Walking, balancing, grabbing, and letting go of objects could be difficult for them.There are two types of hypertonia, which are Spastic and Dystonic. Spastic hypertonia is when muscle spasms when a baby moves. On the other hand, when a baby is with Dystonic hypertonia, their muscle tone stays the same whether the baby is moving or still. 다들 브라 입고 주무시나용?

저는 집에오면 무조건 벗습니다ㅠㅠㅠ 그냥 있어도 답답한데.. 요즘 일상생활에서도 조금씩 불편해져서 사이즈 키워서 사려고 열심히 서치중입니다! 저는 ㄱㅌㅂㄹ 사려고 골라담고있어요~

8주 3일차구요 저도 똑같이 옆으로 누우면 쿵 하듯 돌덩이가 훅 움직이는 느낌이랄까요 ㅎㅎㅎ 요즘 밖에 나갈때도 잘 안해요 … 갑갑하고 아프고 속은 더 안좋아지는거 같기도해서요 ㅠㅠㅋㅋ

ㅠㅠ 역시 이런부분들을 동감할수 있어서 슬프지만 너무 반갑구요,, 심지어 자다가 아파서 깨고 옆으로 누우면 가운데로 쏟아지면서(?) 통증있고 ㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋㅋ 그래서 이번에 저는 심리스브라탑 xL 사이즈로 널널하게 사서 입어봤는데 압박은 없고 적당히 가슴을 보호 해주는 느낌이라 착용하고 자니 괜찮더라구요 !! 캡내장된 나시처럼 몸에 맞고 압박 없는걸로 한번 착용해보세요!

저 임신인거 알기전부터 가슴통증 있어서 브라 계속 착용중이예요ㅜㅜ 

저도 원래집에서 브라벗고있는데 가슴통증이 너무 아파서 이것저것 찾아보니 와이어없고, 넉넉한 브라가 좋다고하더라고요! 그러다 나시로된 브라찾아 입어보니 너무 편하더라고요! 출근할때도 브라말고 나시하나로 입으니 활동도 편하고 가슴도 덜 아픈느낌이에요! 입고자봤는데도 괜찮았어요!!

어차피 컵 커지는거 모유수유 생각있으시면 일부는 수유브라되는걸로 사는것도 좋아요.

제가 체력이 정말 안좋고 지금 15주인데 아직도 누워만 있어요 핸드폰 걸음수가 400걸음 안될때도 많아요 첫 아기이고 2주만에 집에 왔을때 제가 2주만에 잠안자고 수유를 잘 할수있을지

산후조리원3주 추천 비추천

와 조리원은 돈만있으면 진짜 오래있고시파여,,,ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 진짜 조리원에 있을때가 천국,,ㅜㅜㅜㅜ

2주했는데 집에 가기 전날 집에 너무 가기 싫어서 눈물날 정도였어요ㅜㅜ주변 조리원 사람들 답답하다 집가고싶다 그랬지만, 저는 답답한 것도 없었어요. 수유콜도 안받고 정해진 시간 모자동실만 해서 그런지 진짜 천국이었습니다! 다시 돌아간다면 3주하고 싶어요. 

2주했는데 돈만 있으면 3주 너무 좋아요ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 연장하고 싶었는데 1박 금액보고 그냥 나왔습니다🥹

전 3주로 예약해 뒀어요~
주변에서 최대한 길게 있는 게 좋다고 하셔서요

저도 돈만잇음 3주하고싶엇어요 청소랑 밥고민 안해도되는게 너무좋앗구요ㅜㅜ

조리원기간에 제왕하신다면 입원1주, 자분이시면 입원3일정도 플러스 되실거에요. 개인적으론 첫째때 제왕하고 조리원2주였는데 집오니 천국이었습니다ㅋㅋ 잠못자도 심리적으로 집이 더 편했어요ㅋ

경제적으로 여유 있고 사정만 허락한다면 3주고 4주고 계속 있고 싶었어요 ㅋㅋㅠㅠㅠ 모유수유한다고 모자동실 오래 했는데 저는 조리원 너무 너무 좋았습니다. 둘째 때도 2주 들어가요. 첫째만 아니면 더 있다가 나오고 싶어요 🥲 3주 계약하시고 정 안 되겠다 싶으면 조기퇴소하시면 돼요!

