55일차 여아 4.6 키로 완모 직수중인데 낮엔 칼같이 2시간반, 밤엔 3시간정도요 ㅎㅎ 통잠 원츄 🥲

43일 모유수유+가끔분유
낮에는 2시간반-3시간반 텀이고, 40일부터는 밤 시간에 6시간 자고 있어요🥲
하루 7번 수유 하고 있어요 :)

54일차 남아 1시간반~2시간반 간격으로먹고 텀의 짧아서그런지 70~160들쭉날쭉해요. 거의 잠안자고 계속놀아요. 그러다 9시~11시 마지막수유하고 4시간~7시간정도 자고 깨서먹고 2~3시간정도 또 자주네요. 낮엔텀이 짧아서 좀힘든데 밤엔 좋아요 거의 통잠수준이라. 낮밤완전 구분하는거같아요

55일차 여아 4.8kg 
낮 수유텀은 모유수유(직수) 하루 3-5회씩 짧게는 15분에서 길게는 20분씩 하고,
분유수유는 6-7회씩 하고 었어요.
낮에는 2시간 30분씩이고, 
밤엔 막수 9시에서 10시 사이에 하면,
새벽 4시에서 6시 사이에 깨요.
낮에는 텀이 일정치는 않네요 ㅠㅠ

51일 남아 몸무게는 5킬로 중반되는거같은데..정확친않아요ㅎ160ml먹는데 모유유축으로먹이고 3시간,분유는 4시간텀이고 낮에 정량챙겨먹고 목욕후 기분좋을땐?모유먹여도 1시간더자고 밤에는 분유먹이는데 보통은..5시간정도는 자는거같요~5,7,8시간 잔적있네요?낮밤구분은 대충하는거같아요~평균6회 수유하고 수유시간은 진짜 안쉬고먹으면15분 보통은 그이상인데 어제부터는 160을 다못먹네요..진짜안먹을땐110만먹기도해요ㅠㅎ

남편이 육아휴직 한달쓰고 출근해서
각방을 쓰고 혼자 독박육아 중이에요..

아기가 신생아때부터 강성울음이 워낙 심했고 
첫아이인지라 호흡을 멈출 정도로 우는 아기에게 
수면교육은 엄두도 못내 저랑 아이 둘이서 안방에서 같이 잡니다..

오늘 159일차에 7.7kg나가는 딸은 
아직 뒤집기를 못하고 있어요..

130일차부터 혼자 다리를 들고 뒹굴뒹굴하며
발을 잡고 노는 모습이 보였습니다..
그래서 뒤집기를 할 때가 다가오나보다 했는데..

그때부터 새벽에 통잠을 자던 아기가
새벽 2시부터 깨서 혼자 뒤집기연습을 하더니
슬 울기 시작하더라구요..

저는 침대에서 자다 우는 아이 소리에 깨
범퍼침대에 내려와서 토닥이고 
잠이 들면 다시 침대에 올라가서 자고 
이런 패턴이 계속 반복됐어요..

문제는 새벽 2시에 깨는 것만이 아닌 
새벽 5시에 또 깨는겁니다..

이게 몇 주째 계속 되다보니 
요즘은 너무 힘들어서
아이가 울면 이불이랑 가지고 내려와서
달래고 옆에서 그냥 자고있어요..

이게 습관화되서 그런거라해서 
한시간전에 깨워보라는 글을 보고
슬 기저귀도 갈아보고하면서 습관을 깨보려고했지만
소용이 없었습니다..

이거 어떻게해야할까요?
밤에 잠을 푹자본게 언제인지..

안녕하세요 150일 차 딸 키우고있는 엄마입니다. 눈팅하다가 너무 힘들어 보이셔서 답글 남겨봐요! 혹시 4개월 원더윅스랑 뒤집기 지옥시기가 겹친거 아닐까요?? 원더윅스는 길면 4주정도 간다하더라구요ㅠㅠ 뒤집기는 시도하려고 한 순간부터 되집기 할때까지 계속 울꺼에요.. 조금만 더 버텨보시구 정 힘드시면 깨려고 뒤척일 때 쪽쪽이나 토닥이는 잠연관 행동을 개입해보시는건 어떨까요? 육아는 항상 어려운거같아요 힘내세요!!

첫 뒤집기 시작한 이후로 새벽에 안 깬적이 없어요.. ㅜㅜ 11시든 1시든 5시든 1번 많으면 3번은 깨는 것 같아요.. 벌써 3주 지났는데 여전해요.. 그냥 그러려니 해요🥲 함께 힘내요..!!

