저는 라라스+여름상하의입히고 올라가는손 바지로넣음+좁쌀베개 긴걸로 목 둘러서 쪽쪽이 눌러줘요...
10프로확률로 밤새 쪽쪽이가 안빠져 숙면을 취할때도 있습니다 ㅋㅋ
가끔 똑바로 눕혀 재우기도 하는데요 그때도 똑같이 배바지해서 양손 넣고 좁쌀베개로 쪽쪽이 눌러줘요

저희 애는 손가락으로 쪽쪽이 갖고 놀아요 그러다 빠지면 울어서 진짜 어이없지만 귀여우니까....😇

em nghĩ là hạn chế tinh bột thì nên ăn ngô hay khoai với rau xanh nhiều lên và hoa quả với cá hấp hay tôm hấp ý ạ mấy cái đấy vừa ít tinh bột nhưng vẫn đầy đủ chất cho em bé nữa ạ 

Nấu ăn nêm gia vị chứ ko nêm ăn sao nổi mom, bớt tinh bột và đồ ngọt là ổn thôi à, ráng uống sữa không đường chứ đừng uống nước mía dừa nhen

Mình bị tđtk, nấu ăn nêm gia vị bình thường. Kiêng ngọt đường và tinh bột. Trái cây thì kiêng các loại quá ngọt như sầu riêng, vải. Mình ăn cơm gạo lứt, bún phở hủ tiếu vẫn ăn nhưng chỉ ăn 1/2 so với lượng quán bán, ăn nhiều hơn sẽ bị tăng chỉ số. Mình ko ăn khoai lang vì chỉ 1 củ nhỏ thôi là lên đường huyết rồi, bắp chỉ được 1/2 trái. Nước dừa ngày 1 trái, thanh long nửa trái ko bị lên đường huyết. Vì cơ địa mỗi người khác nhau, mức độ tăng đường huyết khác nhau nên tốt nhất bạn mua máy test tại nhà, ăn món nào xong là test món đó, sau sẽ rút ra được thực đơn phù hợp với bản thân. Máy test gồm cả kim và que test tầm 200k là xài ổn rồi, ko cần mua loại mắc tiền đâu bạn. 

Mom thay đổi cách ăn cũng cải thiện đường huyết nè. 1 bữa ăn chia 4 phần, 2 phần là rau, luộc thì càng tốt, 1 phần đạm và 1 phần tinh bột. Ăn theo thứ tự rau => đạm => tinh bột. Trái cây bỏ hẳn mít, sầu riêng, dưa hấu.

Mom uống thêm nước gạo lứt nha. Ổn định đường huyết tốt nè. Hãm như trà uống trong ngày 

Tuỳ theo mom bị tđtk nhẹ hay nặng nữa mom, mom kỹ thì mua đường bắp, đường ăn kiêng về nêm. Mình kiêng khem 2 tuần thực sự là k ăn trái cây ngọt: sầu riêng, nhãn, chôm chôm...; không trà sữa, nước ngot; k ăn bánh vặt...trộm vía chỉ số đường mình sau xét nghiệm về lại bình thường thậm chí hơi thấp nữa nên nếu tg trước mom thèm ăn ngọt nhiều thù nay hạn chế và cắt bớt sẽ ổn hơn ak mom. Mỗi cơ thể mỗi sự thích nghi và sự nạp khác nhau nên mom cân chỉnh sao cho khoẻ người nha, vì chỉ có mình mới biết rõ cơ thể mình. Mình còn em bé nữa nên đừng kiêng khem quá tội con lắm

근데 30주차 되면서 진짜 숨도 잘 가빠지고ㅋㅋ

오늘 검진받았는데 교수님은 일할수있을때까지 일하는건 좋다고 하셔서ㅋㅋ 원하는대답이 아니었어요 일한다는 핑계로 운동도 하나두 안하는데 걱정이네요

직장인분들 언제부터 출산휴가 쓰세요?