저 3주했어요~~!!  조리원오니깐 3주한사람 없긴한데 3주하니깐 방도 업그레이드해주시고 좋아요ㅎㅎ 조리원에서 빨레다해주시고 밥세끼에 간식도세번 다 챙겨주시는데 오래있을수록 배우는시간도 길어져서 좋아요!! 조리원 프로그램도 급하게 할필요없이 여유롭고 3주최공

전 너무 비추요..완전 사바사지만
개인적으로 조리원 너무 답답했어요 꽤 좋은 조리원에서 지냈음에도 아무도 출입도 면회도 안되는 곳에서 혼자 2주를 지내자니 너무 감옥같아서 우울하더라구요ㅠ 더군다나 모유수유를 생각하신다면 더더욱이 비추요 차라리 집에 와서 산후관리사 이용하시는게 회복도 적응도 빨라요 전 둘째 낳으면 2주도 길어서 안할거에요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ..

돈만 있으면 3주가 뭔가요...4주도 있고 싶어요 저는 애낳고 회복이 너무 느려서 조리원에서도 수유시간 빼고는 꼼짝없이 누워만 있었어요 조리원 퇴소 일주일 전부터 며칠 뒤면 나가야 하네, 며칠 뒤면 나가야하네 하면서 펑펑 울었어요 걷지도 못하는데 집에 가서 애는 어떻게 보지...ㅜㅜ 이럼서...제가 간 조리원은 3주되면 등센서 생긴다고 절대 2주 이상 안 받아주더라고요 ㅠㅠ참고로 저희 아가는 집에 오자마자 4~5시간을 자던 아가였답니다 그런데도 온몸이 엉망진창이라 조리원 퇴소 하고 너무 힘들었어요

전 첫째때 제왕 + 조리원 2주 있었는데 답답해서빨리 집에 가고 싶었어요 ㅠㅠ

첨에 한 일주일은 호르몬 때문에 그냥 집 가고 싶고 답답하고 눈물만 줄줄 났는데..
마지막 주에는 좀 괜찮아지면서 활동도 참여하고 쉬다보니 마지막 날은 집에 가기 아쉽더라구요
그리고 조리원은 있을 땐 모르는데 집에 와서 현실 육아하면 왜 조리원이 천국인지 알게 된답니다ㅎㅎㅎㅎ
진짜 받아만 주신다면 지금이라도 가고싶네요ㅎㅎㅎㅎ
참고로 저는 이주하고 이틀 연장해서 있었어요.. 비용은 어마어마 했지만..... 좋았어요😆
아기있으면 어려우니 거기서 저녁에 티비보면서 야식도 드시고 그러세요!!ㅋㅋ

ㅎㅎ 첫째 때 3주 있다 왔는데 전 너무 좋았어요 집순이시면 조리원 생활 완전 잘 맞으실거예요ㅎㅎ 생각보다 2주도 되게 빨리 지나가구 생각 이상으로 몸이 정말정말 천천히 느리게 나아요... 수술한 부위 자체는 그래도 좀 나아지지만 몸의 관절이나 다른 곳들은 여전히 너무너무 아파서 집에서 육아하다가 너우 힘들고 아파서 본가로 돌아가 10일 더 부모님과 있다 왔어요ㅠㅠ 진짜 특히 신생아 때는 조리원 때만큼 마음 편히 못 쉬고 못 자서 저는 이번 둘찌 때도 3주 있다 오려구요ㅎㅎㅠㅠ

시설.공간. 누릴수잇는것 너무많고 좋은곳이였지만...
안나가면 답답한 저에게 2주도 너무 긴거같아서 1주만 있어보고 정말 집에가고싶다.답답하다 싶으면 그냥 중간에 퇴소하려고했는데요.