그래서 아직도 옆잠베개에서 재워요ㅜ

저희 아기도 밤에 잘때 뒤집기를 많이 하지는 않지만, 가끔 밤에 깨면 뒤집어서 울어요. 그때마다 가서 되집어주고 자장가 불러 재우기를 하다가 신생아 때 사놓고 쳐박아둔 머미쿨쿨로 눌러줬는데 진짜 잘자요!!! 아기도 머미쿨쿨이 딱 눌러주니까 마음이 편한지 걷어차지도 않아요. 당근에도 중고 많으니까 하나 사셔서 사용해보세요! 봄봄맘님 아기도 잘 쓰면 좋겠네요~

저희아기는 남아 138일인데 뒤집기했는데도...그래요ㅠㅠ시간이 똑같아서 글냄겨요ㅠㅠ 저희아기도 2시 5시면 찡얼하고 결국엔 분유 먹이면 자요...점점 분유 횟수끊어야하는데 이러다 못끊을가바 걱정이에요 ㅠㅠ

출산/임신 축하 용돈 - 시댁에서 얼마나 받으시나요?

저는 시부모님에게 임신 소식 알리자마자 그 자리에서 바로 맛있는거 사먹으라고 현찰 100만원 주셨고..
그건 아기 필요한거 사주려고 저축했어요ㅎㅎㅎ그러고는 조리원비 전액 지원 해주신다고 하셨어요! 수도권에 비하면 저렴해서 300?350?정도 들거같구요!ㅎ결혼하면서 집살때 도움 많이 받고 저 필요한거 사라고 500 현찰 주시고..그래서 저는 서운함 못느끼고 그저 감사할 따름입니당..! 아무것도 안해주는 시부모님도 많더라구요~~

임신 100 출산 500, 아이 낳고는 아무때나 용돈 주셔요. 이건 집안마다 사정이 천차만별이고 임신, 출산했다고 돈 주시는 게 당연한 것도 아니라 섭섭할 필요도 없다고 생각해요. 그저 주시면 감사한 거죠.

저는 친정엄마는 그냥 그때그때 먹고싶다는거 사주시는 정도고 시엄마는 0이요 ㅋㅋㅋ 그냥 그러려니 하고있어요. 돈 달라는 소리만 안하셔도 감사한 시댁이라...어휴...!

저는 혼전임신이였는데 결혼하고나서 2000 용돈으로 받고 (집에 몰빵하긴 했지만,,) 조리원비용이랑 이것저것 하라고 카드를 주셨었어용 ..! 첫만남 이용권도있고해서 더 뭘 긁진 않았답니당 ! 과자하나 먹고싶다고하면 박스채로 사오시고 ,,,, 애기낳고나서는 친정가족들한테만 현금 많이 받았어요 ㅠㅠㅎㅎ앞으로 애가 클날은 많고 돈 들어갈때도 많으니 그때그때 여우처럼 말씀 드리려구요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

시가에서 임신알고 50 만삭때 조리원비로 500주셨고 친정에서는 임신알리니까100 아기 태어날 때 조리원비로 400 주셨어요. 그리고 아기 보실때마다 조금씩 주시고 무슨 날 되면 또 주시구요. 저는 친정이랑 시가 비슷하게 해주셨고 지원받을 생각도 못했는데 해주셔서 감사했어요. 둘중에서 한쪽만 해주셨으면 시가든 친정이든 비교는 됐을 거 같네요.

뭐 굳이 받아야 하나 싶긴해요.. 시부모님 아이 아니고 내 아이니까! 물론 첫 손주고 하니 예뻐서 먼저 해주시는 건 감사히 받겠지만 ㅎㅎ.. 차라리 안 받고 간섭 안받으시는 게 더 나으실수도 있어요 🫠 친정에서 받은 건 일체 없구요, 시댁에서는 임신하고 조리원비 + 용돈 + 아기용품 금액 + 고생했다고 6-700 정도 받은 것 같긴 해요 거절 거절해도 주셔서.. 전 같이 삽니다... ㅎㅎ

출산만으로는 기저귀 가방 사라고 300, 조리원비 200, 마사지비 100, 유모차 220, 그외 맛있는거 사먹으라고 100, 아기통장에 200 이렇게 주셨네요

