서 먹는건 당연한것 같아요! 복덩맘님 아기는 1회 먹는 양이 적다보니ㅠ 그정도 깰 수밖에 없는 것 같구요! 
양을 아주 조금씩 천천히 늘려보심 잠 시간도 길어지고 좋을 것 같아용!

몸무게 잘 늘고있어서 괜찮아요 뱃고리가 작은 아가들이 조금씩 자주먹어요~ ㅎㅎ 엄마가 너무 잜새주고있어요~ 통잠 자는 아가즐도있고 안자는 아가들도있어요~ 2 3번이면 양늘면서 금방 없어질거같아요~ 인직은 혼합수유 하시는거랑 완분 넘어오시고 좀지나면 통잠 잘거밭아요~ 수면교육은 꼭 무조건 해야하는거는 아니에요 왜냐면 크면서 아가들 알아서자요ㅎㅎ 엄마가 편하고 아기가 편한게 좋은거죠~~ㅎㅎ 다른아기가 기준이아닌 엄마랑 아가랑 맞춰가는거니까요ㅎㅎ

팔운동이야 문제 없을것 같긴한데.. 저라면 그냥 당분간 최대한 눕눕하고 푹 쉴것 같아요 ㅜㅜ

저희 남편은 몸으로 격하게 놀아주는데 아빠랑 할 때는 꺄르르꺄르르 웃고 같은 방식으로 놀아줘도 웃지를 않아요...
저랑은 책이나 낙서하는 놀이만 하려고 하고요.
근데 이런 놀이를 하면 아이 표정이 집중은 하고있지만 재미가 없어보여서 미안하기도 하고 육아 자신감이 뚝 떨어졌어요ㅠ ㅠ

저는 말이 많은 편은 아닌데, 애랑 하루종일 둘이 있으면 혼잣말하듯 중얼중얼하긴 해요 ㅎㅎ 혼자 장난감 갖고 놀고 있으면 편하기도 하지만 짠하기도 해서 집안일하다가 다가가서 말 걸고 같이 놀긴 하는데..제가 잘 못 놀아주는 것 같아요. 책을 읽어줘도 금세 다른책에 눈돌려서 읽어주는 재미도 없어유ㅠㅠ 집에 다른 가족들이나 새로운 사람이 오면 좋아하는 아이라, 외할머니 많이 불러유ㅜ

아빠가 아기 잘때나가서 잘때들어오기 때문에 잘 못보는데도 아빠책이나 아빠사진 가르키면서 좋아하고 아빠만나는 날엔 짧게 몸으로 놀아주는데 확실히 자극방법이 달라 그런지 아빠있는날은 아빠한테 더 많이가요(참고로 아들) 엄마랑 아빠랑 놀이법이 다르기때문에 뇌에 자극되는게 다르고 성별이나 아기 성향에 따라 다를 수 있다고 하더라구요!
아기가 커갈수록 미디어 노출없이 장난감 촤대한 늘이지않고 자극놀이 다르게 해주는게 스트레스인데 실생활에서 물흐르듯이 자연체험 세탁기 정수기 휴지 수도꼭지 등등 놀아줄게 많더라구요!!!

저도 말이 많은 편이 아니라서 걱정을 했었는데, 육아 관련 서적을 보니 어려운 것이 아니라 단순히 하는 행동 또는 상황을 설명하면 되는 거더라구요. 아직 아기가 말을 못하니 당연히 대화가 아닌 혼자말일 수밖에 없지만,  예를 들어, 손 씻으러 가자, 세수해요, 치카치카해요, 분유 타서 먹자, 이유식 먹자, 신나는 음악 듣자, 기저귀를 갈자, 밖에 산책갈까 등등 별거 없으니 너무 스트레스 받지 마세요. 너무 잘 하고 계신 겁니다. 같이 화이팅!