전일단 모유수유도 안해서 
다른분들이.. 수유콜로 불러다닐때 
전 그냥 놀러다녓어요(조리원 안에서..)
워낙 운동을 했어서 그런지 회복도빨라
조리원에서도 하루만보도 채우고 
방으로 들어와선 무리없는 홈트도 했어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 진짜 저만을 위한 마지막...시간이 조리원이였습니다.......
1주지나니 음..좀 지루한가?싶으면서도 익숙해지기 시작햇고..
2주 퇴소가 다가오니 좀 막막해졋어요ㅠ
지금은 24시간중 한두번.. 고작 30-1시간정도만 내가 아가를 직접 보지만 하나도 아는게없으니 케어할것도 없고...
아가가울면 너무 당황스럽고 왜울지ㅠ... 하게되고 고작 그 짧은시간도 당황스럽고 어려웟는데 조리원나가서 집에가면...
24간을 내가봐야한다는게 너무 두려웟어요(?)... 할수잇을지 무섭고..
할수잇는게 아무것도없더라고요ㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋ
그래서 일주일 남았을때부터 똥줄타서
안는자세. 기저귀그는거 등등
궁금한거. 다 여쭤보고 햇던거같아요..
그래도 집에와서하는게 차원이달랏지만..

온전히 내몸. 내가 편하게 쉴수잇는 
어쩌면 마지막....(?)시간..이라고 생각해요
좀 키워놓으면 좀 숨쉴틈이 생길수도.
주변에 도움받을 곳이 많다묜 그럴수익지만 전 거의독박육아를 햇고. 지금도요..
그래서 다들 자부타임자부타임...
한번도없엇어요

그래서 조리원으로 다시돌아간다묜 전 무저건 더오래잇을거에요...

전 체력도 체력인데 요즘 산후도우미 신생아 폭행 그런 거 때문에 시댁에서 지원해준다고 3주 있으라해서 3주로 예약 해놨어요

가성비 따져서 구한 조리원 = 집이 더 편해요

행복을 돈으로 살 수 없다면 내 돈이 부족한건 아닌지 돌아봐야 합니다..

신생아 케어 잘해주고 프로그램 잘 짜여진 프리미엄 조리원으로 3주강추.. (어차피 그 이상 하고싶다 해도 조리원에서 안받아줍니다..)

첫째때 2주하고 후회했어여... 답답함 느끼시는 스탈 아니거나 가능하면 3주 하세여..

조리원 퇴소하고 산후도우미는 안 하시나요? 
저는 2주 조리원+산후관리사님 3주 도움 예정인데 조리원 2주 너무 길지 않나 고민중이라.. 도심에 있는 산후조리원이고 병원방문 외에 외출이 안되는 곳이라 너무 답답할거 같아요ㅋㅋ그래서 아예 산후관리사님을 2개월 정도 이용할까도 고민하고 있어요
집순이시면 집에 계시는게 아무래도 편할테니 산후관리사를 오래 이용하시는것도 고려해보세요!

전 2주있었는데 1주는 아쉬웠을거같고 몸 회복도 필요해서 2주정도가 맞는거같아요~ 막판엔 좀 답답했달까..그리고 집와서 산후도우미분이 오시면 어차피 식사도 챙겨주시고 그래서  오히려 산후도우미에 더 돈쓰고싶어요. 내집이 확실히 편하긴하더라구요. 둘째 임신중이라 조리원패스 생각도 있었는데 첫째보면 육아안할수가 없다고해서 회복힘들까봐 최소 1주는 가야지 생각중이에요. 전 자분하긴했었어요. 나름 수월하게 출산도 하고

첫아이라면 오래있어도 좋을거에요
조리원에서 배울것도많을거구요 아이목욕이나 모유수유자세 특히 눕수를 익히고나오시면 집에서도 편하실거에요~

집콕이 성격에 맞으시다면 조리원은 더할나위없이 천국이여요...⭐️ 진짜 서툴때 신생아실에서 아기 봐주시는 것도 좋은데, 때마다 누가 밥 간식 챙겨주시는게 ㅜㅜㅜ 지금 첫째라면 3주도 고려해보시는 것 추천,,, 

저도 3주하고 싶었는데 첫째 때간 조리원은 기본이 2주고 입소 후 조리원 상황 봐서 연장 가능 여부 알려준다했는데 결국 안된다고 했어요;; 뭔가 느낌이 2주 이상을 원치 않아한다는 느낌이... 집에 와서 보니 애가 그 이후부터 더 성장하고 먹는 양 늘고 등센서에 잠 안 자고 힘들게 하더라구요. 확실히 조리원에서 애가 크면 별로 안 좋아하는것 같아요. 처음부터 3주가 예약되시면 하는거 추천합니다!! 