항상 눈팅만 하다 처음 댓글써봐요. 저는 어제 출산했는데 시댁에서는(직계+사촌들)총 200정도 준비해주셔서 오늘 받았구요, 친정에서는 하나도 준비안해주셔서 저는 오히려 친정에 더 서운해요ㅎㅎ 남편도 반대로 저희집에 서운할 법도 한데 남편은 티도 안내서 고맙네요...저 친정부모님이랑 사이 안좋거나 어려운 가정아니고, 평범하게 투닥거릴때도 있지만 잘지내고 있는데 이런 이벤트적인 면에서는 용돈이 원체 없네요...ㅋㅋㅋ시댁보다 오히려 저희친정이 좀 더 안정적으로 더 잘살거든요.... 근데 친오빠는 담달에 결혼한다고 5000준비해주신다는데 저는 결혼할때 0 받았어요. 대신에 제가 그만큼 시댁에 잘해야 해요... 용돈주신분들 10만원주셔도 감사하다고 인사드리고 시간날때 찾아뵙거나 전화라도 드려야하고 명절때 시댁만 가는게 아니라 고모,이모,삼촌분들 한분씩 다 뵈러다닐때도 있어요. 또 시댁 사촌동생들 결혼 출산 입학 등등 다 자잘하게 챙겨야될것도 많아요. 근데 저희친정은 아무데도 안가고 딱 친정만 갔다오면 되구요~ 삼촌 고모 이모 사촌들 아무도 안챙겨도 돼요. 너무 서운해하시지 마셔요ㅠㅠ

전 친정이 그리 잘 살진 않는데 아버지가 얼마전에 외제차를 뽑으셨거든요? 그리고 아기 낳고 용돈을 챙겨주시긴 했지만 제 생각보단 작았구요. 그래서 그런 마음이 들더라고요. 
'아, 외제차 살 돈이면 그냥 원래차 타시고 우리 좀 더 챙겨주시지'

근데 이 생각을 하고 곱씹어 생각할수록 내가 너무 이기적인거에요. 부모님은 부모님의 삶을 즐길 권리가 있고, 용돈을 주고 안 주고도 부모님의 마음이니까요! 
(친정으로 예를 들었지만 시댁으로 바꿔도 뭐 똑같다 생각듭니다^^)

왜 내가 이런 생각을 할까? 생각해보니 이런저런 육아 커뮤니티에서 보면서 '조리원비/임신출산용돈'을 주는 친정/시댁의 이야기를 들으며 나도 모르게 바라게 된 마음이 있더라고요.

결국 아이를 낳고 최종적인 목표는 '독립된 인간'으로 키워내는 거인데 어른인 우리는 아직도 부모로부터 독립을 못한 것일까, 생각해보게 됩니다.

아버지가 외제차를 사셨을 때 겉으로는 "아빠, 인생을 즐기셔서 너무 보기좋아요!" 해놓고는 속으로 '조금 덜 즐기셨으면'했던 내 마음이 참 죄송스러워요. 이제는 그런 생각 안하려하지만 했던 그 순간이요.

아기를 가지고 낳으면서 더 나은 사람이 되고싶은 매일이에요. 내 모습을 아기가 닮을 것 같아서요.

각자의 사정이 다를터이니 우리 비교말고 행복한 육아해요. 아가 금방 크더라고요. 예쁜 모습 보며 행복해하기에도 짧은 하루입니다. 모두 육아팅이에요 ☺️

첫째땐 어머님 100, 아버님 100+조리원비정도 주셨는데 둘째는 9년만인데 어머님은 아직 별말없으셨고 그래도 임신중에 먹고싶은거 해주시고 아버님도 임신중엔 먹고싶은거 사주시고 출산했다고 아직 뭘 주시진 않으셨어요. 아직 아가보러 안오셔서 그런걸수도 있는데 그냥 주시면 감사하다고 생각할려구요ㅎㅎ 친정에서도 첫째땐 엄마가 아기용품 바리바리 사오셨는데 둘째는 몸조리 해주시러 와주시는것만으로도 감사하다고 생각중이라 시부모님께도 기대안하고 있는게 덜서운하겠죠...?ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 그래도 이것저것 받으신분들 보면 부럽긴하네요^^

저는 친정에서는 거의 천가까이받은거같은데 시댁은 0이요ㅋㅋ어차피 받은건 언젠가는 되갚을거라 생각하기에~받은게 적고 많고는 의미가 없는거같아요!형편대로 하는거죠 뭐^^;;