생각보다 댓글이 너무많이달려서 한분한분 대댓을 못달아서 정말 죄송합니다! 결론적으로는 병원얘기하시는분들의 말씀에 내가 너무 안일했구나싶어 오후에 바로 병원갔고, 오큐라신 연고 하루에 두번씩 바른뒤 집에있는 보습제 얇게 덧발라주라고 처방받았어요. 안연고로 분류되어있긴한데 열성홍반에도 사용가능하고, 애기 태열이 눈가에 많이번져있어 이걸 사용하는게 나을거같다고 의사선생님이 말씀하시더라구요. 그리고 하루 지났는데 확연히는 아니지만 전체적으로 조금 가라앉은 상태라 진작에 병원갈걸그랬다 뼈저리게 후회했어요 조금 심한편이라 얼굴에 착색이 남을수있다 하더라구요ㅠㅠ 정성어린댓글들 한분한분 너무너무 감사합니다. 정말 큰 도움이 되었어요. 올린 애기사진이 너무 크고 상태가 나빠 댓글보러 들어올때마다 너무 맴찢이라ㅠㅠ 부득이하게 지웁니다ㅠㅠ 다시한번 다들 감사합니다❣️

지난 주말에 조리원나오고 뭣모르고 이틀간 배냇이랑 겉싸개까지 다 하고 온도 25도로 하고있었어요. 아마 이것때문인거같아요.. 집도덥고 애기가 울면서 땀도 엄청 흘렸거든요ㅜ

월요일밤부터 붉은끼가 올라오길래 담날 24도로 집온도 낮추고, 반팔매쉬바디수트랑 스와들로 갈아입혔는데 붉은끼가 더 심해짐 -> 담날 온도 23도 / 수딩젤+비판텐발라줬는데 좁쌀같은게 올라오기 시작-> 담날 온도22도 / 수딩젤+란시노 발라줬는데 오늘 아침에보니 얼굴전체가 뒤집어져서 애기붙잡고 엉엉 울었어요.. 

그냥 병원가야겠다했는데ㅜ도우미이모님은 어차피 태열은병원가도 연고처방이 끝이라고 약국에서 연고구매되는거 사서 바르자고하시네요 똑닥 대기도 60명뜨고 갓태어난애기 병원데려갔다가 오히려 병얻겠다싶어 가기도좀무섭기도하구요ㅠㅠ

조금 심한 편인 거 같아요.. ㅠ 속상하시겠어요. 방온도는 21도도 괜찮아요. 새로운 게 안 올라오는 온도로 낮춰주세요. 어른은 추워서 옷껴입는게 국룰이에용.. ㅋ 수딩젤 반복해서 발라주시는 것 추천요. 그래도 한번에 안 없어져요 ㅠ 심하면 병원 연고 처방 받으시는 게 맞으니 1개월 접종 때 가서 처방받으셔요

비판텐은 회복용 크림이라 태열에는 안맞아요. 거즈손수건으로 세안을 해주고 수딩젤로 온도가 낮아지면 보습해 주세요! 보습용 크림이나 로션 발라주시고 심한부위는 1% 스테로이드 들어간 처방로션 (예:락티케어) 발라주세요. 수딩젤은 날아가서 건조해지니 더 심해져요. 수딩젤 발라주고 마르면 쁘리마쥬 세럼+고보습크림 발라줘요. 지금 시기가 심해질때라 잘 잡아주면 나아질거에요

아가정도는 아니지만 친정엄마오셔서 꽁꽁 싸맨 다음달부터 태열이 올라왔어요. 아는지인한테 약모밀앰플 추천받아서 아침저녁으로 세안 후 거즈솜에 묻혀서 엄마들 스킨으로 닦듯이 발라주고 아토팜수딩젤 듬뿍 발라줬어요. 좀 심한곳은 거즈솜에 듬뿍 적셔서 팩하듯 올려줬어요. 집 온도, 습도, 아기 옷차림이 제일 중요한듯해요. 온도는 엄빠가 느끼기에 추울정도로 하고 습도 확인해서 가습기도 틀어주세요. 그러면 점차 나아질거에요. 태열 변화되는 사진 궁금하시면 댓글 드릴게용

저희 아기도 이틀전까지만해도 이렇게 심했어요. 오늘부로 태어난지 25일차됐네요.
저희는 22도로 지금 생활 중이고 속싸개도 천기저귀로 해주고 목욕물도 미지근하게 해주고 있어요. 
몽디에스 수딩젤 발라서 하루 발라주고 지금은 제로이드 크림 쿠팡으로 시켜서 발라주고 있어요. 시원한게 답이 었는지는 모르겟지만 진짜 많이 좋아졌어요.ㅠㅠ 집에오자마자 이런이벤트가 생길 줄이야 ㅠㅠ 
약국에가서 아기 얼굴 보여주니까 비판텐은 추천안하더라고요.