산후도우미를 더 쓰는건 어떠세요~? 전 조리원2주, 산후도우미 4주로 계약했어요 ㅋㅋㅋ

3주하고싶어도 여기서는안받아주던뎅ㅜ 조리원이 진짜천국이긴해요..갑갑한거빼면 근데나오면 더답답함ㅜㅜ

3주 너무 좋았어요. 밤에 케어 안 해도 되는거랑 남이 차려준 밥 먹는 게 큽니다.

전 조리원은 답답해서 ㅎㅎ 2주가 적당한거 같아요 ㅎ 여유가 잇다면 산후도우미님을 길게 쓰는걸 추천합니다 ㅎ (좋은 분을 만나야되지만요 ㅎ)

저도 답답한거 싫어하는데도 첫째는 뭐든따지지말도 무조건 길~게 라는 주변말에따라 남편 찬스(?)로 제 지역에서 제일 비싸고 좋은곳 3주했어요ㅋㅋ 뭐 내돈 나가는거 아닌데 마사지 실컷받고 푹~쉬다오려구요! 그리고 혼자는 절대 싫어서 남편출입가능! 남편 밥 나오는곳이 1순위였답니다ㅋㅋ 2순위는 방 넓은곳이였어요 홈트하고 싶어서요 

체력이 안좋으시고 집순이면 3주도 괜찮을듯해요. 전 나름 체력좋은 노산인데 1주째는 좋았고 2주째부턴 답답했어요ㅋㅋ 호텔형이라 너무 방에서 OTT만보며 은둔하니 심심하고 창밖만보고...근데 집오니 실전이에요ㅋㅋ 2주나 3주나 장단점이 있어요ㅋ  곧둘째예정인데 2주합니다~  아 대신 도우미를 오래 썼었고 이번에도 그럴려구요.  도우미분있음 집육아도 할만해요 낮잠실컷자고ㅋ

3주 예약하고 9일만에 나왔어요ㅋㅋ.. 너무 편하고 좋았지만 너무 답답하고 아기도 자꾸 봐도 궁금하고.. 그리고 초 예민한 상태라서 집이 그립더라구요ㅠㅠ 잘맞는 산후도우미 길게 쓰고 마사지받는 거로 조리원 비용 사용하는 것도 좋은 것 같아요

전 첫째때 얼른 집가고싶은거도 있었구 아무래도 엄마가 보는거처럼 일대일케어는 아니라서 아쉬운거도 있었어요. 걱정은 되지만 전 2주만 있길 잘했다 생각했구 둘째는 조리원 안가용ㅎㅎ

저는 첫째가 있고 두셋째 임신중인 맘인데 첫째는 2주 조리원하고 두번째는 10일만 예약했어요~
제왕절개하면 5박6일 병원입원에 조리원 2주하면 거의 3주 있다가 집에 오는거라서 집에 오면 패턴 좀 잡혀있어서 편했구요 두번째 출산때는 첫째 너무 보고싶을것 같아서 좀 더 짧게 잡았어요! 저는 오히려 조리원 좀 답답했고 산후도우미 기간을 길게 잡아서 좋았어요! 도우미분이 밥도 다 도와주시고 낮에는 거의 쉴수 있어서 저는 도우미분을 길게 쓰는게 훨 좋았어용ㅎㅎ

28주된 쌍둥이엄마예요 :) 저도 3주 예약했어요! 