안주시면 어쩔수없고 주시면 고마운거지만 댓글들보니 부럽네요ㅜ졌습니다ㅜㅋㅋㅋㅋ 지금 10주차인데 시댁에선 아직까지 아무것도 받은거 없네요... 결혼 6년만에 가진 아이이고 아기없을때 갈때마다 이런거 사오지나말고 돈아끼고 빨리애나갖지 이렇게 혼잣말 다들리게 하셨는데ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 시외할머니도 작년추석때 제 배 손가락으로 튕기시며 밥값이나해 이래서 얼마나 어이가 없었는지ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 요즘 이런시댁있나여ㅎㅎ 아가 안생겨서 속상했는데 명절이라고 가도 빈손으로 간적없고 항상 용돈도 챙겨드리고 했는데 그런말듣고나면 뭐하러왔나 싶더라구요...^^ 참고로 친정에선 아기생기라고 임신보약도 두번이나 해주셨고 그거먹고 생겼어요ㅎ 임신사실 알고나선 비싼 망고며 천혜향이며 과일선물도 보내주시구요...ㅎㅎ

적게 받는게 아닌지 생각하시는 것도..티 내서 그 후로 고모님이랑 등등 용돈 챙겨주셨다는 것도 , 욕심에 카시트 하나 더 받고 싶다고 하시는 것도 참 놀랍네요...😱😱😱😱😱

그 전에는 저 옷사라구 100 주시고 아가 옷이랑 아가띠 해서 100만원 넘게 사주시고, 지인 가게라 필요한거 있으면 어머님 이름으로 달아놓구 어머님이 결제하신다고 하셨어요. 
등등 밥 사주시고, 용돈주시고...
아가 태어나기 전 더 큰집으로(40평대)이사갔는데 집 사주신거 ..? 

출산하고 300~ 그전에 가방사라고 300~ 먹고싶은거 사먹으라고 선불카드~ 최고에여 징짜..

저는 딩크였다가 시댁의강력한 설득에 마음 바꿔서 시험관하게 됐고, 시댁에서 시험관에 들어간 비용 다 내주셨어요. 양가 모두 첫 손주에요.  임신 기간 동안 1~2개월에 한번 30~50만원 용돈 주셨고, 아기용품 사라고 300주시고, 조리원비 내주시기로 했어요. 친정에서는 현금 300만원이랑 아기 선물로 금 10돈, 아기 하이체어 해주셨구요. 대신 받은 만큼 해야되요. 시댁 간섭 엄청 심합니다. 임신 중에 받는 검사까지 참견하셨어요. 출산 했는데 아기 예방 접종 가지고도 이래라 저래라 하십니다.ㅠㅠ 안 주셔도 된다고 거절했지만 소용 없었어요ㅠㅠ 주신만큼 관심과 간섭이 있어요. 세상에 공짜는 없어요.

저 또한 시댁은 남편한테 조리원비에 보태서 쓰라고 주시고.. 
그외에는 아기 낳고 맛있는 거 사먹으라 조리하라고 주시고, 
아기 용품 사라고 주시고....
위에 2000만원은 대단하시네요... 하하

저희는 신랑외동아들이고 첫손녀인데 시댁에서 첨에 영양제사먹으라고30보내시고 이번 어린이날때 애기출산용품사라고 100주셨어요 ㅋㅋ저희 친정부모님은 애기 유모차,아기띠, 카시트 사주실 예정이구요,,ㅎ,,

억단위로 주는집도 있고 겨우50 주는 집도있고. 집마다 다달라요. 내가 욕심을 못버려 계속 비교하고 더해주는집 얘기만듣게되면 속만상합니다

전 그런 말씀 없으셨고 축하 인사만 받았어요ㅎㅎ 친정에서는 이것저것 사준다고 하시고 조리원비도 지원해주신다고 하셨지만 그건 집 마다 다르기때문에 전 서운하다고 한번도 못 느꼈던거같아요! 그냥 해주시면 너무 감사히 받을 거 같은데용ㅎㅎ

줄수 있는 경제적여건 인데도 안 주시면 당연 서운할 일이고요.. 시댁 먹고사는 것도 빠듯한 상황이라 형편이 안 되시면 어쩔수 없는거 같아요.