댓글이 다 조금씩 말이 다르고 제품추천도 많고 댓글보시면 또 혼란스러울 것 같기도 하네요. 

일단 절대 엄마탓 아니니까 자책하지마시구요. 회복까지 한달이상 길게 보셔야하고, 하루 이틀만에 제품 바꾸고 이것저것 바르지 마세요. 아기는 유수분벨런스가 맞지않아서 꾸준히 맞춰줘야하는데 자꾸 제품바꾸면 피부를 뒤집는거라서 더 악화될 수 있어요. 어떤제품이든 적절하게 꾸준히 잘 사용하면 유수분벨런스가 잡혀서 자연스럽게 피부가 호전되는거라서 제품을 뭘 사야하나 고민하는건 잠시 접어두셨으면 좋겠네요. 

일단 온도는 준비하신 아기 옷과 피부상태에 맞춰서 온도를 조절해주시면 되는데 선풍기나 에어컨 바람을 아기에게 바로 가지않게 돌리고 부분스와들, 팔다리 노출되어있는 슈트가 있으시면 21~23도도 큰 문제 없을텐데 사진보니 전신스와들이고, 작성글 보니 옷이 두께감이 있어서 20도 정도 맞추셔도 될듯 싶네요. 아기마다 맞는 온도가 달라서 여기저기 피부열감이나 색깔보고 온도 맞추셔야해요. 습도는 여름이라 너무 건조하지만 않으면 됩니다. 

아침저녁으로 가볍게 세안해주시고, 손수건 사용도 괜찮아요. 때타올처럼 빡빡 닦을거 아니니깐요. 수딩젤은 바르셔도 되는데 보습제도 같이 써줘야하구요. 횟수는 피부 봐가면서 발라줘야하는데 평균 하루 3~4회정도 얇게 발라주면 됩니다. 그리구 눈가주변도 피부가 올라와있으니 스테로이드 연고보다는 로션을 바르시는게 좋을 것 같구요. 단계가 낮은건 약국이든 병원이든 약이 같고 비용이 차이가 나니까 봐가면서 구매하시구요. 상태가 조금 심한편이라서 추후 아기 촬영계획있으시면 소아과 진료보고 로션처방받을때 스테로이드 단계를 올리거나 무스테로이드 처방 보습로션을 같이 처방받아서 쓰세요. 

그리고 비판텐은 재생과 회복에 효과가 있어서 기저귀 발진이나 약한 피부질환에 효과가있고, 라놀린크림은 기름성분이 많으니 제발 그 누구든지 태열에 바르지 말아주세요. 스테로이드는 대부분 많이 걱정하시는데 신생아시기 피부염 치료가 잘 안되면 만성화되거나 아토피로 갈 수 있고, 자꾸 발진이 올라오게되면 이유식 시기에 알러지랑 구별하기 어려워지니 필요하다면 스테로이드 사용하는게 맞아요. 

이 정도면 스테로이드 처방 받아야 해요. 빨리 잡아야 만성으로 안 가요. 얼른 병원 가세요. 화장품으로 잡을 수 있는 수준을 벗어났으니 꼭 소아과 가셔요. 솔직히 화장품은 병을 낫게 하는 게 아니라 브랜드 뭐 써서 나았다 이런 거 믿으시면 안 돼요. (식약처 정의에 따르면 화장품은 인체에 미미한 효과를 주는 제품이에요. 그저 보습 성분이 들어있을 뿐...) 라놀린 같은 기름 성분은 이런 피부 염증에 더더욱 제발 바르지 마시구요 ㅠㅠ 약국 연고는 일반의약품이니 병원 가서 전문의약품을 처방 받으세요.