첫째때 10일 있었는데도 감옥같고 넘 답답했어요. 사바사인데 수유콜 다 받으면 조리원 천국 아닌듯요. 모유수유 안하면 편하다고 하더라구요~ 

전 9박 10일이었는데 코로나 때였어서 너무 답답했어요ㅎㅎ 요즘처럼 자유로우면 길게도 좋을 것 같아요:)

엥 저는... 제왕해서 그런지.. 입원1주+조리원2주까지 하니까.. 집에 엄청 가고싶었어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 물론 조리원 있을때가 천국인거 잘 알겠지만.. 그냥 다 합해서 3주정도면 충분했다고 생각해요.. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 

둘찌 생기면 3주 가려구요..그땐 푹쉴거애요 ㅠㅠ 

여유만 된다면 3주 아니 ...4주도 하고싶어요...... 그리고 무조건 무조건 그냥 자세요 .. 티비도 보시고용 ... 뭐 프로그램 다 필요없구 그냥 푹자세요

산후조리원은 많이할수록 최고!! 남편 입장에서 와이프가 유일하게 회복할 수 있는 시간은 조리원뿐입니다.... 산후도우미 이용중인데 개인 성향에 따라 굉장히 불편하고 이것저것 신경써야할 게 너무 많지만 후기 좋은 조리원은 유일한 안식처~~ 여유금만 있으면 3주도 강츄요~~

전 조리원 2주가 너무 힘들었어요

저 2주 했는데 처음엔 아기 따로 둬서 괜히 갔나 했는데 조리원 며칠 지나니까 천국이더라고요 저는 답답하지도 않고 온종일 조리원에 있어서 좋았고, 신랑은 둘째 가지면 한달 있으라고 할 정도로 아기 케어 제가 다 안해도 되서 너무 좋았어요

저는 양가 부모님들이 도와주실 수 없는 상황이라 남편이 조리원 3주 하자고 해서 3주 했어요.
무조건 추천입니다!!
지루하다고 하는데, 그 이후에는 지루 할 틈이 없어요. 지루하고 싶어집니다.
제발 3주 된다면 하세요!!
그리고 정부지원 도우미도 최대 3주까지니, 3주 신청 후 마음에 안들면 변경요청하고 그럼에도 마음에 안들면 이용 안하는걸로 하세요
무조건 최대 기간으로 신청 해 두세요!! 꼭!!

집 밖에 안나가도 답답한거 잘 못느끼시면  3주추천이에요! 저는 일주일 됐을때부터 달력보면서 조급해지고 슬펐어요ㅜㅜ돈 많이벌어야겠다 생각들정도로 아쉽고 지금은 더더욱 돌아가고싶네요. 둘째땐 첫째걱정에 3주못한다는게 더 슬퍼요. 첫아이 이실때 3주가셔서 푹쉬고 나오셔요ㅎㅎ

저는 우울증이 씨게와서 1주 추천이에여! 어찌나 답답하던지 못참겠더라구요 은근 바빴어서 천국?인지도 잘 몰랐어요. 특히 아기 끼고 모유수유 하실 생각이시면 집이나 조리원이나 이래저래 바쁜건 마찬가지더라구요

둥이라 4주 조리했는데도 집에와서 이모님들 오시기 전에 딱 하루 풀 육아 했는데 산후통 생겨서 고생중이에요 ㅠ

모유수유 안하시는거면 3주 강추요! 저도 조리원 감옥같고 싫었는데 집오니 왠걸요 조리원은 천국입니다 ㅠㅠ 때되면 밥나와 간식나와 빨래도 해주시고 애기도 봐주시고 
체력이 약하시고 모유수유 안하실거면 3주 강강추입니당

사바사지만...1주일 있었는데 답답했어요 ㅋㅋ 오히려 조리원이 더 바빠서...수유하고 밥먹을 시간도 없고 방에 있던적 별루 없네요 수유 다 안하고 그냥 쉰다고만 하면 갠찮을지도??근데 이건 사람 성향이라..