저희는 딱히 기대는 안하고ㅋㅋㅋ 조리원비 400인데 양가 200만원씩만 달라 남편이 장난식으로 말씀드렸는데 정말 양쪽 에서 주신다 하더라구요? 기대감 하나도 없이 받게된거라 그저 감사하네요ㅋㅋ 최근에 어버이날 챙겨드리지도 못했는데 생일이라고 맛난거 먹으라고 어머님과 아가씨가 20+5 해서 용돈 보내주셨는데 그저 감사할따름이네용^^ 엄마는 어버이날 식사같이했고 남편이 용돈 10, 아빠한테 20 드렸고 제 생일에 엄마가 순금3돈, 친오빠는 운동화사줬습니다. 유모차는 너무 먼 얘기같은데 친오빠는 유모차 사주고싶은지 드릉드릉거리네요. 둘이 좋아서 결혼했고 둘이 좋아 애낳는데 왜 시가에서 용돈을 줘야하나용?? 무슨 사정이 있으시기에??ㅠㅠ

임신소식 듣고 먹고 싶은거 먹으라고 100주셨고, 출산하니 조리원비 전부 내주셨어요. 그리고 중간중간 만날때 마다 10~20씩 주셨고요.

친정엄마가 50 , 아빠는 아기용품들 사주시고 시어머님은 집 명의 주셨어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 결혼할때 어머님명의 아파트를 받았거든요~ㅎㅎ

전 친정에서 많이 지원해줫어요 애기용품도 같이 가서 다 사주고 시댁은..말 안할게요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ애기 태어나고서도 친정은 필요한거 잇음 말해라 빚을 내서라도 사줄게 애기용품 많이 비싸드라 이러면서 옷도 계절마다 거의 백만원씩 사주고 친정은 사랑이죠

저는 이글 보고 다른사람들은 용돈도 받구나했네요~
저희는 양쪽다 딱히 주신건없구 시부모님 가까니 계셔서 반찬얻어다먹는정도인데 저는 충분히 젛아용
다른집은 고부갈등도 많다하고 뭐 극단적으로 축하받지못히고 애지우라는집도 있다는거 보면 그냥 축하해주고 가끔밥사주시고 이걸로도 복받았다 생각했어욤

저희는 임신소식 알렸을때랑 출산했을때 양가 비슷하게 온가족이 챙겨 주셨어요. 저희 친가는 엄빠, 언니, 동생 , 할머니가 100~300 정도씩 주셨고, 시댁에서는 시할머니랑 누나가 100만원 이외 가족분들은 몇십만원 이런식으로 시부모님, 고모님들, 이모님들, 외삼촌, 작은 아버지, 큰아버지 온가족이 주셨어요^^ 
총 금액은 친가, 시가 비슷한거 같아요~ 
위에 어느분이 말씀하신 것 처럼 친가는 별로 신경 쓸일이 없었는데 시가는 용돈 주신 모든 분들께 일일히 전화드려서 감사인사 전하고 선물 보내드리고 했습니당 ㅎㅎㅎ 

저는 300 받았습니다! 적게줘서 미안하다고 하시는데 저는 이것도 감사했어요 ^_^

꼭 받아야하는건 아닌거같아용! 저희는 시아버지께서 돌아가셔서 어머니 혼자 계시는데 아무래도 사정상 저희가 챙겨드릴려고 노력중이에요~
오히려 이제까지 고생하셨는데 저희가 드리면 드렸지 받을 생각은 안해봤네용
친정은 용돈 챙겨드려도 오히려 배로 다시 돌아오긴해요😭

이제 거의 13개월 다되어가는 아기예요
유아식 아무리 해줘도 먹지를 않아요
아예 입도 안대고 고개 돌려버려요 먹어보고 안먹으면 이해하겠는데 아예 처음부터 먹지를 않아요 
어린이집 다녀서 일정하게 밥을 먹일수 있지 않아
아침이랑 저녁에 비슷한 시간대에 밥먹이려고 하고있어요 우유도 아예 안먹어서 킨더밀쉬 섞어서 아침에는 분유 주고 저녁에는 유아식 만들어서 안먹으면 시판이유식 완료기무른밥 먹이고 있어요 유아식 아무리 이것저것 다 만들어줘도 하나도 안먹고 생우유, 멸균우유 아무것도 안먹구요 미쳐버릴거같아요 ... 분유 끊으라 하는데 밥을 안먹는데 끊을수가 있나요 우유도 입도 안되는데요 ...ㅠㅠ

돌아기 유아식 미칠것같아요 ㅠㅠ

유아식은 무염인가용?얼집다니면 얼집에선 저염으로 유아식줄텐데 집에서 무염으로하면 안먹더라구용 집에서도 살짝간을 해서주면 먹지않을까용?ㅠㅠ저희애는 그랬어가지구요!