저도 애기 태열올라서 11월인데 창문열고 낮에는 에어컨키고 집온도 21도로 맞추고 살았어요! 순앤 연고 처방받아서 국소부위 얇게 태열없는 부위는 알로에겔 발라줬구요 근처 소아과 대기 너무 길면 피부과라도 가보세요! 저는 그냥 애들쳐업고 근처 피부과 달려갔고 대기거의없이 바로 진료봤어요!

저는 수딩젤이나 뭐 로션등등 발라줘도 아무소용 없었어요...
윗분 말씀처럼 병원 가시는게 좋을듯 싶어요..

모든 것은 아이마다 다를 수 있으니 누가 이래서 나았다 저래서 나았다 보다 우리 아이에게 맞는 게 젤 중요해요. 

저는 4월 초에 조리원에서 집에 와서 긴팔 배넷저고리는 입혔으나 낮에는 뱀부 기저귀 천으로, 밤에는 뱀부 스와들업이나 기저귀천으로 싸주었어요.
그리고 낮에 엄마랑 놀거나 할 때는 싸개 풀러 줬어요. 덥기도 하고 답답할 거 같아서요. 그러다 졸리기 시작하면 재빠르게 자연스럽게 싸게 해 줘서 재우구요. 

저는 태열 오르기 전부터 아침 저녁으로 쁘리마쥬 세럼 고보습 크림 발랐구요. 태열 올라 왔을 때는 하루 4, 5번 이상 발라 주었어요. 

지금은 아토앤오투 수딩젤이랑 쁘리마쥬 고보습 로션 4번 정도 발라주구요.

태열이나 땀띠는 
세럼이나 젤로 시원하게 열감 내려준 후 보습! 이 젤 중요하다고 알고 있어요. 빨리 낫지 않아도 꾸준히 사용해야 낫더라구요.

아기 때문에 21도로 해 주되, 엄마는 꼭 긴팔 긴바지 수면양말도 신으세요. 2달까지는 중요한 거 같아요~ 

저희 애기도 그 쯤 태열 엄청 심했는데
태열은 무조건 보습이 답입니다. 시간마다 보습로션 계속 발라주시고 (오일 크림x) 시원하게 해두시면 좋아질거예요. 태열은 꾸준히 관리해야돼요. 저희 애기 100일 넘었는데 지금도 좀 덥거니 건조하면 조금씩 올라오다가 보습 잘 해주면 내려가고 반복이네요ㅎㅎ 부디 얼른 나아지길 바라요🙏🏻

저라면 일단 발진이 너무 심하니 소아과 진료 받아보고 스테로이드 연고라도 처방해주면 바를것같아요. 일단 급한 불을 끈다음에 보습관리를 하는게 좋을것같아요. 도우미 계시다면 병원에 동행해달라고 하시고, 소아과에서 감염되는게 불안하면 글쓴님이나 도우미 둘중 한분이 안에서 대기하고 다른 한분은 애기 안고 사람들과 떨어져서 복도 등에서 대기하면서 거리두기 하실 수도 있구요~ 

라도맥스 처방 받으셔야겠는데요 ㅠㅠ 저희 아가도 조리원에서 조리원 나오기 며칠전에 조리원에서 제일 태열 심한 아기였는데요 집 오자마자 온도 22-23도 습도 40-50 맞춰주고 아침저녁으로 거즈 손수건으로 얼굴 닦고 , 어네이브 세럼 + 쁘리마쥬 세럼 + 쁘리마쥬 크림 발라줬어요. 제품도 중요하지만 온/습도 조절이 제일 중요해요! 심한 귀뒤나 목 이런데는 라도맥스 처방받아서 발라줬어요 저도 속상한 그맘을 너무 잘 알아서 아기가 얼릉 낫길 바래요 :(

저희아기도 태열심해서 집온도 20-21도 유지하고있어요! 무조건 나시입히고 손싸개, 양말 신기고 라라스베개도 냉감소재로 된거 사용하고있어요! 마더케이 코코레브 씁니다!! 쁘리마쥬 태열키트는 썼는데 안맞아서 지금은 약모밀앰플쓰고있는데 진짜 많이 좋아져서 추천합니다

리도맥스 처방해 주셔서 사용했는데 하루만 써도 확 좋아지더라구요
스테로이드 쓰는거 겁내지 말라고 하시던데

진짜 저 믿고 따라해보세요.
제가 진짜 첫째때 지금 애기만했어요. 너무 심해서 인터넷에서 나오는거 다 따라해보고 뭐해보고 좋다는거 다 해보고 병원도가보고했지만 소용없고 지금 첫째는 언제 저랬냐 싶을정도로 피부좋아요.