전 3주하고 나왔는데 한달도 가능함 더 있다 나올걸 그랬습니다.. 진짜 천국이라는걸 나중에 깨닳으실거예요 강추 ❤

문제는 집와서임 ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅋㅋ  산후관리사 온다해도 그분 퇴근하고 나면 애 봐야 하니까 집와서가 실전이에요 

그때 또 몸이 겁나 힘들고 아프거든요 .. 그래서 관리사님 기간 최대로 신청하고 마사지도 몰빵 말고 분산시켜서 계속 몸을 고쳐가며ㅜㅜㅜㅜ 100일까지 버텨야해요 

리얼 집와서.. 애가 점점 커가면서... 그때 관리사님이랑 마사지가 제일 도움 되어요 



조리원마다 다르기도 하고 엄마성향에따라 다른거같아요!!집에가고싶어서 힘들엇긴해요  세벽에 수유하냐 안하냐 차이인데 어차피 2주든 3주든 집에오면 세벽에 수유를해야하니 세벽에수유하고 베이비시터오면 쉬고...ㅎ 차라리 베이비시터를 더 오래 이용할거 같아요

저는 첫째, 둘째 다 제왕에 2주씩 있었는데 나름 좋다고 유명한 곳으로 갔는데 조리원에서 일주일 넘어가는 순간부터 좀 집 가고싶다 했어욬ㅋㅋ 완전 집순이에 둘째때는 첫째때문에 조리원 노래를 부르다 간거였는데돜ㅋㅋ 제왕하고일주일 입원하고 조리원2주해서 그런가... 진짜 방이 넓은데도 답답하고 때맞춰 가져다주시는 밥도 간식돜ㅋㅋㅋ 단 하나 좋앗던건 아가 봐주시는 것... 근데 집와도 한동안은 신생아라 잠만자니 집와서 전 더 천국이엇던거같아욬ㅋㅋㅋ ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 진짜 티비보고 다운받아온거 다보고 넷플 보고봐도 하루가 너무 길어섴ㅋㅋ ㅠㅠ 

설쇠고 나오려다보니 4주 있었네요ㅋ 시간이 금방 갑니다

저는 애기 둘 다 제왕 조리원2주였는데 3주는 넘 길꺼같아요 첫째 때도 2주차 되니까 좀 지겨웠고 그래도 둘째는 마지막 회복기니까 2주 했는데 일주일 지나니까 또 지겹더라구요 그래도 2주까지는 하는게 좋을꺼 같고 남은돈은 산후도우미 기간을 늘리는게 좋을꺼같아요!

저는 조리원에 있을땐 너무 답답하고 집 가고 싶었는데...지금 아기 6개월인데 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ너무 후회합니다..즐겼어야했어요...무조건 3주!!!

전 조리원 2주 도우미 3주했는데 만족했습니다! 조리원 2주 있으니깐 막판에는 나가고싶어서 근질근질했어요ㅋㅋㅋ 차라리 도우미 3-4주 하는게 나은거같다는 개인적인 생각입니다ㅎㅎ

제 글이 도움이 되실진 모르겠지만 .. 자분하고 집으로 바로 오고싶어서 조리원 계약 안했는데 제왕하게 됐어요 ,,ㅎ   대신에 산후도우미 3주 쓰구요!
저는 조리원에서 아기케어가 잘 될지도 걱정이었고 ㅠ 태어난 직후에 아기에게 너무 많은 사람들이 노출되는게 싫어서 집에서 산후조리를 고집했었는데.. 결과적으로 너무 행복했어요. 조리원을 갔어도 모유수유에 모자동실을 하려고 생각했어서 그럴바에는 집에서 산후조리 하자 했는데 산후도우미쌤이 정말 집안일부터 모든걸 해주시고 한분이 온전히 아기를 케어해주는것도 좋았구요. 그래서 갔으면  좀 아까웠을 것 같아요. 제왕했었지만 회복도 열심히 수술직후부터 움직여줘서 빨랐고 아기가 태어나고 6일부터 바로 합을 맞추니까 우선 아기에게 너무 좋은 영향이었던 것 같아요, 아무래도 많은 사람들의 손이 탄게 아니라 저랑 제일 많이 붙어있으니까요 ㅎㅎ 태어난 직후의 아기는 2주 가량은 정말 먹고 자고 싸고 밖에 안해서 제일 순할때래요, 그때 엄마아빠에게 익숙해진 아기는 당장은 힘들 수 있지만 나중에 양육이 훨씬 쉬워지는거 같아요. 물론 조리원은 딱 그 당시에만이 쉴 수 있는 거니 나쁘다 좋다를 얘기하는건 아니라 생각하지만 아기케어에 적극적+모유수유를 하실 방향이라면 산후조리원보단 집이 효율적이고 좋다는 의견을 슬쩍 말씀드려봅니다 ..! 단유 하시고 푸우우욱 쉬시려면 조리원이 최고겠지요!! 아, 저도 체력 쓰레기였는데 아기 낳으니 눈이 절로 떠지더라구요 ,,ㅎ 엄마는 강합니다 ..! 화이팅 입니다 !!