ㅠㅠㅠ계란찜도 안먹나요,,, 여기계란찜만 먹는 아기있습니다,, 

저희 아기도 돌 지나니까 바로 밥이랑 우유 다 거부했는데... 파스타랑 빵은 잘 먹더라구요...?  그래서 그냥 외국 애긴갑다...하며 키우고 있어요 🤣 

지난주 아기집 확인하고 오늘 갔는데.. 아기집은 조금 커졌지만, 난황은 안보이네요 ㅜㅜ
임신 이후 갈색냉부터 시작해서 밝은 빨강 생리피 같은 피까지 끊이지 않고 나오고 있는데 산부인과에서는 어떤것도 아직은 알 수 없다네요. 출혈도 착상혈이라고만 하는데… 10일 넘게 지속되고 덩어리도 나오구요 ㅜㅜ 내일 대학병원 무작정 가보려 하는데…. 진료를 받을 수 있을지 답답하기만 하네요. 유산방지제 두개씩 넣으라는 처방만 받아왔습니다. 저랑 비슷하신 분 계신가요??

6주차.. 난황이 없어요.

 저 첫 계류유산한 케이스랑 비슷해서 댓글 남겨요 ㅠㅠ 5주에 아기집확인했고 2주뒤 진료예약했는데 그 사이에 자꾸 갈색피가 나더라구요 그래서 다른 병원가봤더니 아기집은 커져있는데 난황이 보일시기에 안보인다고 고사난자 확정 지으시더라구요. 본병원에서도 계류유산의심된다고 일주일 뒤에 오라는 소견 얼마후에 덩어리 , 붉은피 쏟았어요 ㅠㅠ 
부디 아니시길바라며 다른 병원 꼭 가보셔요 

저는 1주일전에 피 조금 나왔는데 걱정되서병원에 전화하니까 병원에서는 진정해서 화장실가는거말고는 게속누어있고 만약게 피많이 나오면 응급실 빨리 가라고했어요. 임신초기에 피보는거 엄청 조심해야돼요 ..

걱정많으시겠어요 ㅠㅠ 저는 갈색혈이라 착상혈이니 걱정말라고 하셨고 빨간혈은 위험하니 바로 병원오라고 하셨었어요 지금은 7주에요^^

158일 아가에요 
첫수막수는 고정을 아직 못했어요~
한번에 먹는양이 많지않았었고
이제야 좀 늘어가서요
아직 이앓이는 없구요!

낮잠은 4번정도 자고있고
입면도 혼자 잘하고 낮잠 2는 2시간까지도 자요
낮잠4는 5시에서 6시 사이에 30분 안넘기고 알아서 깨구요 
총 낮잠은 평균 3시간자네요

문제는 밤잠인데 나름 수면의식이라고 
불 다 끄고 무드등만 키고 막수 하는데
시간은 보통 7시30분~ 8시 30분 사이구요

막수하면서 잠드는날이 더 많고
혹시나 트림 하다가 깨거나 뭐때매 깨면 
낮잠잔거처럼 산뜻해지는지 그 후로 한시간이상 걸릴때도있고..
막수하면서 안자게 하려해도 
너무 밤잠입면이 길어지고 울어대서
먹으면서 자면 서로 덜힘들어서 안자게 못하겠우요.. 

너무 울면 아기띠하고 재워보기도하고
안고 토닥이기도하고 
눕혀도보고 사람도 바꿔보고 할수있는거 다 하는데 왜 밤잠만 유독 잠들기 힘든지
너무 지치고 힘들어서 저녁시간만되면 긴장해요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 오늘은 얼마나 울려나 언제자려나싶어서..

그렇기 어찌저찌 잠에들면 새벽에 한두시에
한번정도 깨고 그땐 쪽쪽이 주면 잠들어요
보통 9시에 자면
첫수를 5시~5시30분쯤 정량 다 먹고 또 2시간~3시간정도를 더자네요 이거도 밤잠연장이죠..?


저 뭘 잘못하고있는걸까요 ㅠㅠㅠ
오늘은 울다가 애기가 목이 쉬어서 
고민이 더 깊어져서 경험담과 조언을 구하고자
아가 재우자마자 긴 글 써봤네요..