전 34주부터 산전후출산휴가 신청해놨어요!! 사무직이라 앉아서 일하긴한데 손이랑 다리가 너무 부어서... 오후되면 힘들더라구요ㅠ

저는 설부터 쉬어요~~
아가 만나는건 좋지만 아가 만나기전에 혼자만의 시간좀 갖고싶어서 앞당겼어요 ㅎㅎ

저도 3/28 예정일인데 2/16까지 일하기로 했어요! (35주부터 휴식)
이제 진짜 힘든것같아요 ㅋㅋ 배가 책상에 닿으니까 불편하네요 

ㅎㅎㅎ저는 36주부터 휴가 들어가용 지금 33주인데 앉아있는것도 힘들구 ,, 몸이 땡땡 붓는거같은 느낌도 힘드네욤 ,,요가 가는 날 아니면 매일 집 와서 스트레칭 하고있어용 ㅠ 

저는 서서 일해서 최대한 빨리 출산휴가 써서 33주에 들어가요~ 다리도 붓고  손가락관절이 벌써 아프네요 

37주쯤 들어가요~~ 첫째때도 37주 반까지 일했었네요ㅎ 전 오히려 일하러 나가야 움직이고 성취감도 있는지라.. 힘들어도 일하는게 정신건강에 좋더라고요! 사람마다 다르니까요ㅎ

저는 자궁경부도 짧고해서 12월말부터 휴직중이예여 ..ㅎㅎ 둘째라 더힘들기도했고 조산위험도 있어서 일찍쉬기 잘한거같아요 스트레스도 덜받고 잠도실컷자고 있어서 ㅎㅎ

저두 3월 21일 예정인데 딱 3월부터 쉴 예정입니다 ㅎㅎ 팀장님은 2월중이라도 언제든 몸 상태보고 들가라고 하는데.. 한푼이 아쉽기도 하고 단축근무해서 버티는게 이득이라는 생각에ㅜㅜㅋㅋㅋ 30주차 되면서 숨 가빠진다는거 완전 공감이요ㅠㅠ

저는 3월 29일 출산예정인데 39주까지는 일하고 싶어서 왠맘하면 그렇게 하려구요~ 가능할지는 모르겠지만 ㅜㅜ 의사 선생님이랑 상의 해서 결정하게 될거 같긴해요 ㅎㅎ

저는 3월24일 예정인데 출산휴가는 예정일 2주전부터 쓰고 그 전에 연차쭉 몰아쓸 예정이라 설 지나고 그 다음주부터 쉴것 같아요!! 아마 35주쯤??

저는 재택근무로 전환해서 38주부터 쉬고 두달 휴가냈어요~!

조리원에 있으면 엄마 몸 회복에 도움이 되기도 하지만 오래있으면 아기가 밤낮 구분이 잘 될까도 걱정이고 늘 불 켜진 밝은 곳에 있으니까 예민해질 수 있겠다 생각이 언젠가 들더라구요! 그래서 비용을 떠나 갑자기 1주일만 있을까 2주 다 채워서 있을까 고민이 듭니다ㅜㅜ 예비어머니들은 조리원에 다들 얼마정도 있을 예정이신가요~?

조리원 1주 vs 2주

저는 개인적으로 양가 다 멀고 초산모니까 배울점이 있지않을까 하는마음으로 일단 2주 예약해두었어요 ! 혹시라도 지내다가 불편하면 일주일만 있다가 나오려구요 ! 

어차피 그시기엔 밤낮구분은 크게 의미없어요ㅋㅋ 아기보다는 엄마 성향에 따라 정하세요! 답답할것같으면 1주, 천국처럼 있을것같으면 2주! 잘 모르겠으면 2주 계약하고 조기퇴소하는것도 방법이에요! 저는 맘같아서는 3주나 4주는 있고싶은데 첫째도 있어서ㅜㅜㅠ 2주라도 즐기고올거에요ㅋㅋㅋ

첫째라면 2주! 전 둘째라서 일주일만😂 첫째 얼집 문제도있고 엄마껌딱지라서 아무리생각해도 2주는 힘들겠더라구요.
그래도 첫째시면 2주가 좋아요! 잠이라도 편히 자고 마사지받고나오심 몸이 좀 풀릴거에요!

저 첫째때 조리원은 저녁에 조도낮춰주시더라구요~! 밤낮 구분 중요한데 저희 첫째는 집와서 밤낮 바뀌어서 낮에도 아주 잘잤어요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 집에 와서 밤잠 타이밍만 잘 맞춰주세요!

