저녁 7:20 목욕 - 수유 - 30분 정도 트름 및 이야기 - 라라스에 눕히고 쪽쪽이 & 애착인형 안기고 잘자 사랑해 하면 보통 10분안으로 스스로 잠들어요!

궁금한건 저희 아기 새벽 중 한번은 꼭 깬다는건데 강성울음은 아니고 눈 떠서 낑낑하는 정도에 가보면 기저귀가 빵빵하나 새진 않은 상태

그래서 새벽에 깰때마다 기저귀만 갈아주고 수면의식처럼 똑같이 눕히고 쪽쪽이 잘자 사랑해하면 쭉 자거든요

근데 통잠이란건 새벽에 한번도 깨지않고 쭈욱 담날까지 자는 건가요? 그렇담 새벽에 애기가 깬다면 기저귀가 빵빵해도 스스로 다시 잠들때까지 냅둬야하는건지..
 새벽에 기저귀 갈아주는게 습관이 될 것 같기도 하구요!

ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ 호르몬 때문이어요 저도 슬 두통이 오고 있습니다 ... 타이레놀 한 20프로 증상 호전은 있어도 ㅜㅜㅜㅜ 완전 나아지지 않아요
첫찌때 진짜 뇌 어딘가가 고장이 나지 않고서야 이렇게 아플수 없다 했던 ㅜㅜㅜㅜ

13주차에 오른쪽 관자놀이가 하루 종일 아프고 하루 건너 또 아프더니 ㅠㅠ 맘카페서 철분제 미리 먹으라해서 먹었더니 안아프기 시작했어요! 혹시나 도움될까해서 댓글달아요!

헐 제가 딱 그런데 ! 목침이나 딱딱한 마사지 볼 을 땅에놓고 관자놀이나 볼을 대서 문지르거나 가만히 둬보세요 ㅠㅠ 저도 진짜 너무아파서 저녁에 한시간정도 셀프마사지하는데 훨 괜찮아요! 임신증상인가봐요... 저만 그런게 아녔군요..약간삼차신경통 재질인거같아요(제생각)

아기 무조건 매쉬소재옷만 입히고 에어컨 온도도 낮춰주세여! 

파우더가  최고던데요.. 전 크림 이런거 써본족은 없고 파우더만 쓰는데 지금껏 땀띠나 기저귀발진 난적이 없어요

파우더가 아기 호흡기에 안 좋다는 말이 있던데, 혹시 걱정되시면 쁘리마쥬 기저귀크림 써보세요. 파우더가 함유된 크림이라 발진이나 땀띠나는 곳에 다 발라도 된댔어요. 

파우더가 더 건조하게 해서 안좋데요 ㅎ 얼굴은 약모밀앰플해주고  엉덩이는 쁘리마쥬 기저귀크림 좋더라고요 파우더리항 크림이라 좋았어요

두끼먹고 한끼에 많아봤자 45에요ㅠㅠ 평균 20-30먹습니다 몸무게는 9키로 넘어여 220일되씁니다요ㅠ

217일 아기 키우고 있는데ㅎ 저는 아직 한끼 먹이고 있어요~ 2월1일부터 두끼 시작할까 합니다! 워낙 분유도 잘 안먹는 아가라 이유식도 그러네요ㅜㅜ 제일 많이 먹은게 90g 이고 안 먹으면 30g, 평균 50~60g 정도 먹는 것 같아요ㅎ

226일 아가인데 220일 정도까지 이유식 세숟가락 정도 먹음 안먹는다 해서 걱정이 너무 많았는데 일주일 사이 한끼 60~80정도 먹고 오전 오후 하루 두끼 하고 있어요. 시간이 답인가봐요~ 울 아가들 믿고 기다려봐요.😊

저번 주에 30 이번 주에 50 먹어요. 습관 들라고 세 끼 먹이고 있구요. 이것도 사과 섞어서 그나마 늘은 거예요. 토요일에 한시간반 차타고 식당갔는데 거기서는 분유는 안 먹더니 이유식 130 완밥하고 더 먹을 기세였어요. 배도 고프고 다 같이 먹는 분위기라 잘 먹었나봐요.

216일 아가고 저희아가는 단호박주면서부터 늘기 시작 했어요! 한끼당 30 간신히 먹거나 소고기 퉤퉤해서 어쩌나 했었는데 달달한 반찬 추가해서 주기 시작 했더니 지금은 100~110정도 먹고있어요!!

분유는 확 줄어서 하루 4번 수유하는데 500 먹기 힘들구요.. 이유식은 30정도 2번해서 겨우 60ㅠㅠ 최고 많이 먹은게 70이였어요.. 안먹는다고 울고불고ㅠㅠ
좋아하는것도 딱히 모르겠고...
그래서 그런지 몸무게가 1달 동안 정체해있어요~~

작게먹어도 시작한지 두달이라 이제 두끼 먹이는데요..
한끼에 엄청 잘먹으면 90(이때까지 세번 있었던일) 잘먹으면 70 퉤 하면 30ㅋㅋ???

분유도 다른애기들 다 1000먹을때 5-600먹엇어서 그려려니 하기로 했어요...


225일아기...9키로가넘었고 두끼하는데 한끼당 110 먹고 보충수유 100  대신 하루 분유,이유식 900안넘어욬ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 밥먹어서 든든한가..분유잘안먹네요

b형간염은 예방접종 맞아도 항체 잘 안생겨요ㅠㅠ a형처럼 구강으로 감염되는 경우도 드물기 땜에 엄마가 조심하시면 되고 너무 걱정 안하셔도 될거에요