진짜 기본에 충실하면 어느순간 사라져요!!

1. 서늘하게 하세요. 근데 무조건 온도 낮추고 추운거 안돼요. 애기도 추워해요. 22~24도 꾸준히 유지하세요
2. 습도 50~60 무조건 맞춰주세요
3. 수딩젤 발라라는소리많은데 오히려 수분뺐겨요 젤 중요한건 보습이예요! 보습크림발라주세요
☆☆☆☆4. 세안. 씻는게 젤 효과좋았어요 물로만 깨끗하게 세안하고 꼭 보습크림바르세요! (씻길때 수건에 물 적셔서 씻기시마세요 얼굴에 자극가니까 엄마손 먼저 깨끗하게 씻고 엄지손가락에 물 묻혀서 얼굴 부드럽게 씻어주면됩니다)

이렇게만 꾸준히해도 좋아져요 진짜루! 물론 한두번만에 좋아지지않아요 마음은 급하지만 꾸준하게 해보세요

저희 큰애는 님 아기보다 더 더 심했었어요.. 얼굴전체가 그랬고 나중엔 노란 딱지로 얼굴 뒤덮혀서 뽀얀피부를 본게 한참 후였네요.. 잠시 병원에라도 다녀 올라치면 모든 사람들이 저희 아기보고 수근대더라구요.. 그래도 병원 다녀오세요.. 의사쌤의 확실한 처방 받으세요.. 여기저기 이래라저래라..내 아기한텐 독이 될 수 있어요..

아기 좀 춥게 키워도 돼요.  
저희 아들도 열이 많아서  한겨울철에도 지금도 실내온도 18-21도   습도 5-60 유지 중이에요 
스와들업 맨몸에 입히셔도 됩니다 
기저귀만 착용한채로 스와들업 입혀도 돼요 ! 
그리고 무조건 병원가세요 
태열이 많이 심할때는 무조건 약을 써서라도 잡는게 맞아요. 약을 남용하라는게 아니라 의사가 지시한 용량을 약사가 알려준 복약지도에 맞춰서 사용하시면 돼요. 


도우미가 있는데 집 24도 해놓은게 대박이네요 ; 병원 얼른 가보세요

저희 아가도 조리원에 있을때부터 태열이 심했어요. 조리원 방이 덥다보니 모자동실할때마다 심해지더라구요ㅠㅠ 결국 연고 처방 받아서(보송크림) 급한 불부터 껐습니다. 올라온 수포랑 붉은기가 가라앉아도 그 뒤에는 피부가 뱀살처럼 거칠거칠하고 건조해요. 그래서 하루에 신생아때는 8회 이상 수유하잖아요? 그때마다 로션발라줬어요.
제가 사용한 제품은 틴더버드에요. 저도 수딩젤이랑 보습로션 같이 발라보고 여러제품 써보다가 그래도 뭔가 태열이 계속 오르락 내리락하고 피부컨디션이 완전히 돌아오지 않았은데, 틴더버드 쓰고부터는 피부가 진짜 꿀피부 되었어요. 지금은 6개월차 아기라서 턱이랑 볼에 침독이 슬슬 생기고 있는데, 똑같이 틴더버드로 관리해주고 있어요. 
저도 애기 피부때문에 신생아때부터 엄청 걱정하고 고민했던 사람이라서 글 남깁니다.