초산은 2 주 경산은 1주요!! ㅎㅎ

여러 교육도 있고 , 밥도 일정한 시간에 급하지 않게 챙겨먹을 수 있고요! 쉴 수 있을 때 쉬라는 말 격하게 공감했어요
저는 둘째라 그런지 첫째가 넘 애틋해서ㅜㅜ 일주일 있다 올까 아직도 고민 중이에요 

저도 2주요~ 이때 아니면 언제 쉬겠어용 그리고 둘째부터는 조리원 잇기도 힘들다하더라구요 그래서 망설임없이2주갑니다! ㅋㅋ

조리원비는 2주 예약하셔도 실제로 지내는 만큼만 부과될텐데(지역차가 잇는지는 모르겟음) 1주만 예약하면 연장하고 싶어도 다음 예약이 잇어서 연장 어렵다 하더라구용 

제 지인은 2주 예약하고 답답해사 10일만에 집에 갓는데 집가고 이틀만에 후햇답니다 ㅎㅎㅎ;


첫째는 조리원 안 갔구 산후도우미3주! 둘째 임신 중인데 조리원 2주 다녀올거에요.
맘 같아선 둘째도 안 가고 싶은데 내 인생 마지막 출산이다 생각하니 가야겠어여.ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
근데 저도 맘님이랑 같은 이유로 첫째 때 조리원 안 갔는데,,, 그 덕인지 몰라도 애가 엄청 순했어요. 신생아 때 눕히면 그냥 자고 어두우면 밤잠 자곸ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ편했어용.

늘리는 건 안돼도  줄이는 건 되니까 일단 2주하라 그래서 저도 2주했어요 ㅎㅎ

저희집은 방마다 공청기가 있어요! 미세먼지 많은 날은 환기를 해도 공기가 안 좋아서 꼭 필요하다고 생각 됩니다ㅎㅎ 거실에 하나만 둬도 전체적으로 공기가 좋아져서 추천이요!!

ベビーベッドの必要性と卒業のタイミング！

Mấy c cho em hỏi, em cho bé nhà em bú nằm khi bú xong thì bé cũng lăn ra ngủ ngay em lại sợ bé bị trớ sữa dẫn tới sặc sữa nma nếu bế bé lên thì bé lại bị tỉnh giấc ngủ mất. Vậy em có cần thiết phải bế bé không ạ, tập đầu nên em còn bỡ ngỡ không biết ạ 🥹

bú nằm

Mấy hôm em cũng sợ trớ nên cứ bua xong ẻm ngủ e vẫn bế lên nhưng sau đó ẻm tỉnh giấc luôn, hiện tại mịn mua cái gối dốc 11 độ cho ẻm bú xong nằm ngủ luôn trộm vía đang ổn. Có hôm ẻm khó chịu thì mình mới bế lên vỗ ợ, mà thường bế lên r em bé lại mất ngủ phải dỗ rất lâu

Gối này đây ạ! Mình mua cái gối tam giác thôi ak, gối chống trào mình có r mà loại tròn em bé bị lọt vô cái lỗ với nằm lâu sợ ảnh hưởng xương sống. Mình trộm vía thấy cũng ổn ak các mom tham khảo thử ạ chứ nuôi con phải rà tần số các ẻm từ từ, mình mua đồ mà con không sử dụng đc cũng nhiều lắm mom oi

Lúc bé còn ngủ e cho bé bú nằm thì e chỉ cần cho bé bú khoảng 15-20ml là đc .đừng để no quá sẽ bị trớ . Nếu e cho bé uống sữa pha thì trước khi cho bú e lở nắp bình ra rồi gắn vào lại để thoát khí ra ngoài . Như vậy cũng hạn chế đc. Có khí lúc bú dễ trớ và nấc cục á e . Hoặc có thể nghiên nhẹ người bé qua 1 phía vuốt nhẹ sau lưng cho bé dễ chịu.