  9시이후부터는 출입제한도있고.물론 늦게들어와도상관없지만.  남편이 담배피우니까. 왔다갔다 눈치만보게되서 집에가는데.
 혼자서 조리원있으니까.너무심심해요ㅠㅠ. 

조리원에 2주 잇는동안 매일매일 하루빠짐없이 마사지 받앗는데 조리원은 안그리운데 마사지는 3주 할껄 그랫어요ㅠㅠ 집에오면 마사지 받을시간이 없더라구요ㅠ출장포함..

전 제왕이라 병원 1주 , 조리원 10박11일 예약 했엇거든요? 병원에 있을땐 그냥 집에 가고싶었어요 ㅠㅠ 밥도싫고 침대도 딱딱하고 너무 싫더라구요 조리원 처음에 갓을때도 집에 가고싶어서 엉엉 울엇던...근데 지나고 나니 너무 좋던데요 ㅋㅋㅋ 수유콜 받을때 빼곤 자고싶을때 자고 밥도 안차려도 되고 무엇보다 마사지도 매일 받고..시댁에서 3주 4주 하라고 할때 그냥 네 할껄 그랫어요..돈 생각하지말규 하세요 그냥 하세요 조리원이 천국이에요 집에 오는 그 순간부터..못자고 잘 못먹으니까요...( 조리원 방 선택시 창문이 있고 해가 잘드는 방으류 하세요! 방이 어두우면 저도 모르게 우울함이 오더라구요)

전 제왕해서 병원에서 4박5일 있다가 이동했고 조리원 2주했는데 10일쯤되니 얼른집에가서 아기랑 둘이있고싶었어요ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 저는 둘째낳으면 10일만 하려고해요 

저는 붓기도 최고조였고 체력 진짜 바닥이라 회복 우선시하려고 3주 예약하려다가 기본 2주예약후 입소해서 추가 가능하데서 조리원있는기간동안 마사지 풀로 6번정도 받았고 조리원추가하려다가 산후도우미 2주신청하고 집에서 아가랑 조금씩 적응하면서 회복했어요!!
3주있다해도 집에서 또 적응해야하니까 전 오히려 산후도우미선생님 좋았어요^^

전 3주했어요 그리고 산후도우미 3주하고 그러고나니 아기 50일 지나더라구요 낳고는 바로 잘 모르는데 잘쉬어야 충전되서 ㅜㅜ 육아해요 체력이 받쳐줘야 하는 육아..

며칠전 목욕 후 남편이 이상한 꼬랑내가 난다고 했는데 로션에서 나는건가? 하고 넘어갔었어요
그러다 그저께 그 꼬랑내는 아가 귀에서 나는걸 알게되었고.. 귀지 때문인가 싶어서 면봉으로 귓바퀴쪽 귀지들을 제거해줬는데
꼬랑내가 그냥 넘어가면 안될것같은 냄새라..
어제 소아과를 다녀왔어요

다행히 귀 안쪽 중이염은 아니었고 귓바퀴쪽 염증이 있으니 베아로반 항생제연고 하루3번 발라주라고 하더라구요..

그리고 집에와서 연고 발라주면서 후레쉬 비춰서 귀를 봤는데 노란 귀지로 꽉 차있어서 맘이 넘 안좋았어요ㅠㅠ
깨끗히 해준다고 면봉 썼다가 괜히 아가 아프게만 한거같아서 속상했네요..