수유 총량이 적은날엔
새벽에 깨도 수유 절대 안하시는지도 궁금해요! 
오늘이 수유량이 적은날이라 이따가 깨면
우유주고싶어질거같아서요..



밤잠만 입면이 힘든아기

깨시는 얼마나 될까요? 
막수하면서 조는 상태라면 깨시를 넘어 과피로 상태라서 그런거 같아요! 
먹으면서 조는것도 잔거라고 생각하기때문에 입면시간이 더 길어지는듯 합니다ㅠ..
첫수는 무조건 고정해서 아기가 하루 일과에 적응하도록 해보시는게 어떨까요? 
낮잠은 3번으로 낮잠1 1시간/ 낮잠2 2시간/ 마지막 낮잠 30분으로 재워보셔도 좋을거 같아요

먹다가 자는 것만은 고쳐주셔야 잠연장이 잘되어 아기가 안깨고 잘 수 있어요. 5시 첫수먹고 2-3시간 더자는 건 밤잠맞구용 ㅜ 

7-7 안에 수유량 다먹인다고 생각하시고 기상시간, 첫수부터 고정해보세요. 그러면 모든 패턴이 따라와요. 일과가 고정되어야 애가 배가고파서 깨는지 그냥 자는지 엄마가 쉽게 알수있어요. 
정상범위 내에 크고 있다면 지금은 새벽수유없이 버틸 수 있는 개월수고, 새벽엔 덜주다가 점차 안주고 달래보세요. 

저희 아기도 이제 180일인데 2주 전까지만해도 밤잠 입면을 힘들어했어요! 

그러다 알게된 건, 막수량이 많았다는 점, 충분히 소화시키지 않았던 점이 문제였더라구요! 

막수로 먹고 푹 자라고 240ml 줬는데 200ml로 줄였고, 충분히 놀아주니 피곤한지 잘 자요 ㅋㅋㅋ 

가끔 잠든지 1시간 만에 깨서 똘망해질 때 있는데 그롬 그냥 다 내려놓고 맘껏 놀아줍니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 그럼 피곤한지 잘 자요! 

혹시 막수 때만 조나요?? 아니면 모든 수유 시에 조나요?? 

저는 처음부터 자세한게 좋아서 바로 니프티 플러스(더맘스캐닝 플러스) 검사 80만원에 진행했습니다. 일반 양수검사나 니프티 검사는 염색체 수만 보지 미세결실(염색체 중복이나 결실)은 보지 못해요. 미세결실도 발달 지연이나 장애에 큰 영향을 줘서 다 보게되었고 결과상 15번 염색체 장완의 13.3 부분에 1Mb 크기의 중복 고위험군으로 나왔어요. 이부분은 의사들도 사실 일반 니프티를 했다면 모르고 지나가도 될 부분이라 조심스럽다 하셔서 정확하게 양수검사+CMA(미세결실) 다시 하기로했어요ㅠㅠ 비용은 200정도 추가되구요... 저처럼 다운 에드워드 이런 증후군이 아니고 기타로 분류된 증후군들은 일반 양수검사로도 결과를 볼 수 없데요.. CMA로 염색체를 쪼개서 결실이나 중복을 하나하나 다 봐여한다네용 .. 게다가 니프티는 선별 검사라 확률이 40% 이하더라구요 35세 이상이신분은 저처럼 이중으로 맘고생과 돈낭비를 하지마시구 바로 양수 CMA 검사를 하는걸 추천드려요.. 니프티에서 고위험군이 나와도 양수에서 아니라고 나오거나 저위험군이었던게 오히려 이상이 있다고 나오는 경우도 종종 있어서 선별보단 확진 검사가 정확하고 깔끔할 듯 해요 .. 저처럼 니프티에서 고위험군 나왔다가 양수에서 정상 나오는 분들 계신가요?

49일차

저희애도 그래요. 황금변에서 녹색 그어딘가 사이로 대변보고 많이 묽지않은정도인데 괜찮더라구요. 모로반사는 4개월이후부터는 줄어든다고  하더라구요. 그러다 6개월쯤 없어진다고 하네요. 