Nhờ mẹ mua củ khoai tây ném dưới gầm giường của 2 mẹ con ngủ ấy . Như vậy bé ngủ ngon hơn ít quấy .cu nhà mình ngủ suốt cả ngày k khóc k quấy gì . Đêm uống 2 lần 23h 1 cữ sẵn thay bỉm vs 3h 1 cữ sữa thay bỉm ngủ tới sáng . Sáng dậy xíu thay bỉm uống sữa ngủ tiếp . Chỉ có lúc chiều tầm 16h30 là mình thức cháu dậy để tắm .massa rồi chơi vs cháu đến 18h30 hoặc 19h cho cháu ngủ . Vì thời gian 17-18h là giờ k tốt mình nghe ông bà bảo vậy nên khung giờ đó mình chơi vs cháu

Không cần mom, nhiều khi trớ xíu ra có thể là do bé còn ngậm sữa trong miệng thôi. Liều thử đi mom, nếu bị thì tìm cách khắc phục 

Bé mình 25 ngày rồi.bú ngồi thì sặc bú bình cũng sặc chỉ có bú nằm được mà trớ suốt ngày.rầu quá

Mình cũng từng cho con bú nằm(sữa mẹ) đến bây giờ ko sao cả, bé chỉ trớ xíu khi bú quá no thôi 

태아머리가 어플끼고 하면 항상 엄청 작게 나오는데,,,,소두증 ? 그런거일까봐 너무 걱정이되요 ㅠㅠ


의사선생님은 이상없다고는 하시는데
매번 주수보다 3-4주 작으니깐 ㅜㅜ괜히 걱정되네요 ㅜㅜ 

37주 태아머리가 작아요 (사진첨부)

오 저희 아이랑 거의 비슷하네요ㅋㅋㅋ저 4일에 낳았는데 그냥 직경이 작은 아이네요.. 의사선생님이 저도 걱정말라고 엄마닮아서 머리가 작은거같다고 초음파상으론 뇌에 문제 없어보인다고 하셨는데도 태어나서도 별말없으신거보니 괜찮은건가봐요ㅋㅋ 저도 여전히 신경쓰이긴하는데 둘레는 괜찮더라구요..

저도 아기머리가 작아서 걱정했었는데 (심지어 한달뒤에가도 크기가 거의 그대로라서) 그냥 얼굴이 작은 아기엿어요! 선생님이 별말씀 없었으면 갠찮을거에요~

38주 2일기준 머리직경 8.8cm 나왔는데 저희쌤은 자분하기 좋겠다구 아무문제 없다고 하셨어요!

첫째가 항상 2주~3주 머리둘레가 작았어요:) 태어나서 영유아검진해도..정밀검사필요로 뜰정도로 둘레가 항상 작아요ㅠㅠ
산부인과선생님/소아과선생님 모두 아무이상없이 그냥 머리크기가 작게 타고난거래요^^
근데..둘째도 2주정도 작아요ㅠㅠㅠ
다른건 다 정상인데...머리자체가 그냥 작은가봐요~

저도!!! 이번주 유도 하는데
2주 작대요!! 근데 오히려 수월할 거라고 웃으시던데요!!

이틀전에 꿈에 구렁이만한 큰뱀이 나타나서 사람들이 죽이려고 했는데 죽어서 그런건지 도망 가려고 그런건지 내 왼쪽 목과 어깨사이로 확 지나갔고 그 후 뒤돌아봤더니 작은뱀이 동그랗게 말고 자리에 편히 있는것처럼 보였음. 그러고 나서 깸. 아마 이게 12일에 꾼꿈 같은데 혹시나 싶어서 어제 테스트기 사서 오늘 아침에 해봤는데 바로 2줄은 안나와서 그럼 그렇지 하고 내려놨다가 핸드폰 잠깐 보다 아차 하고 확인했더니 2줄 이어서 어? 했음.
제조사가 휴마시스라 오류인가 싶으면서도 내심 긴장되긴 함. 이게 맞으면 뱀의 해에 뱀 꿈꾸고 뱀띠 아이 나오는거임. 히히..
지지난주에 심한 감기+방광염으로 몇일전까지 약먹고 어젠 몇달만에 와인 마시고..안좋은건 다했네요.
이번에도 아닐꺼야 하면서 와인한잔 한거구만..
오늘 감기 처방받았던 병원가서 지금부터 안먹으면 된다고 2개월 까진 조심하라고 다른과임에도 내식구 챙기듯이 얘기해준 의사선생님 고맙더라고요.
네이버 주수로는 4주0일이라 이틀단위로 테스트기 해보고 다음주 주말에 병원가볼껀데 오류가 아니고 진짜이기를 소망해봅니다.
아직 확실치 않아 주위에 얘기하긴 조심스럽지만 그래도 설레임 표출하고 싶어서 어플 깔고 글 올려봅니다.