집에갔더니 더심해져서

좋다해서 바로 구매해서 수시로 발라줬어요
점차나아지더니 2주정도 지나니까 
깨끗해지더라구요 
여름아기라 당연히 
에어컨은 계속틀어놨구요 

24도 높아요 쫌 더 낮추시는게 좋고 이불 덮이지마세욤 병원에서 권장하는 사항이에요 

댓글이 많지만 꼭 보시길 바라며! 저희 아기 조리원 퇴소 시절이랑 똑같아서 남일같지 않아서요~ 사람들이 보면 병원가라고 했겠지만 저희 아기도 똑같았고 이주안에 좋아졌어요! 사진보니 이미 정점을 찍었거나 꺾인것 같아요. 저는 클라리케 수딩젤 바르고 쁘리마쥬 태열키트 발랐어요. 하루에 한두번 정도 발라주고 그담엔 목욕하고 발라줬구요. 속싸개 다 풀고 집은 20도정도로 낮췄어요. 일찍부터 병원가고싶지도 스테로이드 쓰고싶지도 않고, 안타깝지만 아기가 많이 힘들어하지 않는 편이었고 진행이 매일매일 빨리빨리 되어서 한풀 꺾이는 것 같아 조급한 맘 내려놓고 지켜봤습니다. 검색했을땐 다른 답은 없었구, 저희아이만큼 심한 사진도 별로 못봤구, 백일은 되어야 가라앉는다고 했지만, 이주만에 깨끗해졌고 지금은 꿀피부에요! 아기는 매일 자라고 있고 회복력이 매우 좋으니 좋아질꺼에요! 신생아시절 예쁜것만 보시고 많이 사랑해주세요🩷

저희 아기도 조리원에서부터 저렇게 심했어요. 전 조리원 퇴소하면서 병원 바로 들렸구요. 락티케어 (소량의 스테로이드) 바르고 금방 나았어요. 의사 선생님도 연고 안바르면 아기 너무 가렵고 힘들거라고, 적은양 바르는건 괜찮다고 해서 발랐구요. 19개월차 지금까지 아무 이상 없어요.   전 빨리 병원 가셔서 전문 연고 처방 받는게 좋을거 같다고 생각해서 지나가다 댓글 남깁니다. (참고로 조리원에서 태열 저렇게 심해서 혼자 따로 방에 에어컨 밤새 틀고 있어도 안나았고 피부염 같다고 하셨어요.)

아침에 초음파 보고왔어요~~
오늘 7주 2일 됬고 아기도 주수에 맞게 잘 크고 있고 심장박동수도 좋다고 하셨는데 다만 아기집 주변에 피고임이 있다고 하셔서 걱정되네요ㅠㅠㅠ
일도 안하고 집에서 눕눕하며 잘 쉬는데 피고임 대체 왜 안없어 지는걸까요... 
피고임 사진상 저 정도 사이즈면 괜찮은걸까요...? 아기집이랑 가까운것 같아서 너무 걱정도 되네요ㅠㅠ 시험관아기라 병원에서는 질정 넣는거 잘 넣고 산책하면서 일상생활 그냥 하라고하던데 계속 눕눕해야되는건 아닌지....ㅠㅠ

피고임 좀 봐주세요ㅠㅠ

어제 병원 갔는대 7주3일차 저두 피고임이 보인다고 하셨어요! 그때쯤 대부분 생기나봐요~ 속옷에 피비침도 없고 해서 전혀 몰랐어요~ 요 몇일 무리해서 그런거 같다 말씀 드렸더니 의사샘께서 집에서 휴식만 한다고 해서 안생기는것도 아니래요~ 질정 처방 받았는대 집이 커지면서 약간의 균열이 생기는건대 앞으로 집도 커지고 평수도 커진다고 그게 무너지진 않는다구 질정은 균열에 풀칠을 해주는 개념이니 처방해준건 꾸준히 투여하라구 하시더라구요~~~! 아픈것만 아니라면 너무 걱정 안하셔도 괜찮지 않을까용~~?