아기옷이나 손수건 빨래 언제쯤 하시나용?
전10월 말이라서 아직 손도안댔는데....ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
추석지나면 몸이 너무 무거워서 못할것같고 지굼해야하나 고민이에요 ㅋㅋㅋ

주변에서 적어도 36주전에는 다 해놓으라고 하더라구요  애기 언제나올지 모른다구 ㅎㅎ 저는 예정일 한달전에 하려구용 ~~

33주인데..계속 습해서 이번태풍지나가고 할까싶어요 제가사는동네가 습지주변이라 그런가 밤에 습도가 맨날100씩뜨네요ㅜ

저는 31주에 다 끝내고 아기지퍼백에 다 넣어놨어요! 마음의 짐이었던 빨래 끝내니 홀가분해요ㅋㅋㅋ

28주부터 하고 잇어요ㅎ  
아기옷 수건만 할게 아니라서 ㅠ 몸 더 무겁기전에 해가지고 셋팅해놓으려구요ㅎㅎ출산가방도 싸야하고 할게많아요 ㅠㅠ

전 지금 30주고 미리 했는데 약간 후회중이에요ㅋㅋ 습기 때문에 세탁한 아기용품 중 몇개는 곰팡이 냄새가 나더라고요ㅜㅜㅜ

전 다해서 정리 해놨어요 ㅎㅎ 좀더ㅠ지나면 힘들거같아서 애기옷 침구 다 빨아서 정리했네요 ㅎㅎ 

내일이면 31주인데 아직 구매도 안한 사람 여기 있어요....ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ9월초에 쇼핑하러 가기로 했답니다......

저는 31주이고,10월중순 쯤 예정인데 지금 미리 하고 있어요~ 배 더 나오면 더 힘들거같아서용~ 어차피 날도 더워서 잘 안나가게되서 집에서 찬찬히 하다보니 이제 아기옷세탁만 하면 끝이네용~ 지퍼백에 다 넣어놨는대 습하고 하면 혹시나 걱정스러워서 제습제 하나씩 넣어놨어요!!

저는 10월 중순예정인데 남편이 추석때 몰아서 하자고 해서 흐린눈중이에요 ㅎㅎ

저도 10월 말인데 아직 미루고 있어요.. 추석 전에 해야하나 고민이긴 한데 우선 태풍이온다니 이번주 지나고 하려구 미뤘어요..ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅋㅋ

엊그제 영검가서 영양제 물어봣는데 비타민D외에는 특별히 필요한게 없다고하시더라구요ㅋ

저도 유산균 말곤 먹이는거 없어요.
흰우유 먹으면서 어찌줘야하는지 헷갈려서 그마저도 멈춘상태네요 ㅎㅎ

종합비타민제랑 오메가3 먹이고 있어요~ 영양제도 마치 아이들 치약 고를 때 불소vs무불소, 수면교육 한다vs안한다처럼 엄마들이 선택하듯 선택vs미선택 느낌인 것 같아요 ㅎㅎㅎ 필요없다는 얘기도 있지만 저는 알아보고 먹이고 있어요!

밥은 이유식이면 유아식으로 해보시거나 김, 치즈, 간장과 참기름...ㅋㅋㅋ 치트키를 쓰기 시작하는 거 같아요!!

유산균 비타민D 주는뎅 겨울철에는 비타민c도 챙겨주고 있어요 감기 예방하려구요!!

저는 아기 비염끼가 있어서 비염에 좋다는 식품들? 챙겨 먹이고 영양제는 유산균, 비타민d, 아연(알러케어 먹다가 최근에 면역 플러스로 바꿨어요) 먹여요

태열로 생긴 신생아 여드름들은 흉터 안남아요. 시간 지나면서 다 없어져요. 저도 첫째 낳고 속상했는데 다 없어졌고, 이번에 둘째는 그래도 한번 겪어봤다고 '시간 지나면 없어지겠거니~' 하고 시원하게 해주고 기다리고만 있어요. 

저도 애기 태열때문에 수딩젤도 바르고, 이 겨울에 반팔매쉬입히고 있었네요,,,그래도 안없어졌는데 이모님 추천으로 약모밀 바르고 태열 지금은 없어요

저요...ㅠㅠ 입덧때문에 안 찌다가 16주 이 후에 두 달 만에 6키로가 확 쪄서 선생님이 체중 조절 하라구 하시더라구요ㅠㅠ 전 빵, 과자, 초콜렛 좋아해서 괴롭네요

저는 23주 3일인데...입덧이 없어서 초기부터 꾸준히 야금야금 찌더니 지금은 9키로 증가했네요ㅠㅠㅠ....