병원에서는 면봉으로 아가 귀지 제거하지말고 손수건으로 살살 닦아주기만 하라고 하는데..
귓바퀴쪽도 진짜 이게 염증이 맞나 싶을정도로 눈에 잘 티가 안나거든요
선생님이 그냥 이쪽에 염증이있다 라고 알려줘서 바르긴 하는데 일단 시키는대로 연고만 바르는게 좋을까요? 다른병원도 한번 가보는게 좋을까요?

요즘 자꾸 머리를 뜯길래 그러지말라고 했는데 그게 다 귀가 간지러워서 그랬던게 아닐까싶고.. 아파도 아프다고 말도 못하고 넘 안쓰러워요ㅠㅠ

아기 귀 냄새ㅠㅠ

ㅠ_ㅠ 염증이 생기는군요.. 몰랐는데 
저도 알아갑니당 ! 괜찮아질거에여 ㅇㅏ가야 언능 낫자♥️♥️♥️♥️

헉 저희 애기도 꼬랑내 나길래 그냥 그런가보다 하고 넘어갔는데 병원 가봐야할까요..?! 저도 아무생각없이 귓바퀴 물티슈로 닦아줬거든요..🥲

아기 귀에서 꼬랑내 나고 귀에 귀지 같은것 다닥다닥붙어서 소아과 두군데 다녀왔는데
한 군데에서는 그냥 놔두면 자연스럽게 낫는다고 했고 한 군데애서는 항생제 연고 받았어요.
항생제 연고 발라주려고 했는데 약 주의사항에 만 1세미만 사용금지 되어있더라구요.ㅠㅠ
그래서 관련 글 찾아보다가 결국 새끼 손가락에 비판텐 묻혀서 하루에 한번만 발라줬어요.
자극안하고 대충!! 꼼꼼히 발라주다가
아기 피부 상할수도 있다고 해요 ㅠㅠ
그랬더니 3,4일 뒤에 냄새 안나기 시작하더니
지금은 귀 완전 깨끗해요! 그냥 가만히 놔두라고 한 소아과 갔는데 가만히 놔두니까 낫잖아요! 하더라는...

씻기고 냄새나서 항상 닦아줬는데ㅜㅜ
조심해야겠어요

헉 ㅜㅜㅜ 저도 어느날 보니까 저 안쪽에 뭐가 나오길래 면봉으로 닦아주고 있었는데 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 안쪽이라 손수건으로 잘 안닦여서 쌓인줄 알고요 ㅠㅠ 덕분에 하나 알아가요 ㅠㅠ

 저희 아이도 귀에서 냄새나서 귓바퀴 닦아줬더니 괜찮아졌어요. 신생아때는 귀안에 양수찼던 게 귀지랑 나오면서 냄새나던 거 같더라구요.
 병원갔을때 소청과의사쌤이 귀 보시더니 별말씀 없으셨어요.

저도 냄새때문에 어제 병원다녀왔는데 괜찮다고 하시네요 ㅎㅎ

똑같았는데 물뭍힌 수건으로 불려서 마른 걸로 닦아줬더니 괜찮아졌어요!

엇 저희 아기도 귀에서 어느순간 귀지.냄새가 나던데 귀지냄새도 염증때문인걸까요... 생각도 못했네요 오늘 접종한다고 병원 갔었는데 물어볼걸 ㅜㅜ

귓구멍을 파면 안된다는거죠??귓바퀴는 면봉으로 살살 해도되나요??

귀지 없는데도 꼬랑내 나는건 뭘까요?..
중이염도 아닌거같은데😂

헉 저는 신생아면봉에 생리식염수 묻혀서 귓바퀴쪽 귀지 다 빼줬는데 문제있을까요.....너무 걱정되네여.....뜨악 ㅜㅜㅜㅜ

면봉에 오일묻혀서 매일 부시러기 닦아줬느느데.. ㅠㅠ

헛 저는 면봉에 로션묻혀서 살살 뗐었는데 조심해야겠네요ㅜㅜㅜㅜ

저도 냄새도 나고 귀지도 있고 했는데요 씻을때마다 손수건으로 닦아주면 조금 괜찮더라구요^^ 

저희 둘째가 3일전에 귀지가 자연스럽게 자꾸나와서 닦아주었어요~~!!