저도 그랫는데 9주차에 갈색혈이 비쳐서 병원방문햇더니 피고임 잇던게 빠져나왓다고 하더라구요!너무 걱정하지마세요 ㅎㅎㅎ

한달째 눕눕중이예요 생겼다 없어지고 보통 다시 잘 안생긴다는데 전 다른곳에 또생겨서 또 눕눕.. 쌤이 초기부터 20주넘어갈때까지 피고임 가지고있던분도 봤대용 아기집보다 커지지만 않으면 괜찮다고 최대한 무리하지않고 스스로 흡수되길 바라는게 가장좋다네여

저랑 주수도 비슷하고 피고임 위치도 비슷하네요! 전 지난주에 일하다가 갑자기 빨간피 보고 놀라서 병원 뛰쳐갔네요. 다행히 아기는 건강하게 잘있었어요ㅜㅜ 위치나 피고임 크기가 아기한테 큰 영향은 안줄거라고 하셨고 3일 정도 쉬었더니 괜찮아져서 지금은 정상 출근해요. 너무 불안해 말고 맘편하게 생활하는게 가장 좋다고 하더라구요. 

저두 아기집 바로위에 피고임이 크게 생겨서 하혈하고 일주일 입원했다가 지금은 휴직서 내고 집에서 하루종일 누워만 있어요ㅠㅠ

크게 문제 없으니 괜찮다고 하셨었어요

저도 시험관이고 8주3일에 유산방지주사도 중단했어요. 저는 4주6일부터 7주0일까지 갈색혈+빨간혈도 있었어요. 원장님이 진단서 써주셔서 회사는 출산전휴가 2주 당겨서 사용했고 매일 눕눕하니까 7주 1일에 출혈 멈추고 지금 9주5일인데 그이후로 출혈 없었어요. 금방 멈추실거같아요 걱정마세요!

그리고 씻거나 식사하시거나 화장실 가시는거 외엔 그냥 계속 편하게 누워만 계세요. 저도 그때 출혈때문에 스트레스 엄청 났는데 마음 편안하게 가지시고 잠 충분히 많이 주무세요!

산후조리원을 알아보려고 하니까 분만병원 연계면 싸다고 해서.. 갑자기 분만병원을 알아보고 있는데요. 

두군데 정도 고민되는 병원이 있는 경우에, 원하는 원장님 진료를 받아보고 결정하는 걸까요? 먼저 경험해보신 선배님들의 조언 부탁드려요!!

분만병원 결정은 여러군데 진료를 받아보고 결정하나요?

보통은 특별한 이슈가 없다면 한군데로 정해서 쭈욱봐요. 의료기록도 그렇고 한 곳으로 보는게 좋아요. 건강보험 적용도 정해진 횟수로 되는데 서브병원처럼 여러군데 다니시면 병원 정보가 공유가 안되어서 각각 보험적용이 가능하지만 부정수급에 해당되기때문에 나중에 연말에 건강보험공단에서 적발되면 환수조치된다고 해요. 
그리고 나중에 혹시라도 보험이나 정부에서 주는 혜택 등 서류 낼때도 여러곳보디는 한 군데서 보시는게 훨씬 편리합니다. 분만병원 결정하시면 한 곳만 다니셔요. (분만병원 정하는 기준은 사람마다 다르지만 보통 병상급, 응급분만여부, 시설 등으로 결정해요)

조리원 할인때문에 분만병원을 정하는건 좀...ㅎㅎ 그냥 현재 다니는 병원과 연계된 곳을 가거나, 어차피 할인도 크게 안해줘서 그냥 가고싶은 조리원 가요 ㅎㅎ

분만병원 연계된 조리원이 싼 편은 아닌것 같아요😂 제가 다니고 있는 분만병원 산후조리원은 알아본 조리원 중에서도 비싼편이라서.. 저는 병원 다니기 전부터 분만병원 후기를 많이 찾아보고 미리 진료를 받아보면서 제가 만족한 곳으로 갔어요!

움 예식장이나 산후조리원도 아니고 
분만병원 여러군데 중에 상담받고 고른다는 이야기는 첨 들어써용 

일단 보통은 초기때는 동네 병원 다니다가 
검사 슬슬 받을때즘 서류 챙겨서 큰 병원 (대학병원/분만가는한 여성병원?)으로 전원하는 걸로 알아요

병원이나 봐주시는 교수님을 고르고 싶으시다면
후기 찾아보시는게 나을 것 같아요 

저는 동네에서 유명한 산부인과와 같은 건물 산부인과산하조리원 정해서 다녔어요~ 다른 병원은 초음파 볼때 빼고는 안갔네요
